They were knowledgeable and willing to provide answers to all my questions without pressure to do anything. Everything looked clean and put together as well. Recommend.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Terry. I have been a patient at Dentistry at its Finest for a little over a year. When and if you need a great dentist and Orthodontist, this office & team of professionals is where you want to go. I searched for along time for a place that would make me feel comfortable and competent. It took me seeing & visiting 5 previous dentist before I decided to choose this team of professionals! The office staff are awesome and always very friendly & helpful with appointments and I just love Dr Soo & Tion, they always go the extra mile to make me feel confident with my new braces. At 60, my teeth started to shift... and I am so glad that I found this Dentistry office in Costa Mesa, CA.

Fantastic experience: Great experience here, made everything really easy to understand and gave a great cleaning!

Positive experience: I really do not like going to the dentist. I fear the pain or the sound. I really liked the staff here; from the front staff to the doctor. They really care about offering great customer service. UPDATE: after a couple of days my gums right at one point really really hurt. The hygienist was really rough. For me, at least. And now I still have plaque on my teeth as well. I mean, don’t get me wrong, they are cleaner than before but still have plaque. Like I said, I really liked the staff and doctor. But will go see another place that’s a bit more gentle. Sorry guys.

Fantastic experience: Excellent first impression, setting up appointment was easy, smooth and quick. Inna receptionist at front office was personable, and very helpful, especially with the initial paperwork. Dental hygienist, Ajene, professional, knowledgeable, and explained what she was doing at each step. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place enough. I had 3 cavities filled using a laser with zero numbing or pain and was done in 20 minutes. Dr. Ayzin and his team are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say I've never written a glowing review for a dentist before, but this practice deserves it! The welcoming environment starts the moment you walk in and continues through every step of your appointment. Ajene is a stellar dental assistant, Rosemary and Jody are fantastic, and Dr. Ron M. Ayzin has the kind of bedside manner that puts even anxious patients at ease. The entire front desk team is friendly and efficient. This is dental care done right - highly highly recommended!

Negative experience: Just got dental insurance, just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. On my intake forms, I marked that I refuse to take any X-rays. When I arrived for my first visit, the team tried to upsell me on various adds that I didn't want (teeth cleaning, gum repairs, Inisalign, etc) to which I told them, I just want my teeth cleaned. The guy told me they would clean my teeth after their assessments that day. After about 30 minutes of arguing with the team about my X-ray refusal, and 1 hour of listening to the dental assistant tell me about various things in his life (I was in a rush this day and there was 0 urgency to get me in and out), they had me schedule another appt a few weeks later for a teeth cleaning, said there was not enough time to clean that day. 1 day before the cleaning appt, they call and tell me that "an X-ray is required for teeth cleaning". This was the first they had told me this. There are plenty of dentists that will clean your teeth without getting an X-ray. I feel like these people really wasted my time. If you just want a simple teeth cleaning, this place is not for you, you will have to jump through hoops to get what you ask for, even if it is an extremely simple request.

Fantastic experience: Changed insurance so I was on the hunt for a new dentist, was recommended this dentist through Opencare. First visit was excellent, showed me around the place and explained their process and met the team. Easy X Ray and scan, no discomfort. Had a few cavity’s, scheduled that appt. Moved to cleaning, very thorough and painless cleaning. Got the cavities taken care of, and they had a killer deal for Invisalign. Got the Invisalign today, went over everything in detail, got all of my questions answered. Every experience has been fantastic! Highly recommend Dentistry at its finest! Amazing team! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with Dr. Kwon she is amazing. I went to my dentist 3 times and they were unable to see why I had tooth pain. Dr. Kwon showed me the xray and it was obviously cracked in “2” places. I am so happy to be out of pain! And I wanted it extracted so glad I listened. Everyone is very pleasant at this office. Fantastic experience: Have had consistently positive experiences at this dental office! The front desk and dental assistant staff are so kind and accommodating. Most recently, they got me in for a same day emergency appointment for some severe tooth pain. Dr. Ron Ayzin was thorough in his examination, and respectful and honest about suggested treatments. He answered all my questions, handled my tooth extraction smoothly, and made a stressful day a lot less scary. I very much appreciate how they prioritize kindness and proper care, and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I don’t really like going to the dentist at all but this place is very nice and I actually looked forward to going there for the people that work there as they truly care for their patients and ate very attentive!!

