Negative experience: Went in for a consultation because of a painful molar and got charged a copay of about $1k including a few fillings. This is after my insurance covered 50-80% for different services. They charge super high and now, after 4 months, I got another bill in the mail from Bright Now asking me to pay a balance of $1,014.8. I have paid around $1k out of pocket for my procedures last Jan 2025. Why am I being charged again for another $1k after 4 months?

Negative experience: I recently visited Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics in Costa Mesa and had an experience that left me feeling taken advantage of. I booked a Saturday appointment expecting a routine cleaning, only to be steered into a “deep cleaning” that lasted less than 30 minutes and cost me $551 out of pocket, with my insurance covering only $60. Despite being told I had bone loss and buildup below the gum line, I was never shown periodontal charting or pocket depth measurements. The recommendation for a deep cleaning was made without a full explanation of alternatives, and when I asked for a regular cleaning, I was told I would need to return another day. Only later did I learn that this office does not offer regular cleanings on Saturdays at all. Based on timing, cost, and lack of diagnostic transparency, the situation felt engineered to push a more expensive procedure. Afterward, I filed a complaint with the Dental Board of California. They ultimately did not find malpractice, but the core issue remains: many other reviews report almost identical experiences. The pattern is hard to ignore. If you’ve had something similar happen here, I strongly encourage you to file a complaint as well. Even when individual cases don’t lead to disciplinary action, a larger number of reports can help expose tactics that erode patient trust.

Negative experience: I had a really frustrating experience with Bright Now! Dental and feel obligated to warn others. Earlier this week, we called ahead to confirm they accepted our insurance for a routine teeth cleaning. They assured us they did, so we booked an appointment for Friday. When we arrived, everything seemed normal at first—they took our ID and insurance information and even completed X-rays. However, when it came time for the actual cleaning, they suddenly told us we “needed” a deep laser cleaning that would cost $350. We declined since we specifically came in for a standard cleaning that should have been covered by our insurance. At that point, they refused to perform the basic cleaning altogether. This felt incredibly misleading and honestly like a bait-and-switch. We confirmed coverage beforehand, took time out of our day, and went through the initial steps—only to be pushed into an expensive upgrade and denied service when we said no. Very disappointing experience. Be cautious if you’re expecting straightforward, insurance-covered care here.

Negative experience: Read all the one star reviews first! You know when you were a kid and dreamt of being a doctor to help people? Well, they are not one of them! They wanted to become a doctor to become super rich! They offered my wife and I deep cleaning for $600 each copay. Who can afford a $600 copay? Since we decline their laser cleaning treatment, they to told us to call and make an appointment when we decide to make them $1200 richer! They don't offer regular cleaning! They'll show you the door if you don't have money!!!

Negative experience: This place is a scam. Money hungry & greedy, they will try to convince you that you need work done that’s not needed. I went to bright now dental a few years ago for a cleaning, I was then told I needed all kinds of fillings put on. I told them I had a hard time trusting dentists in the past & they convinced me they could be trusted. I allowed them to do all this work on my mouth which then started causing my bite to be off & my front teeth to start chipping. I went to them with complaints about my bite and was told I needed a root canal. I didn’t have any pain, so this was confusing. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion & went to a private dentist. He fixed my bite. I never needed a root canal. It’s been years since I have been to Bright Now, but I make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away. The only reason I’m taking the time to write this now is because I am still having to pay for the unecessary work they did in order to maintain my teeth. They should be sued for their negligence. It’s a disgusting corporation. Go to a private dentist, they might be a little more expensive, but they will care for you better.

Fantastic experience: I feel that every other dentist around the area is so focused on aesthetics and beauty, which annoys me because I don’t go to the dentist to look good. I go for checking my gum, tooth, and overall oral health which I strongly feel Bright Now values. I met with Dr. Sahawneh and she gave me the run down straight and to the point which I really appreciated. I did not expect them to charge an extra $150 for deep teeth cleaning. But they told me they mandate that for first timers. I really appreciated the quickness of their check-in evaluation and clean. I would recommend this place and they accept most insurances.

