Fantastic experience: I first saw Dr. Ebrahimi when Dr. Chan retired. I was so confident in Dr. Chan and found him to be absolutely meticulous with his dental practice. At first, I was fairly happy with Dr. Ebrahimi, but recently I found his attitude as well as the quality of his work to be less than desirable. After falling on my face last year, I went to him to fix a small chip in one of my front bottom teeth. What started to be a simple fix, ended up being four crowns and the cost was very high. I have Delta Dental Premier insurance plan, which I think is actually very good. Dr. Ebrahimi assured me that they would do everything possible to file a successful claim with the insurance and said I could pay for the crowns upfront, then he would fight it out with the insurance company. He told me that my four front bottom teeth were actually decayed and that I needed them to be crowned or they could get worse and then I would lose them. I told Dr. Ebrahimi that I had found a little lemon-flavored drop that helps the dry mouth that my medications cause. So now he says the little drops caused my decay. I don't dee how when I had only been using them for a few months. Dr. Ebrahimi called me and denied what he had said during our conversation regarding the crowns. I now find him to be arrogant and dishonest.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal patient at this practice since 2013, when it was under Dr. Chan’s care. Dr. Chan and his staff, including the hygienist Barbara, provided exceptional care and always made each visit a pleasant experience. I was consistently warmly greeted and had complete trust in the dental care I received. However, since Dr. Ebrahimi took over in 2020, the quality of care has noticeably declined. The warm, familial atmosphere has been replaced by a transactional approach that seems to prioritize profit over patient care. Recently, I scheduled a cleaning with Barbara, whom I have always trusted. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that Barbara was with another patient, despite having confirmed my appointment with Sabrina the day before. Dr. Ebrahimi performed a rushed 15-minute cleaning that felt incomplete and subpar. Given that he had recommended more frequent cleanings, especially due to my pregnancy, I expected a thorough service. After driving over an hour for this appointment, I left feeling frustrated and as though my time had been wasted. I attempted to address my concerns with Dr. Ebrahimi by calling the office. Despite Sabrina’s assurance that he would return my call, he never did. When I followed up, I discovered my status had been changed to inactive. This lack of direct communication and disregard for my concerns felt unprofessional and dismissive, and seemed like an easy way to avoid accountability. It’s disappointing to see how much this practice has deteriorated since Dr. Ebrahimi’s takeover. The front desk staff now feels rude and unprofessional in handling patient concerns. I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment I’ve experienced. If you value personalized care and respect, you may want to consider other options

(I don't use Google; Hotmail is my email provider.) So I can't access the links texted to me for the requested review. Below is the review I intended to post and hope you guys can figure out how to post it for me. I highly recommend Dr. E to anyone in need of basic dental care and/or cosmetic dentistry. In 2019, Dr. E took over my life-long dentist's practice (after he retired) and has provided the same, if not better, level of care, comfort, and trust I received from the former (who had 40+ years of experience). About 5 years ago, Dr. E pointed out hairline fractures in my front teeth that I did notice, but were not previously brought to my attention in terms of needing to address the situation. He explained the immediate and future concerns with treatment options ranging from braces/Invisalign to crowns to worst-case scenario, implants (should the fractures inevitably reach the gumline and crack thereby losing that tooth). Unfortunately, I never got around to the Invisalign option, and over time, my fractures became more predominant from crowding, misalignment, and clenching/grinding. After showing me one of the fractures behind my front tooth now extended to the gumline, Dr. E recommended crowning my 4 front teeth to address the fractures in the two front teeth and overall straightening my smile. The decision to proceed with the crowns was easy since Dr. E performed the same procedure on my older sister who suffered from the same predicament, and I saw the beautiful results in her new smile. Since I never had anything other than a filing, I was very anxious; but Dr. E put me at ease, explained every step of the process, and accommodated my situation in more ways than one. I am absolutely thrilled with the results/my new smile, and can't say enough about Dr. E's artistic talent. The only down side (and often the case with anything that is considered "cosmetic") was the cost. Dr. E warned, and was correct, that my dental insurance wouldn't cover the underlying reasons for the crowns (no cracks yet or decay - although you would think that fixing fractures would be "preventative"). Fortunately, however, Dr. E's office offers Care Credit as a payment option with 6 and 12-month loans at 0% interest. Dr. E predicted what would happen with my teeth, and I'm so grateful for his advice, care/concern, honesty, skill, and talent that gave me the beautiful and natural smile I always wanted. He takes the time to understand you and your goals while explaining the process and his approach. He is a true master of dentistry, delivering amazing results that ensure my teeth are both functional and beautifully aligned. I was very impressed with the results. I cannot recommend Dr. Ebrahimi highly enough, nor can I thank him enough for making me smile all day, every day!