Negative experience: They are listed on ZocDoc as in network for my dental insurance, but still charged me $65 for a basic cleaning on top of what they got from my insurance. They didn't tell me I owed them this money until I showed up for my next cleaning, where they asked for another $65 dollars. These services are supposed to be free. Everyone was very friendly and seemed highly qualified, I just think it's a scummy business practice to charge people for free services and not tell them about it. They sent me 6 texts and asked me to call their office before my second appointment and never told me that I owed them for my first cleaning. If you go to them, I'd recommend being very clear about what you're willing to pay. My new dentist does cleaning for free because that's what they're supposed to do

Negative experience: "If you want something cheap, you should go somewhere else." Horrible Experience! I called looking for a MAD device for sleep apnea. Their rates are borderline criminal. Lousy phone experience and very rude. I would NOT recommend them based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: I hate dentists. So much I have avoided going for far too long. I needed 25k in work done and they are the first to help me navigate this mess. I had 4 crowns and 2 veneers done with my current budget and I’m Half way through now. I’m a 56 yo man that will stop a random shoplifter but a wuss in the dental chair. Couldn’t afford the knock me out stuff. I’ve been living with broken teeth for 15 years. My smile is beautiful now. And I ate pasta last night and my tongue against my new front teeth bit the pasta perfectly. Those little things you don’t realize are important. That aside. I got to witness the staff all sing happy birthday to Dr. A on my last visit. I showed up 20 minutes early. Heard him read every card from his staff out loud and guess who it was from. The energy in this office is beautiful. I need to apologize for not knowing the name of my dentist. She is youngish and wonderful. The entire staff is amazing. And I couldn’t possibly recommend them more online. I am telling all my circle that they should try them out. Period.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for about 3 years and the customer service is top notch. The front desk is beyond welcoming and make you feel right at home. They never make you wait more than a few minutes but also acknowledge you as soon as you come through the door. They explain everything in details so you know exactly what is your treatment plan is. I had to postpone and reschedule my appointments a few times, and between the 5 or 6 months it was that I was unable to come in, the staff all remembered me and were so kind upon my return. Alcy helped me with all my rescheduling and has been so patient and kind. Then, the same girl who assisted me at my first appointment remembered details about my life and asked follow up questions when I came back, even after all that time. I am sorry I don’t remember her name, but she recently joined the office in the last 6 months I believe! Would definitely recommend trying this office if you’re looking for great service and great doctors.

Fantastic experience: All of my expectations were exceeded at Dentistry at its Finest. Dr. Ron Ayzin possesses great skill and great kindness in equal measure. I knew I could put all my trust in his assessment of my condition and subsequent work. He also worked very closely with their excellent lab to ensure that I was 100% happy with the results. I have very hard to match teeth due to childhood tetracycline use, and as it also involved my highly visible top front teeth, I was very concerned as to whether crowns could duplicate my own teeth in appearance. Final result: they blend PERFECTLY - not to mention the beautiful shape and seamless alignment. A caring and dedicated staff complete the expereience.

Negative experience: I am seriously so unhappy with this dentist office. I googled many different locations for dental care & I thought I was going to be able to trust this office given the great reviews. First off they make you sign about 10 pages of e-paperwork before your visit that took me forever & demand you to set aside one hour for your visit. I had one scheduled @ 3:00 pm on a Friday. I arrived 10 minutes early to make sure all paperwork was filled out properly & handle insurance if needed. Right off the bat I was ignored to be checked in as both front desk receptionists were chatting on & on to others coming out of being seen. One dentist even came out to join the conversation & take pictures with the patients & chatted for another 5-10 minutes. After that I was finally asked if I was the 3:00 pm appointment. I waited an hour after check in, why? I honestly don’t know. They kept apologizing again & again, at some point they mentioned I was only going to get a quick tour of the office & x-rays done & was told I would need to reschedule for my cleaning. After that I was very upset & had to come up with an excuse to leave such an unorganized & unprofessional dental office as I was already waiting an hour & a half by that point. This office is also extremely small, had little to no seating & had zero privacy with patients confidentiality in regards to patient care & insurance as you can hear the receptionist reach out to your insurance provider in front of everyone waiting in the lobby. I highly recommend taking your dental care needs elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The best dental office in Orange County ! The doctors are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone at the office truly cares about the patients well being. I've been coming to this dental office the last 3 years and will continue to go for any dental work.

