Fantastic experience: I've been in the process of having some extensive dental work done, and as much as I do not enjoy having the work done, I feel that I'm in good hands at RI Periodontics. Both Dr. Katz and Dr. Pham are very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Also, if I started feeling any pain, they made sure to give me more anesthesia to keep me numb. In addition, the dental hygienists and office staff have been compassionate and helpful as well. I would recommend anyone needing periodontal care, to visit RI Periodontics.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived I learned that because I just had a hip replacement after a fall that I needed antibiotics before a deep clean. Rather than wait to reschedule in July, thank you so much for doing a surface clean not touching my gums. The hygienist was new to me, not to the office/job, and was so nice and professional and eased my concern for this change in procedure.

Fantastic experience: Following review was written a while ago. Somehow it didn’t sent! So I send it now! Sorry. Dr. Pham was a real pro! I had my tooth extracted and bone graph prepared in less than an hour . No pain or any stress. Very fortunate to have him! Thanks! The office staffs were all very friendly. When CVS messed up my prescription medication they tried to call a few times and also followed up with me to make sure that I got medication. Truly appreciate it. T. S.

Fantastic experience: One of my good visits to the dentist. The dentist explained everything to him so I could understand what is going on and needs to be done for my teeth. The dentist and staff were very friendly.

Positive experience: Dr. Pham was an excellent dentist, one of the more thorough ones I’ve seen. He explained everything clearly, and I was excited about joining their practice. However, I was referred to Dr. Pham for a three-month cleaning between my regular cleanings. Unfortunately, they have no availability for anywhere near the four to five-month timeline. I was disappointed that I was given a false promise of treatment that couldn’t be fulfilled. I may have to choose another dentist.

He is a truly gentle, caring, and knowledgeable practitioner who takes the time to thoroughly explain his treatment plan. He is awesome; cannot lavish enough praise on him!

Fantastic experience: I have been a Patient of Dr Katz for over 30 years he saved my teeth. Claire is my hygienist I normally visit the Johnston office but due to circumstances I had to attend the Providence office just to keep my appointment with Claire and will continue to do so

Fantastic experience: First, I have to say how understanding they were that I forgot about my appointment. They were extremely accommodating and offered me to still come in only later in the day. Also I met with Claire for a cleaning. She was exceptional! Very understanding and helpful with my gum issues. She shared a lot of great tips to help me with my at home dental regimen and gave me some free samples. The only downfall is that you have to pay out of pocket. But I have to say it’s worth it to receive the excellent care they provide. I will be going back.

Fantastic experience: What a remarkable experience - I was so filled with anxiety about having Oral Surgery for Implants - I barely slept the night before. The professional and calming staff, along with the detailed explanations before and during the procedure made it seem like a walk in the park. Afterward, as I was still nervous about the anticipated pain once the novacaine wore off, I braced myself for a night of terror. BUT NOOOOO I slept better than I have in weeks. And by morning I did not even need the prescribed Ibuprofin. Dr Katz is amazing - a True Artist at his craft.

Quite simply Dr. Shenoy is a top-tier oral surgeon in the field.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Goldstein and Donna. They both were amazing, I was fairly nervous about the procedure, and they both put me at ease. Friendly, perfectly on time, told me to please let them know if I needed a break at any point and they would happily accommodate. They explained everything and answered all my questions. The office, treatment room and restroom were immaculate. After my procedure, there was a small issue at the pharmacy (they did not have one of the medication). While this was no fault of the doctor, he went out of his way, to get the script to a different pharmacy near me who could fill it. He then followed up with me after hours to ensure the problem was fixed. I seldomly write reviews, and have had less than pleasant experiences with other providers. I had to write this one, people are quick to point out negative experiences, but slow to point out positive experiences. If I had to choice one word to describe my over all experience, it would be excellence! Keep up the amazing work, and I would happy refer anyone!!

I have had some very uncomfortable procedures and they are great at making sure you are as comfortable as possible even throughout doing the procedures both during and after. Fantastic experience: Who loves to go to the dentist? But if you have to go there is no other place but Rhode Island Periodontics. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. And there is only one word to describe my hygienist Clare... Fabulous!! She is punctual for her appointments, always inquires as to my health or any changes I need to talk about, cleans my teeth the way I need them done due to sensitivity, gives advice when needed, and makes the task of going to the dentist as pleasant an experience as that can be. If you need any dental or gum work there really is no other place but Rhode Island Periodontics to get that done.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to RI Periodontics by my general dentist. Dr Pham was very knowledgeable and explained my circumstances without too much dental technical jargon. He helped me to the course of action I thought was appropriate to me (before my visit) and did not try to encourage a course of treatment that would have cost thousands without any assurance of truly fixing the problem. On-site parking was an unexpected bonus.