Fantastic experience: First of all i fear needles i’m sure a lot of us do. I’ve had 2 appointments here and I cannot complain they were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Shorouq Sahawneh and the team were great, made me feel like I was in the correct place even though i’ve had bad experiences at previous dental offices. Thank you guys (:

Negative experience: My wife went in to try and get a routine check-up and cleaning. They barely examined her, tried to push $3800 aligners and a deep cleaning ($600!), and refused to even do a normal cleaning because "the dentist ordered a deep cleaning." And they still tried getting us to pay $100 after we refused the initial $600 quote. Wasted our time and energy so they could squeeze some extra money out of what should have been a quick and easy visit. Please do not give them your business

Fantastic experience: AMAZING SERVICE!! This place has never disappointed me, they always go out of their way to make your visit worth it every time. I recommend all my friends here and tell everyone they are the best!!!!!!

Negative experience: I felt like it was a waste of time. I went in to get a routine cleaning and since the Dr ordered a deep cleaning they wouldn't let me just get a routine cleaning. It's disappointing that as a patient my request wasn't heard.

Negative experience: Literally the worst dentist ive ever been to in my life in every single aspect their is in the industry. Coming from someone's who's best friend growing up was on the ADA association and was my dentist. I never had infection after infection and decay until these people cancel my appointments if I yell in pain tell me to leave. No consideration for anyone but thier pockets im so mad they're the only place that take my insurance. I make an appointment and they canceled 3 times now....no reason. Ever after last time they said I had an infection and gave me meds. In so much pain please don't go here they upset you on 300$ on nitrous for 15 mins or a cat scan for 500 for no reason when th we already did xrays

Negative experience: Went in for a routine cleaning with insurance and they refused to do it. Came back with $800 quote for a deep cleaning. Had my teeth cleaned just 6 months ago! Terrible “bait and switch”. Contacted my insurance to report you!

Negative experience: Recently went in to get a procedure done for removal of skin tags under the left side of my toungue and was told that if I didn't get it taken care of it would turn into a viral infection. Got charged 1200 for the procedure and only took care of the problematic area and was told that the right side of my toungue didn't have skin tags. 3 days later i noticed that there in fact was skin tags under the right side so naturally i called bright now to get it taken care of just to find out that they want to charge me an additional 500. Why should I have to pay more for not getting a procedure done right? The woman i spoke to on the phone made it seem like the additional tags that the doctor removed was the doctor "doing me a favor". Will definitely be speaking to insurance after seeing all the reviews about being overcharged.

Negative experience: Had a 10am appointment. Parking lot was being repaved. No one called me or suggested a place to park. Had to park at McDonald next door as there is no street parking. At 10:30am was told that hygienist had an emergency and had to go home. I was told to wait indefinitely in case the doctor can do cleaning or go to another local office for immediate service. I went to the other office only to find out no one called them and they are booked solid. Horrible way to treat customers!!! Staff at this clinic had no idea what they are doing!!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience working with the office manager at Bright Now! Dental. I came in with an issue with my tooth and was told that I needed a deep cleaning and a crown. I was then told I needed braces and that my total bill that day would be $5,000. I was told all of this while sitting in the dental chair as they were preparing the temporary crown. I found it extremely unprofessional that they brought the bill and asked for my signature basically during my procedure. They also pressured me into signing up for financing and were not clear about the terms. Because I needed the crown, I agreed to the procedure but declined the braces. This brought my bill down to $1700 which I still found to be quite high considering I'm on an HMO dental plan. What followed was months of working with my insurance agent from Guardian Dental and trying to get Bright Now to cooperate. Every time I spoke with the office manager she gave me the run-around and tried to confuse me or say they had already submitted claims/pre-authorizations to my insurance. When I spoke to my insurance, they said they hadn't received anything other than the initial claim. In the end, my insurance helped me file a grievance against Bright Now because they had overcharged me. This resulted in me receiving a refund of $1400. It's shocking that they tried to get away with overcharging me by that much. It took a lot of time but I'm glad I fought for myself and didn't accept the outrageous charges.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shorouq Sahawneh and her team were absolutely the best. She took her time working on my oral surgery and was very kind and patient as I was in so much pain. I have never had a better dental experience elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased with my experience with Connie, my hygienist. She’s very amiable. I like her alot. She taught me how to better brush my teeth!

