Negative experience: Terrible. They change doctors every single time I’m there and it’s never consistent. Each new doctor has a different set of “ideals and idea’s” for what my smile should look like. I’ve had a male doctor bend my wire, which made my tooth crooked. I’ve had the same male doctor seperate my teeth, only to come back to a new confused doctor about why that was done and have it fixed. Each time I come here there is a new problem that wasn’t there before. They advised I get my wisdom teeth removed in which I did. I was given laughing gas, but when he began the procedure I could still feel it. I made noises and sounds, until I finally tapped him to give me another. In which still wasn’t enough. After the “surgery” I was heavily light headed from the gas and the sight of so much blood but the doctor told me to “stop being dramatic because this wasn’t open heart surgery.” So disrespectful. Today I went in, in which something tied was on my braces. The assistant left me with all pink bands and two silver ones because she couldn’t get them on. I tried getting it fixed, and they later popped off again. I’m heading to California soon, in which I am now self- conscious about my smile. Everytime I go, me and my family leave frustrated because something always goes wrong. Double charging for payments, disorganized scheduling. And this CLEARLY isn’t just a patient issue. When I showed the reception my missing colors, the two women looked at each other and knew exactly who it was. That’s a problem. This place is disorganized, disrespectful and absolutely inconsistent. Each new doctor I get does not understand what the last doctor did and for what reason. Neither can I tell them, because I am never given a clear answer. I asked today what a thing was for, and she provided me the answer “It will keep your teeth there.” Okay well I don’t think my teeth will run away, that was super great feedback. I am NEVER communicated with about what is going on with my mouth. I have been going there for about 2 years and I can say that today’s visit has been the ONLY visit where my jaw was in complete pain from whatever she did. On their official website they of course hide their real reviews and only project the good ones. I now have to wait next month to see if I can get the colors back on before I move across the country. Do NOT go here. I’ve had multiple friends and family members share their terrible experiences.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and disorganized. This office repeatedly cancels appointments last-minute, showing no regard for other people’s schedules. To make matters worse, when I finally got in for a teeth cleaning, they had the nerve to comment on my “lack of follow-up” — despite the fact that they were the ones canceling on me. If you can’t manage your own scheduling, don’t blame patients for it. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great with both of my children. Everyone was nice to us.

Negative experience: This place is horrible DO NOT GO HERE! You will wait at least 30 to 40 mintues past your appointment time EVERY Monday & they gave the wrong information for months to my son's insurance , which delayed his braces for months, all the while saying they couldnt understandwhy insurance wouldnt approve it. They'll wait till an hour before your appointment to cancel only to tell you there was no approval, reschedule you & then do it to you all over again.. Also it is never the same orthodontist each time. We hate this place. They're ran very poorly!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist for myself and daughter and this place is fantastic. They explain everything in detail that you can understand and the entire staff are very friendly and empathetic. Glad that I found them.

Negative experience: waited 35 minutes in the exam chair to be taken care of at my first visit before just deciding to leave and find another office. staff is very friendly and kind and the receptionists are amazing though, seems to be a scheduling issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr Blerta was great!

Negative experience: I went as a new patient but was not aware that I would be there for 2 hours. I had xrays done - the girl doing them was nice enough. When she was finished she left my area (open cubicle) with no indication of how long I would be waiting for the dentist. I sat through a young child crying uncontrollably in the open cubicle next to me for a good 20+ minutes - heart wrenching! I overheard the dentist speaking to the child, saying there was no reason to cry. I was under the impression that the child had some work done that took the dentist longer than expected and this was the cause for my wait. I was wrong. The child was there forva cleaning. I was later told the office is short staffed, and 2 hours for a first time patient is the norm.

Fantastic experience: Wow. From arrival to leaving, these ladies treated me wonderfully. Excellent care, quick and painless thanks to the dentist. Thank you, would recommend

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentistry I've ever been to. Not much of a wait time. Friendly and professional. Felt like they really cared and took the time to explain in detail everything as they were going. I have really bad anxiety but felt at ease with all of them. I actually can't wait to go back!!! Who can say that about their dentist?! Lol

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing and friendly. DR.Musa is great and patient. She gave me back my smile by evening out my teeth and removing calcium stains I have had since I was a kid!

