Fantastic experience: Good staff in particular the hygienist and dentist (owner I believe) are awesome! I had a couple concerns I voiced that I was not happy about and it was resolved and handled so well. That’s what good customer service is all about. The office wrote me a handwritten letter apologizing and corrected the issue quickly. They are very busy so they definitely do not need my business but anyone who takes the time and care as they did should make the decision easy when looking for a new dentist. Well done.

I was suffering with a molar cavity for a full month, constant throbbing pain ruining my sleep, eating, and every day. When I finally got to her office, desperate for help, she took me right in with her gentle touch, incredible skill, and that adorable, heartfelt compassion that just melts you. She eased all that agony like it was nothing, caring for me in a way that felt so personal and sweet I’ll be forever grateful. She’s got the biggest heart and the sweetest smile. Fantastic experience: I have been going to TLC for several years now, and everyone I have encountered has always been professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the hygienists, Dr. Jacque, and Dr. Basti. They always fit me in for emergencies and never give me a hard time when I need to reschedule. I also appreciate that they don't rush me out the door and they truly take the time to provide quality care. I live almost 40 minutes away and still make the trip because it's hard to find this level of care, and they always make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

(She is so nice, so professional, personable, my teeth are cleaner then they have ever been and not one moment of pain, she did an excellent job) and the staff and Doctor are so wonderful!! The office is beautiful with calming nature videos in the waiting room in front and in the patient/client rooms to watch while the teeth cleaning. The team here have helped get me back on a good path with my oral care. They are very clear and helpful in explaining care plans and working with flexible schedules. Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience due to a lack of transparency around insurance and pricing and the quality of work performed. At no point before treatment did the office clearly disclose that they were out of network with my insurance. I only learned this after the fact when my insurance provider informed me, which resulted in me being charged significantly more than I reasonably should have paid. It was only later that the doctor stated that this office is out of network with all insurance providers, something that should have been clearly disclosed before any treatment was performed. When I first raised this concern, the doctor asked me to provide a fee schedule so we could compare costs and “possibly come to an agreement.” To be clear, I was not asking for a full refund , I simply asked to be charged a reasonable and fair rate, given that their out-of-network status was not disclosed prior to treatment. In addition to the billing concerns, I continued to experience issues with the crown placed on my molar after treatment. As a result, I now have to seek care from a different dentist to correct the problem, which has added even more unexpected cost and frustration. Ultimately, the office relied on technicalities rather than accountability. They refused to reimburse the excess amount already paid, despite acknowledging confusion around how the insurance discussion was handled. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and quality care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this office confirm insurance network status in writing and fully understand potential costs before proceeding with treatment.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience with Dr. Jackie. I was never informed that this office was out of network with my insurance. I was only told that my insurance “didn’t cover much” and that costs would be high. Had I been told upfront that they were out of network, I would not have proceeded with treatment. Under the No Surprises Act, providers are expected to disclose out-of-network status and pricing transparency, which did not happen here. When questioned, Dr. Jackie excused this by saying they are a private practice. It felt like the focus was on using as much of my remaining insurance benefits as possible since it was December and the year was ending, rather than patient transparency. I was also told I needed my wisdom tooth removed and was referred to someone they “knew” who only accepts cash, which raised additional concerns. Overall, a lack of transparency and professionalism. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Fantastic experience: I had a bit of an emergency dental situation about a year ago… Was getting ready to go on a trip and needed to find the closest dentist that was open. Was lucky enough to find TLC Family Dentistry. They took care of me, I left without pain and was able to go on my trip. Just had my second scheduled cleaning and check up since then. They continue to shine, my teeth do too. Highly recommend TLC Family Dentistry! From the front desk to every process with the dental team, they are top-notch!

Fantastic experience: TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A DENTIST YOUR SEARCH IS OVER!!! This place was amazing from start to finish! Everyone was super nice, Jevonah cleaned my teeth , and it was one of the nicest most gentle cleanings I’ve ever had. I was SUPER scared and nervous to go to the dentist due to having very bad experience in the military and as a kid with dental. But she literally made me feel at home, I felt like crying after because I was so happy at the dentist which was a first for me ever in my life! I loved everyone here and even the new 3D Technology they used to show my teeth scans to me paired with my X-rays was crazy cool ! And you really understand what they are talking about! Last year, however, I was lucky enough to stumble on TLC Family Dental while searching for a dentist nearby that could see me for an emergency dental visit. From Carolyn who took my initial call, I was put at ease. I was treated very much like I had been going there for years. I would love to name all of the people that I saw while there but a few that i will mention are Dr. Basti, Dr. Jackie, Samantha, Mikenna, Giovanni (I'm sure i misspelled a couple of names)but truthfully all the staff have been amazing. I left knowing exactly what I needed for my next visit and I’m not even worried that it will take too long. Dr. Basti you have created quite a team here! So glad I found TLC Family Dentistry!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jackie took the time to explain all the available options, which I really appreciated. Fantastic experience: Let me start by admitting I become a drama queen when going to the dentist. Full on hold my hand while I whine drama queen. The staff at this office was patient, understanding and let me be me they managed to work around all of ME. They were even nice when I called looking for advice in how to deal with a vitamin stick in my throat. Again graceful, patient and helpful. I can’t recommend this office and team enough. Fantastic experience: Whoever wants to get a tooth pulled? For sure not me. However, I had the worst tooth ache ever, looking for a new dentist is always a gamble go me. I used yelp google and delta dental for research. With all the public reviews, I finally decided to give TLC Family Dental a go. I called at 10:am for an ER appointment. I got there at 4 pm with greetings from the staff, the Dr and the usual paperwork. In a couple of hours later my tooth was pulled and the infection was gone. The next morning I was a little soar but with the amount of work I was expecting the worst.
