Positive experience: Cleaning service is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. When my daughter needed wisdom teeth checked for infection they were accommodating and helpful. No major work done, so can not comment on that aspect.

No surprises! From reception to xray to cleaning to exam, everyone was friendly and professional, informative and kind, and no one tried to shame/scare sell me on unnecessary procedures. They offer the exact type of practical approach I want in a dental office. Daniel did a great job of cleaning my teeth, taking x-rays, and providing some valuable maintenance tips. Fantastic experience: My story is kind of a long one but I highly recommend reading the whole review. For the past 2 to 3 years, I have battled UN-diagnosable, sinus and breathing problems. Leading to extreme trouble sleeping, thinking I had sleep apnea or heart issues. Years ago, I had two root canals on my upper back molars (NOT done by Dr. Gold). At some point in time after the root canals work done, they failed, My two back teeth died and were infected. The infection punctured through into my sinus cavity and was only caught because Dr. Gold did a CT scan on my face. There was no pain as an indicator as I had had two root canals on those teeth, so there was no feeling. After multiple visits to my PCP, ENT, sleep specialist I had all but given up on solving my health issues. I’m in my early 40’s… I shouldn’t have been feeling that terrible. Fast-forward to a couple weeks ago.. I had a slight pain in my tooth went to see Dr. Gold, and he discovered the infection and the puncture in my sinus cavity. Because the affection was so prevalent in my sinus, we had to extract my two back molars, and I opted for implants. Removing those two teeth has been the best decision of my life! Cleared up my sinuses that had been clogged for years, Improved my breathing, I can sleep through the night, I have energy and life again. Thank you so much, Dr. Gold! You saved me!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Gold to anyone looking to have dental work done. This is coming from someone with a phobia of the Dentist. Dr. Gold is the man!!!!

Negative experience: I came here for 6+ years having my teeth cleaned & examined every four months - 3x year/6 years, total of minimum 18 visits. While at another office investigating a proceedure this office does not offer, decay visible to the naked eye was discovered between two of my molars. This decay occured under the "watchful eyes" of Dr. Gonzales. I'm FURIOUS. Every exam over 6 years I was told "keep up the great work, your hygene is perfect" meanwhile the "doctor" was watching dollar signs add up for bridges, root canals, implants and whatever else I may now face. Deploreable. Zero stars.

Negative experience: I initially came to this office for a routine cleaning and was impressed by how friendly the front staff seemed. Based on that first impression, I recommended that my husband come here as well. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a huge mistake and completely changed how I view this office. My husband had an awful experience with a dental assistant who clearly did not know what she was doing. When he told her something was painful, she ignored him and continued, acting as if there was a language barrier. If there truly was a communication issue, she should have stopped and gotten someone else immediately. On top of that, I was repeatedly told I did not need a root canal and that a crown would “fix everything.” They placed a temporary crown, and within three days I was in the emergency room because the pain was so severe. A specialist took one look at my tooth and was shocked that a root canal hadn’t been done in the first place—stating plainly that putting a crown on it without treating the decay made no sense. When I returned for a follow-up (begrudgingly), I informed them of the ER visit and the specialist’s diagnosis. Despite the fact that I had called them while I was in the ER, they had no record of my message and the office appeared completely disorganized, with no communication between staff. To make matters worse, my husband was once again treated by the same assistant who had caused issues before, and she performed just as poorly, acting like it was her first day on the job. In the end, I had to pay a specialist to fix what should have been diagnosed correctly from the start, while this office pushed a more expensive crown instead. I left extremely pissed off, unhappy, and frustrated, and I would not recommend this office to any friends or family for anything beyond a very basic cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Every time I go in there, they do a wonderful job. They were remembering my name and I live happy.

Positive experience: I chose this dental office because of its good reviews and because they accept Delta Care HMO. Dr. Wilson is excellent and patient with me. He cleaned my teeth thoroughly. However, what made me decide to stop going there was the condition of the facility, particularly the dental room. It is run down, with peeling paint on the walls, patching over a hole on the wall, and the x-ray machine (for taking pictures of your teeth) has been patched up with tape. This made me question their safety standards.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several dentists over the years. Discovered Dr. Alan Gonzalez only a few years back and am so happy to report that this is one of the best gems in Orange County. Kind and professional, honest service, clean modern equipment and outstanding care. Only caveat is parking, it can be challenging during busy hours, but they do have valet service. That makes it very convenient.

Fantastic experience: I've been Dr. Gold's patient for the past 20 years: cleaning, root canals, few implants with bone graft, and right now I decided to go back and upgrade everything all at once. Today, I've been on the chair for more than 3 hours, I can't believe that I was pain free all the time and how much work Dr. Gold can do in such short period of time. It's amazing how calm he is and explains everything along the way, making you feel comfortable. I walked away with a brand new set of teeth that looks amazing even so they are the temporary once, I can't wait to have my permanent once in 2 weeks. The numbness went away slowly and I was able to eat a full late lunch with no problems. I'm so amazed, thank you Dr. Gold and all the team in his office

Negative experience: This dentist left an infection in my mouth for over 7 years Causing me to need 6 teeth extracted with bone grafts and significant other dental work . The infection also caused a very painful outside lesion on my face that would reoccur every 8 to 10 weeks.

The teeth are extremely comfortable & feel nearly like the originals. Importantly, they look like my old teeth but better. I was worried that the teeth would be generic, simply sized to match my jaw. That was NOT the case. They are individual teeth created to match my original teeth yet without the flaws. Absolutely could not be happier. Will return for one implant needed on lower jaw. Highly recommend!! Once I understood the schedule along with various actions, I’m extremely happy with the level of high-quality service from a very caring staff!! Currently at the temporary stage of implants & veneers, but confident the final results will be perfect! THANK YOU!!

Dr Wilson continues to be by far the best dentist I have a scene and most recently I was introduced to Dennis who is one of the dental hygienist. They squeezed me in on the 30th for X-rays and got me back in the next day (31st) to do a lot of work and did a great job. Very friendly. Highly recommend.
