Negative experience: It’s been 18 years, and I still haven’t forgotten what happened to me at the dentist as a child. I was physically wrapped up and held down, terrified and completely powerless. That experience didn’t just scare me in the moment—it stayed with me for years and shaped how I feel about dentists even now. If you’re choosing a dentist for your children, please think carefully about the kind of experience they’ll have, because something like that can leave lasting trauma long after the appointment is over.

Fantastic experience: My father came in as a new patient and was pleasantly surprised by the service provided compared to previous offices he has been to in the past. They provide a comprehensive explanation about his treatment plan and are receptive to any questions he had for them.

Negative experience: Where do I begin… it’s been 15 years after a very very traumatic experience in this office! I finally got the courage to write my review. I hope this helps someone else. Because of this bad trauma it has effected my life forever I went in for what they call deep cleaning which I found out later in a different dentist I never needed deep cleaning that I was fine. I know this Dr is still here and he sure remembers me very well. Dr Pham. He numbed me top and bottom gums all 4 quads. I told him I am very concerned about being numbed all 4 I asked if I can only do one side and then I can came in for the other side. He insisted that this was a better way I told him no, and he didn’t listen to me. Well let me tell you I couldn’t feel my head my throat I couldn’t breathe they put me on oxygen they called 911! It was horrible experience. The matter of fact that he refused to listen to me, the nurse also hung up on the 911. No one knew what to do and how to respond. I also took my kids here and it was horrible never again. I would not recommend this place to no one. I can’t even drive by this office. It has effectively me and very hard to move on and not pass this fear to my kids.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to all children’s dental for more than 8 years. They treat my children fantastic so their worries are put to rest about visits to the Dentist. As for my experience for myself. It’s great the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. From wisdom teeth getting pulled to cleanings every visit has been a nice calming experience. I appreciate and enjoy the music they play and the movies they have on the tv for people of all ages to enjoy. As a parent, I also appreciate the area they provide for the kids in the waiting room.

Negative experience: I left a great review for this business a couple weeks ago and I’m back here to edit this because of the poor services my boyfriend and I received from this company which saddens me because I’ve been coming here for so long and loved this dental office and the staff but unfortunately I will no longer be giving All Children’s Dental my business due to the poor care my boyfriend received from the staff at the Anaheim location if this Westminster location preformed oral surgeries I would have considered staying but because we have to be referred to the Anaheim location for more serious services I can no longer bring myself to continue receiving services from this company.
