Fantastic experience: Had an absolutely amazing first appt at Aspen Dental in Seekonk. I have been searching for a dentist that explains what it going on with my teeth and how to prevent dental issues and how to have an overall healthier smile. Looking forward to my treatment plan here! Special thank you to Sabrina, Stephanie, Dr. Chung, and Kyleigh- you all made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety!

Negative experience: This place is good when they allow you to visit. I recently made an appointment one month in advance and they decide to call me a few days prior to my appointment saying that I can’t come in because I made the appointment online. Don’t know why they didn’t clarify that when I made the appointment instead of waiting the week of to inform me.

Negative experience: This place is a scam!!!!!! I went in for a whole in my tooth and said I needed almost $800 of cleaning done before they would fix my tooth (they never did a nirmal cleaning), the original quote was over $1,500 with my good insurance. They could some how get rid of some services to get it down around $800, but wouldn't touch tooth before that. 3 appointments later they filled my tooth. Less than a week later I have a problem with the filling and they said there's nothing wrong with her filling. I walked out , out $800 & missed work for 4 days, and tooth still not right........thry wanted to send me to another one of their specialist.

Negative experience: Rushed I believe were looking at the wrong information and when i asked to see the X-rays it was deflected with a different a different question basically it was like ordering from a fast food place

Fantastic experience: They were able to get me in the same day for an emergency visit and I had to bring my son with me who is full of energy and everyone who works here was super nice, patient, understanding, helpful and kind! I would highly recommend! Thank you guys for helping through this and providing the best possible care! You are all appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I’m new to this practice and I’ve always had so much dental anxiety but honestly the staff here are so incredibly awesome and they really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. Negative experience: Never go here . They don’t know what they are doing . The tried to charge me almost 4k for a clean . And service is terrible

Sabrina, who always helps with my teeth, does an amazing job and is incredibly kind, patient, and caring. She always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Chung is wonderful as well always helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Their dedication to their patients really shows, and I’m grateful for the excellent care I receive every time I visit.

The dentist was thorough and established a plan to address the immediate problem and to get me back on an oral health track. I am very thankful!! I have scheduled 2 follow up appointments.

Negative experience: Incredibly overpriced compared to literally anywhere else. They also gave me an extra mystery bill of $250 on top of an already egregious bill of $4500 to get my wisdom teeth removed.

Fantastic experience: Cracked a tooth on my lunch break and called the Seekonk office. The Team was able to get me in later that day. Turns out it was just an old filling that fell out. Doc saved me a bunch of money that I thought I would spend on a new tooth. My wife and I are new to the area and we have been looking for a new dentist. We found her! They already got me in for my first cleaning and my wife is scheduled on Monday. Great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely 10 out of 10, fantastic experience. Had to go 2 days in a row and I had the pleasure of having Kyleigh. She was so thorough and kind. I missed the doctors name but she was amazing too. Mitsy greeted me twice with a smile and great attitude. Megan helped me with scheduling and made everything smooth and easy. Was so afraid of going to the dentist and these ladies that run the show made everything so painless and really changed my tune. This is def my new dentist office. Love these ladies. =) **EDIT** I wanted to say they accepted same day appointments and get you in quickly. I also wanted to mention the lady who did the Xrays. I didnt catch her name but she had such a sweet calming voice. . Eventhough I was struggling with the mouth pieces, she had the patience of a saint. All these ladies deserve a round of applause. They made this experience so painless. If you're looking for emergency care or routine care, this is YOUR place to go.

Nara, the dental assistant, was wonderful. She was patient, caring, and consistently checked in to make sure I was doing okay throughout my appointment. Kyleigh, the hygienist, is just as amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood my treatment options, and helped me feel confident in my decisions. Fantastic experience: This Aspen Dental did an amazing job taking care of my son. Sabrina, the dental assistant was outstanding with taking his x-rays and said that she made him feel very comfortable in the dental chair. Both Kyleigh (the hygienist) and Dr. Chung were very thorough with their exams and explained everything precisely in order for my son to understand his treatment. Afterwards, we sat with Meagan, the office manager, and she was super kind and explained the finances perfect enough for us to understand. I recommend anyone that is in need of dental care to come to this office. They accommodate your schedule and always greet everyone with a smile. Thank you for making a difference. My son no longer has dental fear.

Fantastic experience: The people at Aspen Dental are awesome! Dr Chung takes the time to explain the problem, solution and procedure. You never feel rushed, which is extremely important when sitting in a dentist chair. Sabrina has the most soothing voice to keep your mind off getting impressions, makes it less uncomfortable. The ladies in the front are so sweet and very welcoming. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Aspen Dental since moving to Providence RI nearly 10 years ago. The team here is incredibly friendly and carrying the hygienist and dentist are always explaining what they are doing and always checking in if you seem to be in pain and they have a great location to boot with plenty of parking. If you are in need of a dentist check them out!

Negative experience: Dental assistant and the doctor were the only good things I can mention. The office manager is basically a sales person and the girls at the desk are so inappropriate and rude.

