Access Dental Care

Negative experience: They constantly schedule appointments and then cancel or reschedule them without proper notice sometimes you don’t find out until you’ve already shown up after taking time off work and traveling a long way. Yet if YOU are even a few minutes late or have to cancel, they’re quick to send you a notice saying they won’t treat you anymore. The double standard is ridiculous. The receptionist is especially rude and unprofessional, and the staff seems inexperienced with basic dental X-rays and equipment, making the process unnecessarily painful. This clinic seriously needs to work on its scheduling, communication, staff training, and customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have been scared of dentists since I was a child but this place truly made me feel at ease. For my initial intake Pauv was extremely friendly and accepting and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable during my visit. We went through my x-rays and she explained everything to me tooth by tooth. Dr. Gorman treated me and was also super kind and made me feel super comfortable. I had an extraction today and Dr. Gorman and the assistant did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible. They stopped when I indicated I was in pain and applied more numbing, they answered all questions I had and even joked a little to keep it light hearted since I was so nervous. I did not feel any pain during or after the procedure and feel very comfortable now resting. I am excited to continue my dental care at Access they are truly a great team!

Fantastic experience: Experienced a dental problem while traveling overseas...my first stop back in the States was Providence, not my home state of Arizona where my regular dentist is...contacted Access who was able to see me within a few days...front office girls were very nice and welcoming...dentist and assistant were both nice, professional, and good at communicating what was happening...one more visit in 2 weeks and I'll be taken care of...I'm glad they were able to accommodate me on short notice and would recommend them to anyone else

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years so I was a little apprehensive and embarrassed at first, however my dental hygienist, I believe her name was Melanie, was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. She knows what she’s doing & did a great job overall!!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient with a broken lower tooth, Dr. John took me in right away and was very kind, soft spoken and gentle. He explained the entire procedure that had to be done to save my tooth. He got right to it and I left with a beautiful temporary crown that I will wear for 2 weeks until my permanent crown comes back from the lab. The office is beautiful and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Made an appointment to be seen by this place and then when I arrived they canceled because I didn't confirm the appointment I made via text message? I did not agree to communicate with them via text message. If I made the appointment why do I have then reconfirm by texting you? Terrible service before I got any procedure started. Most likely a sign of the service they provide in general. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Negative experience: Stay Away. I don't know how they are as far as dentistry work. But as far as cosmetic implants they are terrible. $32,000.00 later and 2 years of my life wasted. The dentures have broken more than 9 times and how they fixed them was to super glue and staple them and hand them back to me. I wish i knew how to post pictures to show there workmanship. I finally found someone else to get help, when they saw what they did to me they told me that the pins that they screwed into my jaws to hold the dentures in were put in the wrong places and every time i would bite down they would rock the denture and break them. She also made the bottom denture to look like buckteeth the new dentist thought it looked like a joke. I know that everyone has their own opinion as far as someone else's workmanship, I am very happy with the work the second dentist has done for me for less than a third of the price of what they charged me. Like I said as far as a dentist I have no idea how they are. BUT PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM IS YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT DENTURES,

Negative experience: I went there because of the price that was advertised for dental implants. They quoted a price that was $1000 than their website. I am not surprised.

I had so many questions and one of the employees named Brian was so great and supportive, and everyone that works there were very nice and patient with me. When I first called to make an appointment, I was very embarrassed of my teeth, and no matter what I said to the Dr T she never wants to make me feel embarrassed. Or uncomfortable about my teeth. It made me want to go back and today. I have most beautiful teeth. I would recommend this place to everybody I really really enjoyed the doctor and how she explained everything and no matter when I called her she always return my call. Negative experience: This place is one of the most unprofessional establishments iv been to. At the time, i was struggling to find an appt when we found it, i was excited to do the extraction. When i walked in to check in for my appt. The 1st secretary looked at me in shock as i walked past her, i went to the 2nd secretary. Shes gonna ask if i had an appt. Shes asking for my info and i gave it to her. She says what u here for?? Any other time, they check me in without me saying a word. Now all of a sudden they cant find my appt. Mind u they even scan there calls which is weird. They said they couldnot find my appt. I took a whole day off from work to attend the appt to tell me u cant find the appt u made. I was done with all there antics and bounced out of there quickly. Dont do business with these ppl they lack communication, speak bout other patients circumstances, and lack to distribute important patient infomatio. Dont do it

Negative experience: All it took was one phone call to shy away from this place! Their website states emergency walk-ins seen on the same day. I called up with an emergency for an extraction and low and behold they deny taking me. Reason behind it.... "We willl only extract a tooth if you're going to replace it with an implant and have it done here" EMERGENCY EXTORTION

Fantastic experience: I've had dental issues for going on 10 years or so. And a whole bunch of related trauma. The team here is amazing and so accommodating. Dr.T is so so so nice and walks you through every step with patience and kindness. I recently had implants done here. Best decision I made in my dental care. Not only was the price competitive; they worked with me on financing. Staying after hours to make sure I was in a good spot and secured a payment plan (thanks Brian!) From consultation to surgery to recovery and the post op appointments this office and it's staff have been professional, kind, nurturing, and all around wonderful. In stark contrast to where I had previously been. If i could give higher than 5 stars I would. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs work done. Up to date equipment. Appointments on schedule. Never too far behind like most offices. And just all around great people. If your questioning if this office is for you I highly suggest taking the plunge. You won't regret it.

Negative experience: I spent $7200 on a 5 piece bridge that was already prepped. Dr T was removing my old bridge and knocked out my other bridge next to it. Instead of putting it back, took more x rays saying that area is full of tooth decay and now I need another implant and another crown for another $3500 cash only. So she epoxy my bridge and it fell off twice. It's endless conjuring up work. It would be $50000 when it's done with all the work she estimated. It's very unfair to do this to retired people and not have any regard for my dental plan. Beware. Have a large sum of cash when you step in. Just to evaluate and talk.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to a new dentist after my previous dentist was no longer accepting my Delta Dental out of Virginia. My company is based in Virginia. The Team at Access Dental are absolutely fantastic. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the receptionist to the Dental assistants the billing department and of course the Dentists. I’m receiving a new bridge in the coming weeks my previous bridge failed after 20 plus years. Looking forward to years of service from this crew