Negative experience: Most unethical dentist office ever. Broken bridge, diagnosis while on back in chair. Told this root canal my not work. It may be better to just go ahead and get a bridge now then probably have to pay to have that done later. Yeah what a great guy. Trying to save me money. Right, ruined two good teeth for bridge instead. He could barely pull the tooth the roots were so strong. Took a removable denture to compare teeth color for the new bridge. When it was returned it had been altered without my permission or knowledge and ended up breaking a tooth on the other side. It was like they had a premeditated plan to work their way around my mouth. Had bad billing experiences also. Stay away from this place. I could go on and on.Go someplace that will fix you. This is just a repair shop. Recently had two broken teeth from a broken bridge, and tooth under another bridge is hurting. This one had been repaired before and has problems. Don,t believe any of these 5 star reviews, I,m sure there manufactured . Really surprised they still have a license in California. Contact dental board if you have any problems. Can,t get taken advantage of by unethical dentist. Please take this seriously. It,s your money.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Kwon and her team are amazing , from when you first walk in greeted by Joyce and Destiny , to the scans with Armando making great conversations and really catering to me , and finally Dr. Kwon with her professionalism and knowledge off all parts of the mouth. I will absolutely return for the every dental visit from here on out, and I highly recommend for others to enjoy there 5 star services.

This place is like family, they’re very welcoming and friendly plus super adaptive when it comes to your care. I only hope others see it as the same, there’s not a better place to establish care than where you’re welcomed in like family. Fantastic experience: Definitely stop here for your dental needs! ☆☆☆☆☆ Mom needed her crown fixed and asap...Thanksgiving is tomorrow and her crown fell out (3 teeth) that she's had for 20 years... They got her in and fixed her right up ..no more cheesy smile....She will be back in Monday for a more temporary fix. Clean and very well decorated , accompanied by very friendly staff! Fantastic experience: The best dentist office around. Extremely helpful staff. Called in pain because of my wisdom teeth and they were able to extract 3 on the same day. I truly recommend this office if you are looking for new dentist. Easy to schedule and they have lots of openings! Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Last year I had went to a dentist after becoming homeless in highschool working 2 jobs, my luck it was this office. They had told me I had 12 cavities. I remember crying in their office not understanding how insurance works telling them my story and how I can’t afford it. They told me that I needed to get the work done or they would have to give me root canals, and that they’ll put me on a loan plan. $2000 I had to pay for 2 fillings which have caused me so much pain since then. After going to another dentist a year later scared because they never fixed my other cavities, I was told that I have ZERO cavities.. I told him “you checked my xray right?” He said “yes I did, you have no cavities, and as for the filling having pain, it’s because your last dentist went too close to your nerve.” I couldn’t believe all the money I had to pay and how they had no sympathy to tell me the truth and made 18 year old me scared into thinking I had to get this work done. If you’re lower class do not go to this dentist!

Fantastic experience: I would give them 10 if I could! All staff members are welcoming and friendly and helpful and informative. The office is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. This really is a one-stop office. They have all the services needed. I called as a new patient with a very last-minute request, and they were able to help me. I was traveling in less than 3 days, and they helped with a new retainer, cleaning, and consultation for some future work I need. I can't say enough great things about everyone who works here and my experience!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ron Ayzin is the BEST DENTIST/ ORAL SURGEON I have ever encountered. I drove all the way from Palm Springs to have my infected/cracked molar removed by him. I have had consultations with dentists with the best reviews and reputation in the Palm Springs and desert area, but none are up to par with Dr Ayzin. Not only he extracted my problematic molar in less than five minutes, but he assisted me patiently with the severe anxiety attack i had right before the procedure since i am terrified of any dental procedures in general. In 24 hours after the extraction... i never experienced pain and the wound is healing perfectly. His team, Joyce in the reception, Armando, Mr Ayzin's assistant ( Rebeca?), Mrs Inna, are all super welcoming and professional as well. The place itself is a mix of old school with the most sophisticated and professional dentists / equipment you can imagine. I no longer have to fly back home ( Venezuela) to see my dentist. Now i have a great dentist i can trust in California Thankyou Dr Ayzin and all the team at Finest Dentistry.

My need for medical procedures have decreased because all of my visitations include clear instructions and education on how to upkeep my oral health. I really only come in for my routine check-up and cleanings because all procedures have gone smoothly and there’s been no need for further intervention.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting from New Jersey for the first time in California. Third day in on my journey, I experienced an issue with my tooth. Needless to say I was lost, went on Google to find a dentist near the hotel I was staying in and I could not be happier with the option that came up. This office is super efficient, tech savvy and gave me some peace of mind. I was able to book an appointment online for the next morning. The staff was phenomenal from the time I walked in, the doctor and the medical assistant was super sweet and caring. All of my needs were met. I felt super comfortable in my and their space. Fantastic experience: The staff was very attentive and incredibly kind. They broke down the rates and provided 2 options that I could take: one that was conscience of my money and one that was conscience of my health. They made sure I was ok through the whole process.