Negative experience: I visited Bright Now last year and had a fine experience, the staff were nice and helpful. The reason for my review is a surprise bill for my visit over 8 months after my original visit. I understand that it can be difficult to anticipate what insurance companies are going to cover, but this is a clear example of upselling services that are not covered by a patient's insurance, and failing to give a proper quote or estimate of costs at the time of my visit. If I had been properly quoted at the time of my visit, I would have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately I'm now stuck paying a total $500 out of pocket for a filling and tooth cleaning. But I'm happy that money can go straight to funding my dentist's porsche parked out front! Good to see the money trickle up to those in need.

Negative experience: This place is not good I walked in there Supposed to pull a few teeth This woman said to be better I took all my teeth out for She could give me dancers I agreed upon it she told me if I didn't like my teeth I could send them back I got my teeth I didn't like Them she made me sign a piece of Is paper and try to fit him on me better So when I said I don't want them she's trying to travel $2000 said you sign The paper So I don't wear dancers because they don't fit right they don't look right and she lied to me I just got a text your day to come inn check out your teeth this morning is all about money She's lying to me be careful going to this woman My phone's typing for me so I didn't pretack it but I think you know what I mean not a good place to go God bless all have a good day Oh and now 5 years To wait for my new dentures

Fantastic experience: Super happy with my experience. Had 2 crowns done and they went over and above to make sure they were perfect. Even changing the color of the first ones ordered as they were not to the dentists standard. Thank you.

Negative experience: Thank you for your prompt reply to my simply putting one star on here without sharing the issues to all of google. I already have contacted that email address you mentioned. I was basically blown off. I let them know the two crowns from one month ago still hurt, sent them xrays, new dentists treatment plan, called several times.... I got a new dentist to look at it. She showed me on X-rays how the crowns do not fit flush. They have "open margin" and exposure, and need to be redone properly. I emailed this X-ray to you and your office manager's response was that the X-ray your office took says there is nothing wrong with them. They are not just fine, and the X-rays from my new dentist, plus the teeth still having pain/sensitivity prove this. I would like a refund for this poor-quality work! Now I have had to open a case with my insurance, since they already paid you for these crowns, and I will have to pay for them out of pocket to be done correctly elsewhere unless you do the right thing and refund money from a service rendered incorrectly. I also have a filling this dentist did, which collects so much food that I have to floss constantly, as the filling has a gap between it and the next tooth. You can see that on the treatment plan I sent you from my new dentist as well. I have told your dentist this every time I come in, and keep getting told the food thing will stop eventually. Other issues are the constant upselling & adding on things I do not need, that are not covered by insurance. It took me a while to learn to question everything here. For example, why would you charge me $20 for numbing gel for a cleaning?? I've never heard of numbing for a cleaning! And the hygienist did not even use it so i questioned it, and had it removed from my bill. Also--offering me financing (pushy sell too!) to do things "now" when there is absolutely no reason not to get insurance approval and then do it??? Your office should do the right thing & return the money from those bad crowns!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sahawneh was awesome, she made me feel relaxed, kept me inform of process, was gentle and smooth during tooth extraction. Felt no pain and procedure was completed before I could take a short nap. Receptionists were kind, and expedited the check-in / check-out process. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Luis is nice but I will forever hate this place. They don't care the outcome or anything that happens. Maybe its just how it is in California but you will find so much better dental and/or medical out of state. If you want a careless, not intelligent dentist who truly does not care about anything besides the money (lucky for her i forgot her name) Bright Now dental in Costa Mesa did so much DAMAGE to my appearance, my mental health, and unfortunately for me it'll only get worse. Fortunately for them people dont know better. find something way better if you need stuff done.

Negative experience: I was given a treatment recommendation to have a deep cleaning. $635. I said can I schedule that at a later time and just have a basic cleaning. I was told no, that I would need to go with the doctors recommended treatment first then can do the basic the next time. So I said then I’ll come back and do that. I left and then received a phone call as I was driving away that the doctor said they would just charge me the deductible and I could get the basic cleaning. Overall I don’t trust them to clearly communicate and if I hadn’t asked questions or stood my ground I would had been charged more. I have insurance and those services should be recommended first with the other treatment so patients can have the choice.

