Fantastic experience: I came into the office nervous and scared due to a bad experience with an infected wisdom tooth removal. However after I explained this to Dr.Nguyen he reassured me that there would be no pain. Then I was surprised to feel no pain even with the injection. The whole process felt really comfortable. The Doctor was friendly, professional, and surprisingly easy to feel comfortable to be around with(which was the best part). I definitely would reccomend you to Dr.Nguyen.

Negative experience: The girls who work there have good service, but once I had my appointment of the year, I was sitting in the chair waiting for the doctor and a mouse passed by, I think they should inspect or call someone to fumigate, because it is a place where they work with clean materials

Fantastic experience: Dr Pham and her associates are the best that I’ve ever met in my life. We recently had a medical emergency at another dentist and had to come to Dr Pham’s practice to solve it. I have known Dr Pham for years and always chosen this location because of her extreme professionalism and knowledge. The dentists here are extremely kind and sensitive to patients’ needs. I have large gaps in my teeth that I have chosen not to fix. This is the first practice that has not pushed me into braces or Invisalign. I have never met another dentist that is so caring and thorough. In addition, her prices are extremely competitive for out-of-pocket charges. A medical emergency brought me to Dr Pham by chance years ago. She took her own time to help a life-threatening situation. The outcome was very positive. My family always says you need a great doctor, dentist, lawyer and plumber. At least I don’t have to continue looking for a dentist as long as Dr Pham and her practice are available. Dr Pham and her staff go above and beyond and don’t treat you just as patients, if you are loyal, they will treat you like family! There is also a $50 referral bonus so please tell them that Joy sent you. I don’t even care about the bonus. I just want her to know that this review reached someone. Shoutout to Jasmine who has also been helping me afford the best Dental services available!

Positive experience: I did come to the office a couple of times and recently they kept calling me to come to my appointment. I didn't make it in. I told them I'm a dental assistant myself and I had to temp that day and never heard from them again and she did a filling saying my son had a cavity and then she said it was cement from the braces so this place already seemed iffy to me by now. So I had to look for a new spot.

The entire staff was very friendly, and every step of the way was professional and efficient. Starting with the online booking, it was painless, the admin reception very knowledgeable and helpful, the hygienist very gentle and thorough, the dental assistant an excellent chair side manner and the Dr. absolutely fantastic. They worked as a team and made the visit less stressful for my daughter and myself as my daughter required a sealant and an extraction. Too bad only 5 stars, should be10 stars! Then to top it off, a follow up phone call the next day, asking how my daughter was feeling, I can’t say enough.
