Fantastic experience: Exceptional work!! I went in for wisdom teeth removal. My entire visit, from entering the office to the follow up check-up message was flawless! I was greeted with smiles that made me feel comfortable. It most definitely put me at ease and decreased my anxiety for my tooth extractions! Dr. Heiman has a great hand, I didn’t feel a thing! Only thing I felt was the swab when they rubbed the numbing cream on my gums.i will most definitely come back for routine check ups and future dental work! Thank you grewenlawn team, yall are amazing!!

Fantastic experience: My wife had broken a piece off a molar. At 74 years old she has not had any previous dental problems. She does have some memory difficulties. We were referred to Dr Heiman by our previous dentist who is retiring. A prompt appointment ensued. Dr Heiman and his staff were friendly and set her at ease. I was allowed to stay with her. The office was clean and equipped up to date. After his exam Dr Heiman explained the situation with a temporary repair to be followed by a permanent crown in 2 weeks. Everyone was competent and explained each move. Procedure went smoothly. We are very pleased. RA

Dr. Jon gave me a passing inspection so KC spent the next 30 mins doing her special, meticulous, teeny-tiny surgical scraping & cleaning to perfection that she always does. I've been with Dr. Heiman for abt 4 yrs and he is a Super Troop, too! He is willing to try new procedures and is great giving numbing shots. He has trained his Staff; Lindsey, Brenda, Sammy, and Necole, to name a few, are also great at their respective tasks: managing schedules, being prepared for the specific procedure, taking over the work as necessary and assisting with variable payment structures. My wife is changing dentists because of insurance - I know where she will go - Greenlawn Dental! Try them - you might even get a green lawn! Water!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely my favorite Dentist and Staff! They are always amazing!

Negative experience: This was my 2nd visit to Greenlawn. Dr. Heiman recommended I have two crowns. I asked the Ashley, the Office Manager to confirm my financial obligation with my insurance. A week went by. Silence. I called and left a VM asking again. Three days pasted. I called back. Silence. Another week and VM request. Silence. The following week I called and spoke with Ashley who said it would take her a week to get the estimate. The following week I called again. Ashley said she left a VM. I did not receive any VM message or missed call from her. I called my insurance and inquired if anyone contacted them. Yes three weeks ago we provided the information.Good to know. I found another dental practice. The dentist and staff exhibited all the attributes patients deserve. Very professional, competent, thorough, responsive, kind. The dentist I have now spent considerable time reviewing and then making recommendations that reflected what the images showed, a different recommendation from Dr. Heiman. The estimate I was given by Ashley was also different from the one I received from my new dentist. I had high hopes for Greenlawn that were dashed after a wasting a month of my time.

I put going to the dentist right up there with Death and Taxes, two things I don't look forward to. That is until I went to Greenlawn Dental. I had a crown that came off and needed to see a Dentist asap. My dental work has been done in Mexico for the past 6 years and I didn't have a dentist here in Austin. No time to run to Mexico for a crown. So I googled "Dentist near me". Several came up but the only dentist that could see me immediately was Greenlawn Dental, Dr Jonathan Heiman. Reluctantly I went in (same day) and had the Best Dental experience of my life. I have to say it was the first time I have had Dental work in 20 years "without" the gas to calm me. Absolutely No Pain when I had the cavity filled and new crown put on. First time in 20 years seeing a dentist with NO PAIN !! Now let's talk about the support staff. Absolutely Fantastic! Friendly, professional, and they made me feel like family. From the front desk to the assistants to the Dental Hygienists they are by far the best team I have ever been a patient of. And Dr Heiman is Fantastic! You won't find a better Dentist group in Austin! So if you are on the fence about going to the Dentist or which Dentist to go then choose Greenlawn Dental. You will find a new Dental home like I did. My only regret is I did not find them sooner. So don't delay make that call today to Greenlawn Dental. I promise you will be happy you did!!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a lot of dentist related anxiety and thus hasn’t seen a dentist in a few years I was pretty anxious when I went in for my appointment. I had absolutely no reason to be, every member of the staff that I interacted with was so friendly and comforting. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and to ease my anxiety. They are extremely understanding of the very common dentist fear and they were very empathetic and answered all my questions and eased all my concerns. If, like me, it’s been a minute since you’ve been and you’re looking for a good practice to go to… look no further this place is the best.

Dr. Heiman and his Lead Receptionist Ashley (and the rest of his staff) are ALWAYS so patient and reassuring with me when I come in for my appointments babbling and trembling. Another plus about Greenlawn Dental is that Dr Heiman does all of my necessary dental work in house, meaning that I don’t have to go to an expensive endodontist or periodontal specialist for additional treatment. Greenlawn Dental is outfitted with all the necessary equipment to diagnose and treat most dental issues. I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Literally one of the best dental appointments of my life. The staff was attentive, the service was fast, and the Dr. was patient, kind, and courteous. I walked in with some issues and a missing tooth. I was able to get a full work up and my tooth fixed in just about an hour. Can’t wait to get my full cleaning soon. The office has great mood music and TVs in just about every room. Helps to keep your mind busy if you dread the dentist. A++ Dr. Heiman is my dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: Really good experience at this dental office! I went in with a problem molar and it turned out to need a crown! They got on it right away. The Dental Assistant Hailey is very sweet and "distracted" me when the doctor went to numb me with the needle so I wouldn't notice it. The office is very clean and "high tech" with the way they do things there. I didn't have to deal with the mushy wax in my mouth for fitting my new crown - they do it all with a wand and a computer there! Very impressive. I was a former Castle Dental patient. I'll never go back to them! Thumbs up!!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING! Dr Heiman just placed a second molar implant on me and the visit was only 48 minutes! His shots don't hurt, he has excellent and warm communication, his team is proficient and professional. You will not find another dentist as capable as Dr. Heiman. He has also completed root canals and crowns on me. All procedures have been successful without any problems, and I'm 51 years old and have a young mouth and great looking teeth again! Fantastic experience: I have in the past had absolutely terrible experiences with dentists. A previous dentist said I needed 4 root canals, this dentist was able to get it done with just 1 root canal and it looks amazing, while being almost a tenth the cost out of pocket of the previous dentist. Forever greatful for his work.
