Fantastic experience: I wanted to make sure I took the time to write a glowing review about my experience with Dr. Joseph Kabaklian. For years, I’ve struggled with my two front teeth not matching. When I was 18, my dentist placed a crown on one of my front teeth, and over the years I’ve had to replace it several times. Unfortunately, I’ve had some nightmare experiences—from terrible temporary teeth to final crowns that just looked noticeably off. Because it’s a front tooth, every little detail matters, and I had become extremely nervous about having it done again. After doing a lot of research, I found Dr. Kabaklian. From the moment I met him, I felt confident that I had made the right choice. We decided to replace my existing crown and add a veneer to the other front tooth so the two would finally match. Dr. Kabaklian was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and really listened to what I wanted. He took the time to make sure I was completely happy every step of the way. Even my temporary crown and veneer looked amazing—which was such a relief after my previous experiences! The final result is honestly more than I could have imagined. He matched the color perfectly, and he was even able to correct the alignment of my two front teeth, which had always been slightly off. For the first time in years, my front teeth actually look like they belong together, and I absolutely love my smile. If you’ve been putting off cosmetic dental work because you’re nervous, hesitant, or have had a bad experience in the past, I completely understand. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Joseph Kabaklian. His attention to detail, patience, and commitment to making sure you love the final result are exceptional. I’m so happy I finally did this and truly couldn’t recommend him more!

I’ll be honest: I had not taken proper care of my teeth for many years, so I walked in feeling nervous + worried about being judged. That did not happen at all. Every person I met, including Chris, Shawna + Dr. K., treated me with kindness, patience + professionalism. The office itself is beautiful, clean + modern, which immediately helped me feel more comfortable. My cleaning was excellent, + my teeth felt amazing afterward. I also had a small chip on one of my lower teeth. I casually asked Dr. K. if he could file it down, but he said he would rather properly fill it. He repaired it quickly, did not charge me for it, + the result is absolutely beautiful. You cannot even tell there was ever a chip there. I left feeling genuinely grateful. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Kabaklian since the very beginning. Maybe 10 years now. No matter if I move out of the city or get new insurance, I will always stick with him. He is thorough with his work. He makes sure things get done right the first time. If there is a big expense he works with me to make sure our plans coincide with how much I can afford. Trust this dentist. Also...my teeth look amazing.

Negative experience: Doctor is patient, gentle and kind however the office staff is about as bad as it gets. If you want to get constantly harassed by staff who have no idea how do do their job properly then please visit this office. Even after canceling an appointment they still harass you about missing your canceled appointment and will try to charge you 75.00. I have the entire canceled appointment confirmation via text yet they still attempt to charge additional fees. They were unable to work with my insurance company and requested that I figure things out with my insurance directly which I was easily able to do. I would rather get a tooth extracted than have to deal with such incompetent staff ever again.

Negative experience: The doctors here are excellent, but dealing with the front desk was an absolute nightmare. First, I drove all the way to my appointment only to have it canceled because they couldn’t “find” my insurance information. On my way back, I ended up having to call my insurance myself and merge the call with their staff — just to prove my coverage was active. This should’ve been handled by them in advance, not pushed onto patients. When I rescheduled, I called ahead to confirm the fees. One of the front desk staff told me specific amounts, which I even wrote down. But when I came in, they charged me a completely different (and much higher) price. They kept insisting the new amount was correct, even though it didn’t match what I was told. The medical care itself is great, but the front desk made the entire process stressful, confusing, and not worth the hassle.

Fantastic experience: I have never experienced such outstanding dentistry in my entire life. Every single aspect of my treatment with Dr. Sonja Britz was perfect — from start to finish. She performed a root canal for me, and not only was the operation flawless, but the entire experience was comfortable, reassuring, and absolutely world-class. Dr. Sonja Britz is on another level — it’s incredible to witness someone who has truly mastered their talent and skill. The facility itself is excellent, but Dr. Britz made the experience phenomenal. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful environment, great staff, and a most knowledgeable and caring dentist. They have done excellent work with my cleanings and crowns. Recently I had a lot of pain and thought it was tooth related. Dr. Kabaklian correctly pointed me to look at other sources of pain after multiple visits there that cost him his time and did not cost me any money. As a matter of fact, he refused to do work I was asking (fillings and crowns, etc) until the cause of my pain had been properly addressed. I had trigeminal nerve pain that receded with treatment. Dr Kabaklian is a really wonderful young man, and he will not disappoint you in any way as a medical professional.

Fantastic experience: Even though it's a dentist office, going to Enamel is always a treat. Nice beverages, great design, friendly people, and most of all, excellent care. I had a horrible experience elsewhere the week prior so I was extremely nervous about the consultation but he and his staff were so kind and professional and immediately made me feel more relaxed. He was thorough in explaining all of my options. He welcomed all of my questions and never made me feel pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I'm terrified of needles but he was SO gentle with the local anesthesia for the procedure. Now I love my teeth and feel more confident and he matched the color to my other teeth so well. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Kabaklian and his wonderful staff and would gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks again.

This is from someone who always was filled with so much dread and canceled many dental appointments as a result of that dread. Very gentle and caring, Dr. Kabaklian is skilled with novocaine injections, honestly, I couldn’t even feel them. And the next day my gums were not sore from the injections which is highly unusual for me. I even got to watch Netflix on a screen above me while my dental work was being done. A great distraction. Love him & his team soooo much!