Fantastic experience: This is my go to office… Crystal always stays on point with scheduling so I stay in routine every 3 months. Nice friendly staff… I get in and out. What I truly appreciate is how patient the doctor and hygienist always are and explain everything that is going on.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with Bright Now since November 2022 when I started my journey with aligners. Let me tell you, this is the most kind and caring team I’ve ever had!!! My teeth were my biggest insecurity, but Dr. Sahawneh and Liliana have always been so amazing and non-judgmental. I just finished my aligners treatment and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! It only took a year and 4 months and the difference is insane. I highly recommend this amazing team!! I truly can’t thank them enough!

Negative experience: My son had significant dental work there in 2022 (2 root canals and crowns). The dentist providers themselves were fine. However, when it comes to billing it is another story. We were in network with our insurance and my insurance paid the maximum reimbursement of $1250. We financed the remainder through Smile Brands Financial (their in-house financing). This was done on a weekend so the final amount was not clear and we opted to just "get it done". I reviewed the explanation of benefits from the insurance company later and it clearly states the provider has agreed to the insurance company's determination of accepted fee. They did not charge that fee, they charged far, far more. The insurance company's EOB states the patient responsibility as $2,389. To date I have paid over $4000. I have been trying for 3 weeks to communicate with both Smile Brands Finance and the dental office with little success. Finally, today the office manager from the dental office called me back (after I called and complained to the corporate office). I explained the issue and she stated that once the insurance company maximum benefit was met they are allowed to charge the cash fee, even if you are covered by insurance and in-network! This is absolutely not correct and I have verified this with my dental insurance provider. Now I am stuck with filing complaints with the dental insurance provider and Dental Board of California and whatever other processes required to address and resolve this (return my overpaid money). Such a waste of time and effort. What is even more frustrating is that we now live in Texas and I cannot even go directly to the office to deal with this. Good luck getting in touch with them on the phone. On a side note, we use Monarch Dental in Allen texas (another Smile Brands system). They are absolutely wonderful. My suggestion to future dental patients in Costa Mesa, fly to Dallas and go to Monarch. Even with the flights, and costs associated, it will probably save you money and they are wonderful to work with. FOLLOW UP: Charlotte, I have emailed you and look forward to a timely response.

Negative experience: This location seemed really scammy. They quoted $300 after insurance per cavity filling due to a recommended "hot and cold treatment". They also tried to push for invisalign ($3800), stating many dubious claims like my neck pain would go away. I came for a standard cleaning but they wanted to charge me $120 for a gingivitis irrigation despite the dentist not even looking into my mouth once. All around they employ a lot of scare tactics, and upcharge a lot.

Fantastic experience: I was on a business trip in Costa Mesa and began to have a toothache that almost caused me to return home early without completing my task. Instead of returning home early to go to my primary dentist, I took a chance on Bright Now and it was the best thing I could’ve done. They took care of me in under an hour, and I was able to finish work and enjoy a little downtime over the Labor Day weekend. The staff was amazing from the front desk all the way up to the doctor and I’m thankful for that Bright Now location! If you’re in pain and you need help, this is the location to help you.

Negative experience: I came in for an annual cleaning. They took an xray (apparently it's compulsory), and then tried to upsell me on another 1k worth of services out of pocket. When I declined and asked to just get the cleaning done, it was like a purposefully the most minimal job: the specialist literally brushed my teeth with toothpaste, did not even clean the plaque buildup or in between the teeth, put fluoride, and that's it. The whole job was like 5 minutes, and seemed sloppier than what I achieve myself when brushing. I bet they will charge my insurance $150 for this. Pretty taken aback by this obvious focus on the money and disregard for actual patient care.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and professional by far the best dental experience I highly recommend Dr.Sahwnehs. I had a root canal done and didn't fill a thing! No waiting time like other dental offices my appointment was a 3:00 and I was out by 3:50. Thank you!!!!

