Fantastic experience: I was looking to establish a long-term dental home, and I am so glad I found SmileWell Dental! My first visit was absolutely excellent. Dr. Reddy was kind, gentle, patient, and very thorough. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated her thoughtful and conservative approach to my dental care. I also want to give special recognition to her assistant, Adriana, who was wonderful. She was attentive, caring, and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and helpful. I have my follow-up appointments scheduled and feel very comfortable continuing my dental care with Dr. Reddy and her team. Fantastic experience: My kids and I really enjoyed our visit. Going to the dentist can be a little scary for a 5 and 2.5 yr old but they made them so comfortable and had tv’s on the ceiling to keep them entertained. We are very happy to find our now regular dentist just down the street from our home.

Thankfully, my wife found this place and it was great service, friendly staff, and hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I’ll be sticking with them from here on out and actually schedule all my follow ups!

Negative experience: I had been using Smilewell (going on two years) until recently. I gave my insurance information to their dental office, but she insisted I pay for the services. All I was getting was a cleaning. I own a 20-year, 500-employee small business and could afford it, but I had dental insurance provided by my company. I gave her the number on the card to call the call center to verify my coverage. A week later, she asked for the insurance again the day before and cancelled my appointment, not offering to make another one. As a retired United States Air Force Service Disabled Veteran, I have traveled around the world. I treat everyone with respect and dignity whether they are above or below me. In the US, we are fortunate to have options. Thus, I asked Smilewell to close my account because respect matters. Cancelling the appointment was the last straw.- Who is the customer?

Still best dentist! The fears I once had are gone. She has eased me into feeling comfortable and safe. I am so grateful. This is the best dentist and office. I had so many fears and Dr Reddy changed the whole dental experience for me. I am so grateful for that. She is an amazing dentist and her bed side manner is so kind and professional. The entire office and assistants are amazing. The whole office is clean and they have excellent customer service. I feel so blessed to have a dentist in our neighborhood. Negative experience: Disappointed to say the least. Came in for my visit and due to expecting I declined to have X-rays. Dr. Refused to see me for my visit. Essentially, wasting my time as I took off from work and not taking my concerns into consideration. I have never had an Xray with any of my other children while being pregnant and I will not have one with the fourth. I’ll find another provider.

You wont have to worry about her giving u a quote for unnecessary procedures which did happen to me once with another dentist. The office is beautiful with modern equipment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, pleasant, friendly professionals in all positions from the front desk to Dr. Reddy! Fast and painless as well. And they don't keep trying to talk you into 'costly' procedures like crowns and bite guards. Also, they keep to their appointment schedule and don't waste your time due to the staff and dentist trying to serve too many patients simultaneously.

Negative experience: Had an urgent matter - a chipped front tooth, which I explained prior to making the appointment. When I arrived, they were more concerned with my purchasing a membership than fixing my tooth. I wasn't there to establish future care, yet they kept hounding me. The (one) dentist works on several patients simultaneously... so you wait. When it was finally my turn, the dentist was shocked that I wanted it fixed that day. Are you kidding me? SmileNotSoWell is more like it...

Negative experience: Not only did my daughter’s filling fall out twice from there, when we called them with a dental emergency, they told us it would be a few days before they could see her. It took more than 24 hours for them to call us after leaving a message on the emergency line. I do not recommend this establishment.

Negative experience: Did not have a good experience. Dentist could not successfully get my tooth numb and advised I needed a root canal when my previous dentist said my teeth were fine.
