Fantastic experience: Doctor Perkins long time receptionist is always there to greet you with a smile and a warm good morning. Lina, my lovely long time hygienist, has the highest standard of excellence. She alway makes certain everything is perfect before she lets me out of the chair. Of course the 5 stars must go to the man whom has staffed this office with such an excellent supporting staff. Dr. Perkins, is excellent at what he does - with a terrific sense of humor. After so many years I must say it no longer bothers me when I hear the buzz saw as I walk the hallway to his office for my appointment. 5 stars for sure!

Dr. Perkins meticulously appointed the best in their field to shine beside himself. From the Office manager, dental assistant, x-ray tech, dental hygienist to Dr. Perkins himself. Everyone in the office makes you feel like you are supposed to be there and you are a part of the family. I could go on and on but I’ll just say this; if you’re looking for a new dental office look no further. I couldn’t imagine anyone not loving the service and quality this office offers.

Fantastic experience: I searched high and low to find the care and attention that I get with Dr. Perkins team. No comparison. The service it top notch and they feel like family.

Negative experience: I quit going to Dr. Perkins as my end result of a crown over an implant on a front tooth look terrible. Originally he did a laser filling on this tooth. Three weeks later, the tooth crumbled into pieces after biting into a soda cracker. Of course the remaining root had to be pulled and replaced with an implant. He sent me to the worst lab! I gave the technician my impression mold that showed my Original tooth (never received it back). We went over shape and color for 45 minutes. Two weeks later back at the dentist, he retrieved the crown.. said he needs to send back. Back again..retrieved a new crown. He mumbled it wasn't right and said he could make adjustments. I verbalized nicely how could this tech not make it right as he even had my impressions. Dr. Perkins told me to be quiet! I never saw the crown on my implant until I got home. To my surprise, it did not resemble my Original tooth at all. It overlaps my other front tooth, bigger, and oddly whiter than my other teeth (my teeth are already white). I cried for about an hour thinking about this whole ordeal that started with just a small filling. First off I think the laser caused my tooth to crumble. Secondly, why didn't he send back for the 2nd time until this tech made it right? Obviously I never went back to him again!!

Fantastic experience: Have no fear in this office . . . the entire staff is kind and friendly! Dr. Perkins is the best dentist, experienced in all phases of dentistry! Worked me into a lunch hour when a cap fell off one of my teeth!
