Negative experience: went to get my cleaned and was there for almost 2 hours when she finally explained that she could not clean my teeth due to braces, which is such a lie. So I was there for two hours, got pointless x-rays, and talked invisalign that i can’t afford. The front desk woman was extremely rude and unprofessional and they were whispering about me behind my back. Don’t go here if you actually want to go to a real dentist

Fantastic experience: If you have fear and anxiety from the dentist, Rosy dental is the place to fix that! I come in shaking and with tears but they provide such comfort and are so gentle and informative. They squeezed me in for a tooth injury and didn’t mind sorting out insurance hiccups after the visit. They did not stop me at the door. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Staff and doctor are all amazing!

Negative experience: A few years ago I went to Rosey’s dental the 1st visit was like a spa day, next was ...no can I offer you anything. Are you ok? Left in chair for 35 minutes. Money isn’t flowing with me, but I asked if I could pay for each procedure when I come in. No.... $7000 up front! Only out to hook you in! And then greed sets in!!! After 1st visit I referred a coworker, she was so unhappy with them! She won’t go back ( she has money to pay up front) but wouldn’t go back, I was supposed to get movie tickets for referral, my co worker, called and called so I could get tickets. They finally sent them 3 months later! They advertise like they are there for you and community. Bottom line Money talks...everybody else walks!

Fantastic experience: Best Dental experience I have ever had. I had really bad dental anxiety and Rosy Dental has become my home. The quality of care I get here is par to none it helps that I can watch movie while getting my dental work done. Dr Rosy is so gentle, professional and kind with everything she does. I went from not getting any dental work done in 10 years because my anxiety was so bad, to getting my regularly scheduled cleanings and all my dental work completed. So grateful for the facility and the staff! Everyone here is so awesome from the front desk to the dentist! This has changing my health my teeth and my life tremendously ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I am updating my review from a 4 star to a 5 star!!! After Covid having struck and delaying the completion of my dental work, I finally made the dreaded decision to return to have the rest of my dental work done! WOW, I have to say, Dr. Rosy did not disappoint and to tell you the truth, I felt it was like a day at the Spa! The assistant Gaby took me back to my seat (I hope I remembered your name correctly) and asked me if I would like a water? She then also asked if I would like to watch a movie (they have an awesome assortment) so thinking that my visit wouldn't take long I chose not too! Well Dr. Rosy came over as her youthful, beautiful self and asked me how I was doing (thank you for making me feel welcomed) and how everything was going with my teeth? Thinking that the tooth I had originally had a root canal on had cracked, I was incorrect in my assumption! So as my teeth Xrays were reviewed I was advised that it was a good thing I had come in for my appointment! At this point, I asked for the movie! As she did my cleaning she smoothly numbed my gum for preparation of the drilling that would soon take place! Once the cleaning was completed, she placed the needle in my mouth for the final numbing for the drilling! Wow, what perfection! Personally, for me I didn't even feel it! Had the movie on for the background noise so my focus would be taken away from the drilling! UHHHH never felt a thing, that is how good she had numbed me!! Dr. Rosy, I have had a lot of experiences with dentists out here in California and they all pale in comparison to YOU! The compassion and caring you show your patients is extremely rare for the people who are in your field! Don't ever stop doing what you do BEST! I am happy to tell other people about my excellent experience with your dental office and your friendly staff, and Luna as well! And believe me I have! Wow! What a great experience with Rosy Dental and the staff Ms Rosy Dentist, Laura and Luna is who I had my contact with throughout my visit. Luna is who I initially began with when I contacted Rosy Dental! Luna is very friendly and helpful asks the necessary info and my provided insurance info ( thank god for that insurance small blessings) she returned my call approximately 30 minutes later even though I understood if she was busy and she couldn’t get back to me until later, but let me know everything was In place as far as insurance was concerned and when would I like to make an appointment! Wow so one day later I’m there! Laura was my dental assistant, she was great! The way dental X-rays are done here is a cake walk! Not like it used to be! Throughout my visit I was asked if there was anything I needed, I took them up on the very nice cold water! When Ms Rosy came in we had a very informative conversation on how I have basically been grinding my teeth down(this is me I’m hard on myself) so we jumped in to my dental work because I did have a tooth that the filling, I believe now had a small hole in it, not to mess around with as you age the teeth become a lot more brittle and easier damaged is what I took away from this! Ok, Wow Ms Rosy knows how to inject a needle into your gums, the stimuli in order to not feel the needle entering! I hate needles but she did very very well! I highly recommend this dental “Spa”! They treated me like gold! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. My smile was beyond jacked up and doctor Rosy Fixed it! She’s super smart, funny, and amazing at what she does! She has a way of making you feel comfortable through the whole process no matter what. They play movies to keep you entertained and the esthetics of the office is great. Super clean. I got a couple thousand dollars worth of work done and they’re even going to whiten my teeth for free! You’re crazy if you pick a different dentist in Orange County. Rosy Dental all day everyday. Her support staff are amazing too! All the girls are super sweet and kinda cute as well lol I truly love coming into the office to have work done!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years give or take. Needless to say, my teeth weren't all that pretty. I got the deep clean. They get all the crud that's been saving up in your mouth and gums forever. It made a huge difference! My teeth are like brand new again. I now go back every so often for another cleaning. Negative experience: **Office did not pay the dentist. Fraudulent** I am HR professional and my sister is a business lawyer. My husband who is dentist, who has been always working with patients' best interest at heart, who serves at church helping others, worked for Rosy dental which lasted not too long because owner or dental mangement company who took over Rosy Dental did not pay my husband's wages. We will be filing and report this office for violation of labor law and will also report this to various media companies. But most importantly I also want patients to know the truth about Rosy dental. My husband did not receive more than $5000 of the salary for treatments he did for patients when he parted this office due to delayed wages. It's been two months that Rosy still did not pay my husband his final check. I never encountered this type of fraud in my life. Rosy states they go to Haiti and they ask for donation via go fund me page. When you are ripping good doctor off by using them and not pay them, how can anyone trust the values this office claim to have? No wonder many dentists work and quit here after a short while. Please don't rip people off by asking for donation for mission. Shame on you and see you at court.

This is the first and only dental office that has gone above and beyond my dental needs. The doctors help fix things that no other dental office ever addressed. Great job, Rosy Dental!

Negative experience: I provided Dental Services as an independent contractor on five days. Eli Leos promised a daily rate, but shorted my pay. Upon learning of this, I confronted him multiple times without resolution. I wrote a certified letter threatening court to Dr Rosy Banke and Roberto. I haven’t received a phone call or email from either of them. This is Incredibly disrespectful and dishonest behavior . I eventually got paid the correct amount by Eli. It’s sad that Dentists and employees have to experience this behavior. How can anyone trust this practice for dental services given the cheating ?