Negative experience: Had a filling come out and was painful. Went to Bright now, and had an alright experience up until they started sending me the remainder of the bill that my insurance was trying to cover 50/50. Of course, they didn't notify me till I paid my half. I ended up paying the whole cost of $2k, all because Bright now didn't want to comply with my insurance company and all they were asking for was the X-ray pictures they took for proof of bone loss on the tooth they worked on. I do not recommend it if you don't like dealing with poor customer service, billing dept, and collections.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sahawneh and her staff is the absolute best! ☺️From start to finish you’re treated with so much compassion and care. They help settle all of the nervous anxiety that one feels through their kindness and calm demeanor. Dr. Sahawneh is professional and highly knowledgeable in her field. Negative experience: Today 02/01 I took my daughter to this place for checking her tooth because she had tooth ache. This office is terrible, they gave us a pre bill and told us that we have to pay $250 for the cleaning. They said the insurance only cover normal cleaning. We refused to pay $250 and only want my daughter has the normal cleaning. From that moment they completely turned 360 degrees and not happy because we don’t want to pay them that extra $250. So after 5 min they said all done to clean my daughter teeth. My daughter went home with gum bleed and hurt. We will never come to this office and don’t recommend other parent to take their kids or themselves to have dental service at this Location.If I have a choice I would give them 0 star.

Negative experience: All they want is your money. If you are insured for preventive maintenance, they'll come up with all kinds of excuses to charge you $60-70 for some extra unnecessary treatment. If you don't accept? They'll be very rude and provide a poor service. How do I know they recommend services you don't need? I just went to another clinic at Newport Beach and they said my teeth and gum were perfect, and did not need extra fluoride or whatever they were suggesting. RUN AWAY!!!

Fantastic experience: Went for a routine dental maintenance and filling replacement. Dental hygienist Neven Georgey was very kind and thorough with the cleaning. Dr. Sahawneh was very understanding of the situation and quickly resolved my chipped filling.

Fantastic experience: Karen, Lily and Luis are so kind and sweet. Today is the Friday before Christmas and it slipped my mind that I had an appointment @4pm (they close @ 5pm)…when I realized that I had an appointment (4:21 pm) I quickly called them to see if they could still accommodate my appointment and they said that the staff was already on their way out. I live right around the corner, they told me if I could get there by 4:30 pm, they could see me. Well…I got there @ 4:26 pm and they had the door opened waiting for me. I was very grateful and apologetic but they were super kind and gentle with my teeth! Thank you guys for waiting! Awesome staff!!! ❤️

Negative experience: The experience took way too long - told me to come 2 hours earlier for my appointment because of a doctor emergency. By the time I met the hygienist it was my original appointment time and I never say a doctor. They tried to upsell me with all this extra bull and seemed upset when I told her no. The hygienist seemed rushed and overworked. She didn’t even get the back teeth - honestly I could have brushed my teeth myself a hell of a lot better. They used this very loud wining plaque remover that exasperated my tinnitus. I’ve only ever had dentist use manual tools and you can feel a deep clean. This place is a joke.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. Everyone was super nice and attentive. The dentist gave me all the options and helped me choose the best one. Then went right to work. I had 10 teeth pulled for dentures. Dr. was great. Did them all at once, not multiple visits. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shorouq Sahawneh has always provided professional service, a great bedside manner for over 10 years. She advised me that during an extraction i recently had, one of my crowns was somewhat damaged, and advised me she would replace it for no charge. She could have not said anything, and I would have had an issue in the future, however, her integrity is consistent with her professional service. Dentistry visits when severe, can be very expensive and hard to understand at times, but my appreciation of her service has now exceeded any expectations. Fantastic experience: Neven the Dental Hygienist took good care of me she made my teeth sparkly clean and a lot shinier and whiter highly recommend. Had another cleaning session with Neven and as always she takes really good care of me. I was really late and the whole staff had been nothing but kind to me and I appreciate them so much. Everyone deserves a good dentist environment like this location.

