Fantastic experience: In addition to Dr. D’Amato being an exceptional dentist with years of experience, he is also very thoughtful, kind and caring, always patiently explaining his diagnosis and recommended course of action. He is also creative and effective in finding the least invasive procedures when possible and recommends the best specialists when needed. His assistants, technicians and hygienists are also all tops in their fields and very kind. Making an appointment with his kind and friendly administrative team is always quick and seamless. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Came in today with a toothache! Dr Frank diagnosed it quickly and efficiently as an infection, prescribed an antibiotic and advised me of further treatment options! He’s a great dentist and a super guy!!! That’s why Ive been a patient for over 20 years!!!!

Positive experience: I like this office I never had any complaints until today's visit. I wished the lady who approached me in regards of my past due payment was more professional, she was kind of loud and somewhat rude. I didn't appreciated the way she came at me, she could have been more professional and sympathetic about the issue.

Dr Moore takes his time and answers questions and is clear and patient. Felicia did my cleaning and X-rays she was gentle and stopped frequently to make sure I was doing ok. I had another dental assistant as well that was so caring during my crown prep and application. She took time to explain each step along the way. I truly appreciate the kindness in this office.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for a long time. Always loved the staff. New staff after merger is terrible. Billed me for service they didn’t perform and when I questioned them got a response that didn’t make sense. Was supposed to get a call back from the office manager never did. Called back and got another different answer. I called the insurance company and confirmed what I thought. They lied. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a new dentist.
