Negative experience: My visit today a total loss. Came early for my appointment and waited an hour. My ride came to pick me up and no work was done.

Negative experience: The dental hygienist was rough and I felt rushed. I preferred Amanda because she is more gentle and she does a good job cleaning my teeth with little to no pain.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get a last-minute appointment on New Year's Eve day & my dental issue was resolved professionally & promptly! The entire staff from front desk to the treating providers were respectful, knowledgeable & professional. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: This office is scammy and rude. I had a cleaning and full exam in the previous city I lived (Tampa) in June, which I shared. I was told that the office here likes to do their own X-Rays for new patients, which we did, and I assumed it would be billed as something other than standard annual X-Rays. They didn’t think to tell me I was going to have to pay entirely out of pocket for them, or that they hadn’t yet received the X-Rays from my prior office, despite me filling out a form that asked for my last cleaning and me mentioning while in the exam chair about when I had X-Rays done in June. I saw earlier this month that I was charged $100 because insurance of course only covers one standard annual X-ray per year. When I spoke to whoever answered the phone, they hadn’t received the EOB from yet so I called back and was spoke. to like I was stupid. I do notttt recommend.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist, always have. Growing up dental care was neglected. As an adult I finally manage my way to care for myself, however that went wrong. The dentist was insulting, rude, no empathy or compassion. Years went by before I could manage my anxiety to go. Thankfully meeting Dr Son was Good. He is non-judgemental, empathetic, polite. His team is great and kind. I have been to him a few times now and highly recommend him. I love Nicole and Amanda, their kindness and you can tell it's more than just a job.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today for a cleaning, x rays and exam. Dr Son and my hygienist Amanda were both great! Super friendly, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I was surprised how much time Dr Son spent explaining my x rays and treatment plan. He was thorough and shows a genuine care for his patients. I normally hate going to the dentist so I’m happy I found a dentist who can make this a better experience for me

Negative experience: This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I had never experienced a dentist demanding full payment upfront before. They make you feel it’s all about money, and sadly, it is. Collecting in advance often leads to overpaying. I should have trusted my instincts and walked out when they used a close-up camera to convince me to replace fillings I believe were unnecessary. I won’t even get into the mess Dr. Hadosh made, as it still upsets me. All my fault for not listening to my intuition the first time I walked in. The staff are blunt, and unfriendly. I do not recommend this dentist or his office.

Negative experience: NOT THE ONLY PATIENT THAT BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO NOT RECEIVING TXT MESS. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. I scheduled a cleaning months in advance because that was their earliest availability. I blocked the date and time on my calendar, only to find out—when I called at 8 AM the day of—that they had cancelled my appointment without ever notifying me properly. They claimed they sent a confirmation text, but I never received it. Because I didn’t respond to a message I never got, they gave my slot away without so much as a phone call. Funny how they managed to call someone else to fill the spot, but not me to confirm or clarify. Now they’re telling me I have to wait another month and a half to be seen. Completely unprofessional and honestly unacceptable. Terrible scheduling practices, zero accountability, and no respect for patients’ time. I am dropping out as a patient just to Save my self the headaches. The person (Lory) tried giving me 1003 excuses and talked to me about policies. IF YOU HAVE POLICIES MAKE PATIENS AWARE OF THEM.

Fantastic experience: I called end of day as a new patient with a cracked tooth. I was in the office first thing in the morning and left with a crown all in time for work at 10 am. Dr. Hodosh was comforting and enlightening. My lips started to chap and they gave me a little take home chapstick! I will be returning for the rest of my dental work!

Very compassionate and take the time to make sure I feel ok. I see Dr. Sun, my friend sees Dr. Hodosh and she has the same experience as I do with feeling very well cared for. Fantastic experience: I had the most gentle fillings done there the other day. Big fan of all the dentists, dental hygienists and front desk staff but I have to give a big shoutout to Amanda, who cleaned my teeth with such care, explained everything she was doing and was lovely to talk to.

Negative experience: I never write reviews but had to for these folks. Tried charging me $350 per filling (found reputable dentist in area for $180). Got a root canal and they never got pre approval with my insurance. So after the fact I got a bill for the full amount. They have cancelled appointments 12 hours in advance. Some of the staff is very nice but overall this place seems like one that only wants your money.

Negative experience: After moving to this area, I was on the market for a dentist to provide bi-annual cleanings. This practice caught my eye given its glowing reviews. I have never been so bamboozled by reviews in my life! My experience there was quite predatory. Dr. Hodosh throws jargon at patients, seemingly in an attempt to confuse them into blindly following recommendations. Thankfully (given my background), I followed the thread of the discussion and asked many questions. Thus, I was shocked when the scheduling folks stated I needed to be scheduled for FIVE fillings. This was never actually expressed by the dentist. The scheduling staff asked if the dentist used "big confusing words" when I expressed confusion, suggesting this is his typical style. After discussing my experience with others, I decided not to return; I had to make repeated attempts to cancel future appointments (e.g., staff stated they would call back then never did). Then to top it off, I received a bill for out-of-pocket costs! My appointment had only consisted of a biannual cleaning and bitewing xrays. I had confirmed *twice* with the office that all services would be covered. I shared my understanding that my insurance would only cover one set of x-rays per year, and they insisted their certainty that I was eligible and 100% covered. Nope! I shudder to think what I would have been charged if I actually completed a procedure like a filling. This is the first one-star review of my life! I just hope it helps someone who might be similarly deceived by these ratings (reviews that genuinely might be paid bots).

Negative experience: Dr. Hodosh is the most multi-talented and skilled dentist I have ever visited, but unfortunately he is not a fair or a kind person and leads a practice that seems to prioritize money above all else. I was quoted one price for a five minute treatment and then charged another -- four times the quote--and because I trusted this office implicitly I didn't catch the discrepancy and signed the visa receipt when I left. When I called to discuss the credit card charge, there was no honoring that communication is a two-way street, no respect for my perception of the quote discussion. There was no attempt to find middle ground when I pointed out the flaws in their perspective. Instead I was gaslighted by a staff person and accused of changing and fabricating stories. I have never in my decades of life had an interaction with a medical office like this. I do not recommend this practice at all.