Negative experience: This is a great dentist! I've always enjoyed my care here. I think that they are professional and knowledgeable. The reason for one star is scheduling. Scheduling is an absolute nightmare. The last time that I made an appointment, it was overbooked twice. This time, I got a voicemail saying that I needed to call and confirm my appointment verbally (did not mention anything about timing for confirmation). I called to confirm and the receptionist said that I had to call 24 hours prior in order to confirm. They overbooked my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Great expetience. The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. I had my tooth ectracted and Dr. Gupta did a great job.

Negative experience: My children appointment has been canceled because of Oral Surgery Day according to Jennifer. Ok? Then why didn’t you notify me or my wife!!! Then they don’t have any available appointments that is good for us to accommodate us for their mistake. I hope the owner will look into this matter and find out why his office keeps canceling people appointments. We also have life.

Negative experience: Signed for my dental records over a year ago after they tried charging my insurance for a visit on a date I was not there for or had an appointment on, I still haven't received my records

Fantastic experience: First time there with my son . Staff were amazing!

Positive experience: This place is always busy. My sons main doctor is always fast as can be. He is a real hard worker. I went in yesterday and waited 1hr 20 min. The one who cleaned my sons teeth was really friendly and kind and worked fast. After she was done. We waited another 50 min just for this new Dr to come in and look at him for 20 seconds and say okay bye. That was quite annoying. But it is what it is. Staff is great here. . Hope his other doctor is in the next time. He is thorough yet fast. We love him!! And we appreciate his work ethic as well as the other dental hygienists. Those ladies are awesome and work just as hard.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience from every member of the staff!!

Positive experience: I admit, I was a little apprehensive after experiencing painful dental treatment & not so hospitable dental office workers, Although I was open minded, I was a bit nervous and concerned all that nerve and concern went out the window when I was greeted by these wonderful professional Receptionist, dental assistance and doctors pleasantly surprised me with the level of care and treatment. I personally received and witnessed others receiving. It was the best experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist that I can remember since I was a child so many times I neglected my dental care because of my anxieties And fears of bad care .. That is not my testimony now the doctors that have treated me the hygienist the receptionist it’s all been a positive experience and I was in such agonizing pain when I went there. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at this dental office. The ladies at the front desk are always very kind and welcoming! This review is especially Dr. Erica. She always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. She’s very kind, patient, and you can tell she truly wants the best for her patients. I’m really appreciative I found her as a dentist!

Negative experience: My daughter had an appointment for cleaning, which was made months ago. They cancelled it then when I called, they gave her another one the following day, then they cancelled the second one too, then when I called again they said she can come 30min earlier, which she did. When she got there they said she had to do x-ray before she can do cleaning. When we asked that she does x-ray another day they said they need to cancel the cleaning.

Fantastic experience: This office recently hired a lot of new staff. Front desk staff is now well equipped and organized. New doctor and hygienists are friendly and informative. This place definitely took a turn for the better!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was friendly and good service.

Negative experience: They are very unprofessional and do not recommend them to anyone. They broke my tooth and don’t want to pay to replace it. I helped them out using my insurance to cover the implant but now they don’t want to cover the crown ( which was talked about during a phone call a manger, that now doesn’t work there). I asked for a written contract stating what was talked about and there was no documentation on what was said during our phone call. This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful process my braces where suppose to take 2 years now we are approaching 5 and now I have a crossbite and a missing tooth that I never had. I don’t understand why you would treat someone in this manner and wouldn’t want to make a client happy all I wanted was to have a great smile and straight teeth. But unfortunately I have the opposite broken teeth and a crossbite with 3 more teeth about to fall out of my gums. Please take your business and hard earned money to a business that really cares and treats you with honesty and respect.

Fantastic experience: Great service. I got my wisdom teeth extracted here. Every staff member was thorough with telling me exactly what was going on and Dr. Gupta did a great job with my surgery. I had a follow up appointment and was satisfied again with the team.

Fantastic experience: My daughter saw the new dentist here today and she was amazing! Much better experience than last time.

