Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office and the entire staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. Everyone is so caring, patient, and genuinely takes the time to get to know you—not just as a patient, but as a person. That kind of compassion is rare and so appreciated. I recently brought my 3-year-old daughter to the clinic. She’s been to the dentist about four times before this, and every single visit at other places was a struggle. The moment she sat in the chair, she would panic and have a terrible experience. As a parent, it was heartbreaking. But this time was completely different. Brenda was absolutely amazing. She took the time to gently explain everything to my daughter and showed her how each tool worked in a way that wasn’t scary at all. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. My daughter ended up loving the entire experience—something I never thought I’d say about a dental visit! It truly brought tears to my eyes seeing her feel so comfortable and safe. I am beyond grateful for the care we received and will definitely be recommending this dentistry to everyone I know. If you’re looking for a place where you and your children will be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care, this is it.

Negative experience: I was charged a no show fee while I had the flu. I was told that because I have been sick before I was going to get charged for it (I am immunocompromised). Not really great as I had no option but to take the fee. I will not be a patient with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for around 5 years and I don't have anything to complain about. The front desk people are kind and understanding. The dentist is professional and usually has all the right answers when tasked. Lastly, I've been seeing the same hygienist Lisa and she is as amazing. Super nice, friendly and keeps you comfortable while working. Some people may underestimate good customer care but this is the root of a good business. We need more people like Lisa!!!!

Absolutely no pain and Jess her assistant was amazingly quick and efficient. I highly recommend this practice. Plus Dr Goncalves has a kind bedside manner

Fantastic experience: Check in was a breeze, as was scheduling my next appt. My hygienist Brenda was fantastic. I hadn’t been to the dentist in some time due to some bad experiences in the past between. Brenda’s cleaning was great, she was very comforting and not heavy handed at all. Also there was no judgmental tones in my lack of attention that I’ve given my dental visits. Smiths is actually a dentist that I’m actually looking forward to going back to… who ever says that about the dentist??

Fantastic experience: While I was eating, a crown fell out of my mouth! Smith Family Dentists not only got me in to the office quickly, but checked out the crown & tooth and fit it all back together! Very friendly & efficient atmosphere.

She was very kind and friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. For the first time, I experienced no pain during a cleaning. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful and kind as well and has a very beautiful soul. It was like love at first sight when I saw her! Thank you all for the amazing dental experiences today! I'll never go to another dentist office again!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous when I went in the office. The staff put me at ease. Dr. Gonzalez is very knowledgeable and engaging and explained everything going on with my teeth. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was excellent. My mouth felt great when I left the office.

Fantastic experience: I am new to smith family dental as I did not have good experiences with my previous dentist. I’ve only been to to this dentist twice and both times have been fantastic, especially the second time. They got me in for a cleaning at the end of the day and immediately noticed something my old dentist had botched with a bad filling immediately jumping on it. They got me through the cleaning (which they did a wonderful job with very fast and completely painless) and with just enough time they squeezed me in to do my filling in which they did a wonderful job very quick and professional and again completely painless. If you’re looking for a new dentist I would 100% recommend they are wonderful with a great staff, I just wish I had made the switch sooner.

Fantastic experience: Very clean with nice staff. Hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very thorough. Dr. Smith-Goncalves spent a long time examining my teeth, and she clearly explained things about what procedures I could have done. She used a camera to show me what was wrong with the teeth that needed work. She also gave me arrange of options.

At Smith Family dentist- I have experienced nothing but the best treatment. Wait time is never long, front desk staff are INCREDIBLE Dr. Goncalves is amazing, kind, knowledgeable and conscientious. Dr. Goncalves gave me the most thorough dental exam that I have ever had. She took time to explain everything an and explained all my options. She took all the time we needed to ensure we were on the same page. The dental hygienists are all remarkable!! I love that my whole family can get the treatment they need under one roof from my 2 year old, 4 year old, my husband and me! My boys were treated so well, they loved their experience there! We will never look elsewhere! If you want the best dental care- look no further!!!

Fantastic experience: From our dental hygienists, Elia and Lisa, to Dr. Gonclaves we have the best people to care for our family. Our children go there and they encourge dental health in a way that makes them take dental hygiene as an important daily routine. My daughter won the No Cavity of the Month Club. Even when costs that go beyond dental coverage they are willing to plan and work with you as to make it work.