Negative experience: My family and I (Mom, brother, and myself) have been coming to this office since the early 2000's when it was run by Dr. Chan. When we first started coming here, Dr. Chan made us feel like family, and the staff at front of house (Sandy) made every patient feel like a part of the practice's family. Even the hygienist (Barbara) became an extended member of our family, checking in with us on routine cleanings. So much so, every one of us looked forward to going in for a cleaning. Shortly before 2020, Dr Ebrahimi bought this practice and it has never felt the same sense. Slowly but surely, every member of my family has had a run in with the new staff, and the doctor himself, leaving us all to abandon this practice in search of a better, more honest dentist. Here's what anyone looking to come here should know. Dr Ebrahimi is a competent dentist (as far as I can tell), however he is a transactional dentist. He's will bring you in, give u a half effort cleaning, and then tell you that you require a "deep clean" which will inevitably not be covered by insurance. Additionally, he will likely recommend that semi-annual cleanings are not enough, recommending quarterly cleanings. Each of these quarterly visits will end with you being informed of some new product that he strongly recommends, whether it be a nighttime mouth guard, or whatever the latest high profit product is at the most recent DDS conference. If you refuse his advise, he will likely stop giving you any attention and may even send you a letter saying that he refuses to see you. (See attached letter to my wife). This is a far departure from what this office used to be under the ownership of Dr. Chan who was a loving, caring, and relationship driven dentist that valued his patients and understood that upselling was a shortsighted strategy. I don't write a lot of help reviews, however after Dr Ebrahimi sent my wife the attached letter accusing her of things that never happened, I felt a need to write this review. Dr Ebrahimi is a man who does not value his patients as evidenced by the attached letter. When my wife showed up to his office 8 months pregnant for a cleaning with our long-time hygienist Barbara, the doctor panicked because he had double booked Barbara, and rather than accommodate the situation, he gave my wife a 20 minute (sub-par) cleaning so he could bill her insurance. My wife objected to the cleaning and asked to be rebooked. To which the front desk staff refused and said that she would need to pay because they had already billed insurance. I don't need to belabor the point. I think we all know how this story goes. The kicker to this whole story was the attached letter I received in the mail. Dr Ebrahimi is a competent dentist, but he is a transactional businessman who views his patients as a dollar sign. If that sounds like the dentist for you, give him a try. For me and my family, after 20+ years coming here and driving long distances to do so, we are done. I hope this review is helpful, and I sincerely wish Dr Ebrahimi had the wherewithal to value his patients. Most importantly, had Dr Ebrahimi simply called me or my wife to talk to us, this review would never have been posted. Instead, he sent us this attached letter. Bottom line - find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ebrahimi always takes the time to explain how best to care for our teeth. His staff are so kind, informative and accommodating to my schedule and kid's school schedule. Sabrina in the front office is very professional and updating me on available appointments. My first time with Trina as a hygienist, she was very good and took her time cleaning. We usually have Barbara who has always been kind and informative. Overall, I have continued my care with this office since they transitioned in and it's been a positive experience! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. I felt some pain over the weekend. I decided to look up a dentist near work. Best choice ever, not only was I scheduled for a visit the same week I also was able to get additional work done. I did not know going to the dentist could be so pleasant. The easiest dental experience and I feel like my mouth has never felt so good! I’ve never had a dentist experience like this. So both sides deep cleaned, 2 crowns and a filling all within 3 days. No waiting easy parking and genuinely the nicest dental office ever. This is the dentist office you’ve been looking for if you have high standards on great customer service and have had bad past experiences at dental offices. I hated going to the dentist and now in one week all that’s gone. Cannot give enough stars for this great experience!! Even if I leave jobs I live an hour away I’ll still drive here, Dr Naman has a patient for life!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ebrahimi pays attention to the needs of his patients. I have broken bones in my nasale cavities and it is difficult for me to breathe at times during some dental procedures. And he has found ways to help me with my issues so that I am more comfortable sitting in the dental chair. Sabrina does a great job with her front office duties and is always very cordial and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Naman Ebrahimi is the neer dentist (by 4 years) at Stephen Chans facility. He has done cleaning and found my teeth and mouth in the best shape yet due to his good brushing instruction last time. I broke a crown mid year and it was expertly fixed the next day. He is forthcoming and readily willing to share his knowledge, something which I greatly appreciate.