Negative experience: Oral surgeon was cocky and rude when trying to do oral surgery, had to cancel appt while there. But more importantly receptionist was very rude on another visit when i was visibly upset that they cancelled my daughters appt AGAIN (for being short staffed per usual) and forgot to tell me once again. A friend who comes here tells me she has exact issues. Multiple times I've also came in for an appt and they just forgot to put it in their calendar. Always new staff in every position, even office managers, always someone rude/who doesn't know what they're doing. Can't wait to find another dentist!

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean facility with very modern equipment; desk staff were friendly and helpful; my appointment began on time; my nurse/hygienist Joanna was really nice, expert at her job and made the whole experience very pleasant; Dr. Huang was also very deft and thorough at his work, expert in his knowledge and very clear on everything. He did a great job, as did Joanna. I'm glad I chose to try these folks out for myself and for my wife. Nicely done everyone!

Negative experience: Worst practice in Attleboro. They cancel appointments because you don’t answer their 10th call to confirm. You take off work to bring your kids only to be told your appointment was canceled. Very disorganized and unprofessional. The hygienists are not the best either. I had to ask them to change their gloves the last time. Will go elsewhere. I don’t recommend using them. I will be taking my kids elsewhere. They are such a waste of time.

Positive experience: Excellent care for my son. Very patient dentist and lovely staff. Highly recommended for kids!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Huang is an excellent Doctor. Very professional and has the lightest hand. For someone that emphatically hates needles, he has made this painless as possible. He applies a numbing gel first!! Waits, then uses the needle. Dr. Huang also walks you down every step of the way to let you know what is going on, and listens to concerns before he starts. Great Doctor, thank you!!!! Also, an honorable mention to his assistant and the lovely receptionists. They care!!!

Negative experience: I would like to share feedback about my recent dental visit with Dr. Huang. I felt very uncomfortable during the appointment because of the way he spoke to both the assistant and the front desk staff. The assistant seemed intimidated and afraid to ask questions, and even when I tried to ask my own questions, Dr. Huang cut me off and made me feel discouraged from speaking. This was the worst dental experience I’ve had, and it was upsetting to witness the tense and disrespectful interactions. I also felt bad for the assistant, who appeared uncomfortable and responded with visible frustration. Overall, the environment did not feel respectful or patient-centered. I’m never going back!

Negative experience: Waited 51 minutes in a dentist chair and finally walked out unnoticed. Wish there were negative stars

Negative experience: The office is Constantly Rescheduling my children's appointment they day before after they have been waiting MONTHS for these appointments. The dentist is on a 3 week vacation and apparently they thought waiting till the day before patients appointments to cancel was the most appropriate time to reschedule instead of when they were notified of Dr.khaungs said vacation . Due to the last minute notification I now have to rearrange my work schedule again to be able to make this apt providing it doesn't get canceled again. This has happened 3 times in the last 3 months with my son's appointments, daughters appointments as well as my own appointments.

The staff is always kind, patient, and professional, and they truly make kids feel comfortable and cared for. The communication has been great and every visit was smooth and stress-free. Negative experience: Very low on staff. The dentist is rude! I am assuming that’s why half of the good staff went elsewhere for work. It’s a shame, I use to really like this place.

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible. I called for an emergency dental issue and they say me right away. The manger was amazing and made sure I was able to get taken care of. The dental hygienist Erika was the nicest person I’ve ever met. She made me feel like I was the only patient in the room. She took her time and was very calming. Erika cared for me as if I was her family member. She did an incredible job and was very thorough. I highly recommend this place! I appreciate all their help and accommodations for me.

Fantastic experience: Dr Huang is an especially gifted dentist. He is friendly, practical, extremely competent, and obviously very up to date on current best practices. He has a bright attitude and the hands of an angel if you are scared of injections. Everyone else in the office is also great. I came from the Mattapan location and the service difference is night and day. Thanks for having me as a patient!!!

Negative experience: Dr left in the middle of procedure to attend other patient, when ask why his answer was to many appointments scheduled in case no shows, didn’t ask to match crown with regular teeth, did not perform feeling that had been pay, when went to second appointment now they wanted to do a second feeling not include in original invoice, after waiting for half an hour refused to do work because I need to speak to manager coming in on following Tuesday, over charge for feeling supposedly because insurance limit was over the limit, yet for second feeling insurance cover it, no sense, if I was over insurance limit on first feeling why did insurance cover for second.