Negative experience: They were supposed to fill my 8 year olds cavity, instead they did a root canal when I said they should just extract which would be quicker, less painful and there'd be no chance of infection. Instead they talk me into a root canal, and of course we had to come back a month later for an extraction because the root canal got infected (think bacteria being trapped while they performed the root canal). So, finally it was all over. A year later I get a bill from a collection agency that very well could wreck havoc on my credit score, stating that I owe bright now almost $1400, my child's on medi-cal so I'm not sure how that's possible because it's not. It's not possible. Not to mention that they didn't even send me a bill before submitting to a collection agency. Never told me anything about this. So I try to call the office today, I call in excess of 10-15 times within an hour, I was only able to get through twice, once I was on hold for about a half hour before they hung up even before anyone who I was supposedly transfered to answered, the second time I got a girl named Marilyn who says her supervisor was Crystal and that she would transfer me to billing, which she didn't, she did not transfer me to billing, she did however transfer me to their IT dept where a very professional man named Christopher gave me the number for the Irvine corporate office. We will never go here again. They need to listen to their patients, better man their phones, properly train people, and do better work. Not to mention, actually provide the overpriced service they are overcharging you for.

Fantastic experience: My first time here and I had my teeth thoroughly cleaned by Neven Georgey the hygienist. She was very comforting throughout the experience since I was so nervous but I LOVE my teeth after the cleaning and feel so much more confident. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Negative experience: PLEASE read the 1 star reviews before you scheduled your app. With them, I wish I did!!!! They dont respect their customers as well as their app. We had to wait one hour, no one said a word. No one even apologized for the delay My dad's app. Was 9 am, we arrived 845, we just decided to leave at 950 am We were treated as if we don't exist, they just don't care, very rude and disrespectful, by the way the app. Was for my dad who is 80 years old cancer patient who suffers of pain, just waited for this app for two weeks cause he believed in the 5 stars reviews!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have much better experience coming to this dental office recently compared to last year. The doctor was excellent in her craft, the dental hygienist was great she did a very good work in cleaning my teeth. In terms of payment, the office will let you know upfront how it's gonna be, if you agree then things are moving on, if not, you can always back out.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience with Bright Dental. I had not been to a dentist in years because I hate going to the dentist. A toothache forced me to give them a call. Getting an appointment was easy. They were able to see me the same day. The dentist came up with a long-term treatment plan with all the things I would need to do. They ran my insurance immediately and were able to give me pricing for everything. They never pushed me and let me do things at my own pace as I could pay for them. I am never in the waiting room for longer than 2 minutes. They get me in and out quickly. The dentist comes quickly and does not leave me sitting there forever waiting. All the work that I have had done is amazing. I have had 3 extractions, a partial, 2 root canals, 2 crowns and a retainer removal. I would definitely recommend them! They are not like salesmen dentists that I have been to before that are trying to sell you $10,000 in work and forcing you to commit right then. I will be going back and will be trying to keep up with my cleanings so I don’t get in this position again!

Ms Neven who did my cleaning is so gentle and kind. The dentist assistance Lily and Luis are all about making sure you aren’t in pain at any point. They all made my experience so much better I’m actually excited to go back!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bright Now Dental in Costa Mesa for close to 10 years and will continue to do so. The dentist and staff are always very welcoming and helpful. I have gone in for a few invasive treatments and Dr. Sahawneh always makes sure I am not in any pain or discomfort.

Negative experience: Terrible place. They just want to make money off you! They push Invisalign at every chance they get. They REFUSED to do my basic cleaning that is covered by my insurance and would only do a deep cleaning (which I didn’t even need, I’ve had good teeth all my life and never had a cavity) I just wanted my basic 6-month cleaning but even that simple task was refused by them. When they refused, I walked out of my appointment and never looked back. Judging by the way they reply to bad reviews on Yelp, you can tell they are very defensive and desperate to hide their reputation. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Definitely going to be switching dentists. Save your time and money and go to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I had three teeth extracted in one visit. No pain, except for the shots and that was because of the massive infection in each tooth. If I knew how awesome the Doctor was and her staff I would have done this way before the infections got this bad. I would totally recommend Dr Sahawneh and her staff to anyone who needs dental work. Best staff and doctor I have ever had. :)

Fantastic experience: Neven, the dental hygienist, was amazing today!!! I had probably the worst teeth mainly because of the pandemic. She worked miracles on a mouth that seemed hopeless. I had so much build up and inflamed gums and really bad breath. After a thorough cleaning she handed me the mirror to look at my teeth and I almost started crying tears of joy. I couldn’t stop looking at my teeth. My teeth were beautiful and clean! She was very gentle with me and was like a tooth hygiene Fairy God Mother. She explained what she was doing so I was well informed. I wish you could have seen my teeth before! They were filthy and now all I want to do is smile!!! I can’t wait for my next appointment. I want to keep up the good looks and good dental health. Thank you Neven!!!