Negative experience: Overpriced... But more importantly I had problems after a 9:30 a.m. appointment and no one would call me back although I called three times.. once they finish extracting the tooth they shuffled me off spraying a bunch of information at me quickly that was not their problem

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment to get a filling repaired, and a cleaning done i worked woth Sabrina and Dr. Chung to have the filling repaired they were quick and very professional. Overall i am very happy with the filling repair. Melissa took care of me for my cleaning and did a wonderful job the entire experience was great and painless

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was pretty terrified of the whole ordeal. The staff at the Seekonk location are excellent, organized, and very kind. Nara, Dr. Chung, Melissa (I think is her name), and all the other staff members I interacted with were empathetic and explained everything they were going to be doing clearly. The whole process was smooth, and they were able to fit my cleaning in during the first visit. I will be returning in the future.

Fantastic experience: I would give this dentist 10 stars if I could. I am somebody who is deathly afraid of the dentist and needed full mouth extractions to get my dentures. After shopping around from dentist to dentist, I finally found the one. This place is a one stop shop for your denture. They perform full mouth, extractions, and They have a denture lab in the house. Dr. Chung and her team are absolutely amazing. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and heard. I am currently two weeks out from my extractions and my upper and lower dentures feels so comfortable. The first week is difficult but I promise you it will get better! Nara was absolutely outstanding and made sure my dentures fit perfectly. It took a couple of visits to make it happen but they didn’t give up and they made sure everything lined up perfectly and I was happy. Meagan in the front office was also amazing and she answered all my questions and even helped me with some paperwork that was needed for my insurance. If you are looking for the right dentist to start your denture Journey, I highly recommend you give them a call, I promise you, you’ll be in good hands!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about the whole team at Aspen Dental in Seekonk, MA! Dr. Chung is very friendly and has made me feel comfortable each time I've seen her; she's gentle with her touch, she works fast but smart, and I've witnessed her ingenuity firsthand, just earlier today when she had to come up with a plan on the spot to get to a very tricky filling location in the back of my mouth. Kyleigh, the hygienist who did my deep cleaning, is also very good, friendly, and clearly has a passion for her work. She suggested that I use the water pick that she gave me in the shower rather than the sink, which is an A+ recommendation lol To the dental assistant who has helped me with x-rays, answering my questions, being right there with the suction at the right time, and all the prep work that you do for the doctor—THANK YOU SO MUCH! - I think her name is Sabrina, but I'm not 100% on that (sorry if I'm wrong!) Matt helped me organize my appointments and balance my treatment plan over the next two years so I can get the most from my insurance. This kind of stuff is not cheap, and honestly, it's why I neglected my teeth for a while. But I'm happy to be back on track, and I'm grateful to have such a wonderful, all-around team close by. I genuinely feel like my smile is getting where it needs to be! Thank you, guys!

Fantastic experience: Great experience from the first moment to the last. For someone with significant trauma this is a dentist that I would recommend to anyone who is nervous or scared to see a dentist. Great place and wonderful people.

Negative experience: Office staff and billing department clearly not trained on how to bill insurance properly. Why is it taking 6 months to process a routine visit? I don’t know, and they don’t know either. Definitely easy to get an appointment as opposed to independent dentists, however will take weeks/months/years of getting bills in the mail and run-around phone calls to process a simple claim. 0/10 do not recommend.

The moment I walked into the office, I was immediatly put at ease, by the friendly and kind staff at the desk. I never waited more than 5 minutes to be called back. The procedure took some time, but as far as it goes, it was relatively painless, and recovery has been a breeze. I felt comfortable every step of the way as they would constantly check with me to ensure I was okay, and I was able to choose the the genre of music I liked which helped. I only wish I had come here sooner, and saved myself a great deal of discomfort and embarassment. Thank you so much to Matt, Sabrina, Sherry, Nara, Kyleigh and Melissa and Megan. You made a terrified patient, so much more comfortable!!!

Negative experience: What started off as a great experience, has definitely turned into anything but. Went to this establishment due to tooth pain last Wednesday; it was the first time I had been to the dentist in a very long time, and had a great experience with great staff who seemed understanding but realistic about concerns with my teeth. Fast forward 72 hours, and I have been unable to open my mouth enough to eat since Thursday morning, while also experiencing pain swallowing and swelling in my neck. At first I passed it off as my mouth being sore from being open for awhile to take X-rays and the exam, no big deal. Continue taking the prescribed medication and ibuprofen / Tylenol like suggested. However, it's now Monday morning and I still cannot open my mouth. Called to express my concerns and see if there was something that could be prescribed to help with this and was told "Well, we didn't do anything to you besides an exam for you not to be able to open your mouth, and the doctor said you need your wisdom teeth taken out and to take ibuprofen for the pain". Okay, cool. So I can't open my mouth wide enough to fit a spoon in TO EAT, but keep pumping myself with medicine because I need my wisdom teeth taken out? My mouth was open for close to 40 minutes to get X-rays and the exam done with me being told to "open wider" on multiple occasions; this strain could 100% have caused lock jaw. I was looking forward to overcoming my fears of the dentist and forming a relationship with this staff going forward, but after the phone call I just experienced, I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I have an experience at Aspen Dental at Aug 2025 , I visited that office. At seekonk Ma for having a implant and the Doctor doing a very good job for me and thank to her now I’m eating normally and get back my life