Fantastic experience: Jessica, my hygienist, was great! She was thorough, and she understood my very sensitive gag reflex (one reason I dreaded going to the dentist). The whole experience was comfortable. That hasn't happened in a long time. Dr. Huang thoroughly explained my dental situation, gave his recommendations, and offered options. I'll update after my next procedure.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist for any type of oral surgery is never a pleasant experience. However, I must say that this team did a fantastic job eliminating all of my anxiety. The office staff out front is very friendly and accommodating, and the dentist who did the surgery had fantastic bedside manners. He was kind, attentive and quite frankly got the job done quick. Highly recommend this facility for dental work.

Positive experience: I visited for the first time today. I have now found my dental home. Very welcoming staff. I went in with a chipped front tooth, embarrassed to talk or smile. Came out with a beautiful new tooth like a miracle I recommend this office!

Negative experience: Trying to get records transferred is ridiculous. They will call you constantly to confirm appointments but winter return calls regarding records. Office is unable to handle children, will kick then out then refuse to send records elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this office for children. Especially if they need fillings! Even when you tell them to cancel all future appointments they will continue to call. They just don't get it. Will NEVER return!

Fantastic experience: The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the hygienist Kenny. I was super nervous about wisdom tooth extraction, but they were all so nice and made the process so quick and painless. So thankful for all of them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Huang is the new doctor at the practice, and he is just incredible. I've seen more than a few dentists in my lifetime, and he is easily the best. 10/10 In every area; precision, comfort, knowledge, communication, etc. Just go, you can thank me later.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hung has been so patient with me. Explaining every step and some issues with my care. Very nervous each time so I wasn't rushed at all and felt much more comfortable. Negative experience: Do not go here. They don't remind you ot policies, and don't call to confirm, but only send an email. I went in 2 months ago, and hadn't gotten a call so THEY rescheduled against their own policy. Now they want me to call each day to see if something is open. I'll be finding a new dentist. You suck. No call to say I couldn't do it. But remember I packet you signed 5 years ago? Well no!!!! Also, they have had to rescheduled multiple times themselves because the doctor called out, problem with my health insurance not being seen or something, and they failed to do voice calls, but I would confirm online, but that wasn't good enough. Youuuuu have made me have to reschedule multiple times, and now I'm punished for it. I will reach out to customer service. I should have been seen tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: They were friendly and helpful. I went for a consult before an extraction, but the doctor offered to do the procedure if I could wait a bit. That was good for me so I was able to leave with everything done. The procedure went well and I had no problems.

Negative experience: This by far was the worst medical office experience I have ever encountered. For an 8am appt we arrived at 7:50am with our little girl, at 8:25 we were still waiting with no explanation. Once going to the back we were told that the doctor would be doing the exam. We witnessed the doctor peek around the corner only for the woman to return and state she will do it instead. The woman proceeded to BRUSH her teeth ( which we do every morning) and THAT was the exam !!!. Once finished she mentions the doctor will be right over only for an additional 10 mins to pass with NO return. My husband who is very even keel said WE WILL NOT RETURN let us go. Talk about unwanted, the feel of the place was nice and I even admired the pamphlets in the waiting area. However the level of unprofessionalism from both FRONT and REAR staff was completely ridiculous. We will not be returning to this falsehood of a professional office.

Fantastic experience: I loved it , they did let me in with my toddler not like other dentist’s places I have been ,customer service was great upfront and everyone in the back ,I will continue to bring my toddler here .

Negative experience: Waited months for dentures which are horrible. To many changes during visits with what's next different doctors can't wear my dentures way to big and hurt so very disappointed hopefully can resolve this without taking forever just not happy. Teeth nice color but that's it.

Negative experience: This used to be a very well run dentist office. Not anymore. They constantly book me for cleaning appointments then day of or few days before cancel the appointment saying they have no dentist assistant on to do the cleanings. Has been 4 times within a year or less.

Negative experience: This used to be a good office, They recently changed management and ever since they have had so many issues. This is the 3rd apt I have shown up for on time and they canceled my apt without informing me. The hygienist is never there, the orthodontist only works one day a week, and the oral surgeon is only works once a month. If you have any problems they can never fit you in. I have always confirmed my apt through text. Under the new management they changed their policy without informing people that you have to verbally confirm. I have found a new dentist and I won't be going back.