Fantastic experience: My implant experience was superb! The office manager Cristal explained the treatment plan very well and made sure I was aware of all costs. Dr. Sahawneh did an amazing job putting in the implant posts. Luis Barranon (dental assistant) was awesome and did impeccable work on the measurement and installation of the crown. The team made me aware of all the necessary steps throughout the usual long drawn out implant process. They were also very nice and caring with me during the procedures, making the whole experience pleasant. Thank you so much! I am so happy with my new implant. I truly enjoy coming to this office.

Fantastic experience: Very professional & the work was done fast. I can now chew real food. It took longer to fill out the paperwork than it took the doctor to remove 2 wisdom teeth & they have a great bedside manner. I was really grateful for the new gag free xray machine.

Negative experience: Very disappointed at the lack of care I received after getting my teeth cleaned. It was great up until meeting with the dentist about needing a "deep clean" which I thought was part of the new patient 6 month clean. Nope. Then after feeling what was an advertisement for invisalign and having someone go over the break down of the costs I felt like a number not a patient. I'm not a hygienist but I expected more from the cleaning than a decent polish and cleaning only to a small area in my mouth, and then that was it. No cleaning between my teeth. No flossing. I've been to way too many offices to notice when I've been short handed in my care.

Fantastic experience: It had been 12 years since I've been to the dentist. TWELVE YEARS. Yes, I had some serious issues that Dr. Sahawneh had to work through. Finally came because I had insurance again, AND I had a toothache that was sending me into ORBIT. Dr. Sahawneh fixed me right up...root canal, drilling and temporary crown, plus antibiotics for the infection and painkillers for the intense pain (not THEIR doing). She really has a demeanor that made me feel safe and comfortable. Wendy assisted and took X-rays...she was awesome. Luis helped with the temporary crown...he was also great! All-in-all, this whole crew is warm and nurturing, very caring and good at what they do. Very COVID-safe and just a happy bunch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! No pictures...because who wants to see pictures of a dental visit? (OK...besides the staff...) Come & see Dr. Sahawneh. You'll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Nevien dental hygienist went above and beyond with removing coffee stains. Came for a teeth cleaning and feel like I left with teeth whitening. This place is amazing. Everyone here makes me feel like I’m at home. Believe they all follow the great example set by Sahawneh.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dental office. I came here after not seeing a dentist for awhile. I trusted them and they seemed great. I later found out while talking with my insurance with the treatment plan provided by Bright Now to inquire which insurance would have the best coverage for my treatment plan; Cigna informed that I had been getting over charged for services covered by my insurance. I made it clear I could not afford the treatment plan and they offered me a credit card/financing to pay for them to literally scam me for things my insurance covered. On a credit card!!! Then my inlay they over charged me for by $600 and I got 2 have come uncemented twice now. I am not eating anything crazy or sticky. The work is just poor or the adhesive is poor. I called the office first thing this morning to see if I could get my inlay fixed and I was given an appointment time of 11:20am. I get the appointment approved to leave work and have to fill out a leave of absence- I missing money to find out that my doctor was not actually there. They could not take me today. I now have an appointment with a dentist tomorrow that is not even in my insurance network just to fix this mess. I have to lose money again taking time off work and now pay for another dentist to fix this terrible work that is incompetent. The front desk person said she called me and left a message about my appointment today and that I was not going to be able to be seen today, but my phone had no missed calls or messages. Save yourself the time, money and headache. Go somewhere else.

I went in expecting to feel some pain during the procedure, based on my last experience at a different office, but was more than pleasantly surprised when I realized that Mrs. Georgey has a very soft touch and I felt no pain at all. I'm thoroughly happy with the experience.