Negative experience: I switched my entire family over back in December- I brought one of my boys in December and had to schedule the rest of us out to February because we could not all fit together in the same day. No problem I was fine with waiting. Fast forward 2 months later to our appointments today for 3 new patients with cleanings and we were called in the morning and asked if we could come in 40 minutes early- sure! I can accommodate. We got there early, my two boys were done quickly within 30 minutes and then it was my turn. Now I had my xrays and they sat me in the chair and then said “can you come back Tuesday”…. I was extremely confused as I had booked this appointment MONTHS ago. I explained no- I booked a Saturday appointment for a reason. Well the next Saturday appointment was April. They stated that “cleanings are not guaranteed for new patients and they should have said that”… well then why did my three children get cleanings no problem but when it was my turn I was now told they didn’t have time. They were more concerned with leaving early. They said I could sit and wait until they finished the rest of the patients and they could “squeeze me in”.. I’m sorry I HAD an appointment booked!! This was extremely deceptive and poor business! Toni was great and the doctor was amazing- which is a bummer because I do not think I will be returning with my family. They seriously need to get communication together. The manager Jennifer has zero management or problem solving skills and offered no resolution whatsoever. Thoroughly disappointed and will now have to seek care elsewhere.

Negative experience: I recently visited this office for an emergency procedure to have three impacted wisdom teeth removed, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had been experiencing severe jaw pain for about three weeks and was relieved when I found an opening the same week I discovered the issue. However, in the days leading up to my appointment, I never received any instructions on how to prepare for the procedure. I had to Google post-surgery care and general instructions for wisdom teeth removal on my own. I did call the front desk and was met with a kind and helpful staff member, but it seemed like there was little information passed on to her to help the patients effectively. On the day of the appointment, I was scheduled for 9 AM but received a call when I arrived at 8:45 AM, saying that my appointment had been delayed by an hour due to the dentist arriving late. I decided to wait, but when I saw the doctors arrive and then go to the Dunkin’ Donuts next door, I couldn’t help but feel this was extremely unprofessional. I had been fasting for hours in preparation for my surgery, and seeing them take a coffee break while patients are waiting was very frustrating. Once inside, I experienced further delays. I was seated inside and then left waiting for a long time. The dental assistant who was supposed to attend to me was frequently called away to other tasks, and I could hear other patients having their wisdom teeth removed while I was still waiting. I felt like no one knew what I was there for, and I was left with a lot of unanswered questions. One thing I found frustrating was that, unlike other places I had called, this office never gave me a ballpark estimate of what I would be paying with my insurance. Other places were upfront about their pricing before thinking about scheduling an appointment; but here I didn’t find out how much I’d be paying until after they took a look at my x-rays—which took an additional hour and a half. After the X-ray delay, getting the final price and payment details took even longer. Ultimately, I left without my procedure being done and felt extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and organization. The front desk staff were very polite, but the overall experience with the actual dentistry services was subpar. I expressed my concerns with the front desk staff, and I truly hope that they can improve the way they handle patient care and appointments in the future. For now, I will be looking elsewhere for my dental needs

Negative experience: Hands down the worst dentist in the area. Not only will they keep you waiting well past appointment time, but they are rude. Front desk staff acts annoyed when questioned about billing. Terrible people skills and trashy attitudes must be a prerequisite for working here. Orthodontist "screening" just to bill insurance, then call and try to set up another Orthodontist appointment when braces were not needed. Scam I had four kids as patients and we will never return. Would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My daughter came in to get het her wisdom teeth evaluated and ended up getting her lower two teeth removed on the spot. My daughter was clearly nervous. Ashley and the orthodontic surgeon took great care of my daughter during the process. It took no time at all and she was feeling good afterwards. I appreciate the supportive bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: . It was my first time. It was stress free, in and out! and everyone was very nice and extremely professional and detailed about my dental work and followup. No worries at all I Look forward to my next visit. And get this my appointment wasn't tell Jan. They called me to come in today yesterday. Love that! Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: On time! I have been to Children and Family dental twice and I did not have to wait for my appointment. The crew is super friendly and caring. I will highly recommend this dentistry. The one down side is appointment availability, but to me it's worth the wait.

Positive experience: I had some challenging experiences with the dental office. There were some instances of miscommunication and rudeness that led to inconvenience. One issue involved a confusion with a cancelled appointment and another situation involved some difficulties with insurance. I believe there might be an opportunity for the office staff to improve communication and customer service.

Fantastic experience: My son had an ortho appointment today and Kenny was amazing! He even kept my younger son entertained and it’s as if they had known each other for years. He was friendly and fun. He went above and beyond to calm my son down who often has trouble with his dentist appointments. He exceeded my expectations and I hope we get to see him again!

Fantastic experience: These people are great and funny and they make you feel included. If I had any questions or concerns with my teeth they talk it out with me rather than dismissing it. This office is great, especially when your looking for a new one

Fantastic experience: Excellent doctor! Excellent staff! excellent assistants! They are always very friendly. Even if you don't speak the language, they try to help you. When no one wanted to treat me since I had a previous job done, they did it and I continued the treatment with them! It's a little expensive but it's worth it. 100% recommended.

Positive experience: I had an apt with the oral surgeon today at 11:00 a.m. they were an hour late and the girls at the front said that they accidentally put my paperwork in the wrong spot and now I have to reschedule. Which really sucked bc it was an emergency extraction. My tooth fell apart! Not something I can reschedule. Another girl came out from the back and said know you're next. Another 30 minutes goes by! My ride is now calling me and i haven't been seen yet. They finally got me in the chair and I fill out my treatment plan and it's 150$. I'm like that doesn't sound right for an extraction. I had one same place in 2022 and it was a lot more. So I'm already sus at this point. So I wait another 30 minutes in the chair. Then the surgeon says open up coming to put a needle of novocan. I'm like this isn't my treatment plan, I was told last week he didn't want to take it out without the gas and the oral surgeon can do it. I made an appointment, talked to the girls at the front on my way out and they say yes next week you'll have the novocan. I said ok. The oral surgeon today looked puzzled, trying to gas light me into thinking it's my fault for not telling him, I said I'm telling you right now. He said okay and turned on the gas and it was not the experience I had with the doctor who left this the place in 2022 it was completely different. I told him I wasn't comfortable with this whole experience. He said okay I'm all set then and walked away and left the gas on! With gauze in my mouth, and just walked away. No one stepped in to help me it seemed like they were all scared of him.. finally an assistant told me that he was referring me to a surgeon who would sadate me. But no one shut off the gas or helped me, I finally took it off and walked out scared and in pain and very hurt. Now I'm still in pain and he didn't even give me an antibiotic for the infection!!! The old dentist was kind and understanding and worked with me. This guy is intimidating and it seemed like he barely turned the gas on just to mess with me.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rey was a blessing. I have had a few bad experiences prior to visiting him. His comforting demeanor and careful approach reassured me that my procedure was in caring hands. He removed 6 teeth and I felt no pain. Comfortable through the entire experience. I am so thankful to be his patient.

Positive experience: I would probably not suggest going here if you have moderate to severe dental anxiety. They just don’t seem to empathize or understand it enough. Also, the receptionist is rude and does not make you feel welcome at all. One time before my appointment, they said on the phone that I could get nitrous oxide, but then when I came in they told me I couldn’t because I had eaten recently, so then the next time I came in and didn’t eat beforehand, but they said I couldn’t get it because I was over 18. I was just so confused. Their site also seems to advertise this as being an option. Another time, I came in for a cleaning and they took my blood pressure and since it was high (because of my dental anxiety) they refused to treat me, which is understandable, but at the same time, it’s not like I was getting any type of procedure, just a regular cleaning. I just wanted to get it over with and be on my merry way. I will say that some of the dentists and dental hygienists were nice and pleasant, but others… not so much.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here twice and cannot wait to come back to start my “new teeth, new look” journey. I am a very nervous patient. I can tell you the dental assistants are all wonderful and gentle. Previously I could not get X-rays, it hurt badly, and prev tech (different dentist) tried jamming her sausage fingers on my mouth… I arrive here, everything was perfect. Gentle and done in 15 mins. The dentist was awesome. I returned to remove two back teeth. It hurt yes, and uncomfortable, but, I was well taking care of. The front staff, kudos.. esp dealing with me.
