Fantastic experience: Jovan Orthodontics is the best! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional. The front desk staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes every patient feel special. They answer all of your questions and truly care about their patients. I experienced financial hardship during my treatment, and they were incredibly understanding and willing to work with me to provide accommodations. Fantastic experience: I came in looking to correct some moderate crowding in my lower teeth, and Dr. Hau and her team quickly created a hybrid treatment plan using C5 treatment followed by clear aligners. From my very first appointment, every visit has been such a positive experience — especially as someone with dental anxiety. Liz recently helped get my C5 treatment started, and she was incredibly attentive, patient, and thoughtful throughout the process. She immediately put me at ease and made the experience so much more comfortable than I expected. I genuinely look forward to my appointments and couldn’t recommend this practice more highly! I drive over an hour to see them and it is very well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Our experience at Jovan Orthodontics was incredible. First I’d like to say my oldest daughter had braces and we did not go back to them. I found the recommendation on Chat GPT. I called and Vanessa got everything set for a same day complimentary consultation with Dr. Hau. My daughter Marley and I got there and met Amanda who was so friendly and great at explaining things and took all the X-rays. Dr. Hau was absolutely a doll! She was so sweet. I am so glad they got us set up with the easiest financing and were able to get her braces on the same day. While we were there another patient and his Mom were there. They said they were moving to Houston. They had been with Jovan for like 5 years. All employees knew them hugging them, they were invited to stay at their new home. Even the patient, 7th grade boy told one of them he will never find another person like her to work on his teeth. I witnessed the best service I’ve seen in a medical office in over 20 years. I’m so happy to be part of the Jovan family.

Fantastic experience: I had Liz taking care of my braces treatment today! She made me feel comfortable and ensured that I was doing okay during my whole appointment. Whenever i had questions, she’d explain and answer them thoroughly which helped me understand why they were shifting my wires a certain way or what my rubber band pattern does!

Fantastic experience: Liz is AMAZING! She is so patient and so kind with my little girl. My daughter (age 10) had an expose & bond procedure done & has to go every 2 weeks for a year or so to have this chain tightened in order to pull her canine tooth into the correct position (very painful and long process). Liz has helped her feel so comfortable. She is always checking on her & asking her how she’s feeling throughout the whole process in the chair. She lets my daughter hold a mirror to watch & she explains everything as she goes so that my daughter can watch and understand. If my daughter struggles, Liz will take a break to let her calm down. I won’t see anyone else anymore, I will request Liz because she’s been so amazing with my little girl. I highly recommend asking for her! Oh, and Dr. Hau is amazing too! I won’t leave her out! She explains everything in detail and takes her time in the appointment without making you feel rushed. Answered all questions for us & was very kind.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my braces taken off and permanent upper and lower retainers put on my teeth to ensure my teeth would not shift. During this two year process, I have to say this was the best experience from start to finish. The staff from the front including in the back are courteous and professional. They talk you through the process and take the time to answer all your questions. Definitely will refer to family and friends. Both my sons have gone through having braces with Jovan Orthodontics and it has been a wonderful experience for them as well.

Fantastic experience: I’m 34 and had braces as a teenager, but like a lot of people, I didn’t wear my retainer, and my teeth got crooked again. I was so self-conscious and hated smiling, but after 17 months of Invisalign at Jovan Orthodontics, my teeth are perfect. I smile all the time now. From the consultation, things were great. I got an extremely fair quote that was $4,000 less than I expected, and I was able to get started right away. The staff is amazing—super friendly, caring, and they always made me feel comfortable. The technology they use is incredible, like their 3D skull scanner. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend Jovan Orthodontics!

Fantastic experience: We have been at Jovan for about a year and a half. They are so fantastic with kids, fully transparent, listen attentively and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Bonus, they have an arcade room for siblings complete with old school PAC Man and TMNT arcade games plus TVs and Wii. It makes the trip super fun for younger siblings. We've had to reschedule several times due to illness and the front desk is so nice and accommodating, never an issue. Also, we compared prices in the beginning and they were soooo reasonable compared to other places, especially for the amount of work. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my 10 year old granddaughter to have new braces put on her bottom teeth. I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Jovan (she always makes a point to visit) and then she handed my girl off to Megan. As I sat a few feet away, I watched this marvelous Dental tech prepare my girl’s teeth and her psyche for the procedure. Megan has a true gift from God that enables her not only to do the dental work beautifully, but to also establish a real relationship with her patients. She was fun and jovial, and entered into my girl’s life in a way that was rare. My granddaughter later told me that the procedure was no big deal! It was a wonderful sight to behold and made me so appreciate the blessing that Jovan Orthodontics has been to our family. Kudos to Megan and their wonderful staff which includes the front desk staff!

Prices have been more than fair. The office staff are incredibly friendly and are willing to answer any questions you have. I would and have recommended them to others. We have one other child that will need orthodontics in the future and we'll be going here again.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 13 and most dentists that see her aren’t very supportive when she gets scared because she’s not a little kid anymore. This place is the complete opposite, age doesn’t matter, everyone is treated with kindness and respect. My daughter got braces put in by Miss Rachel, and she was so considerate, that if something didn’t feel right in my daughters mouth she would let her hold or adjust it. My daughter was afraid to go to the dentist and afraid to get braces but she walked out with the biggest smile on her face.

Fantastic experience: Two members of our family are satisfied with the results from Jovan Orthodontics. As an adult, I completed a round of top braces and bottom Invisalign with Dr. Jovan. Four years later, my teeth have stayed straight. I keep annual checkups of my retainers, replacing them as needed (3 times ). My teenage son just finished one year of braces and now has new retainers. We are satisfied with the results. Dr. Jovan coordinated work for my son’s teeth with his pediatric dentist and the prosthodontist (the other Dr. Jovan).

Fantastic experience: Jovan Ortho is the best place I could have found to get my teeth aligned. As a 40-year-old attorney, my appearance in court is important. I received braces and Jovan Ortho coordinated expertly with a periodontist to get my eye teeth implants as well as Jovan Prosthodontics to smoothly transition into the implant crowns. They were completely flexible with my schedule that at times required me to change appointments times. Many people who have known me for years with the former "smile" have commented on how much it is improved. Also, during the time with braces, my health improved as I focused on my eating habits (which you have to do with braces). I fully recommend Jovan Ortho for your family's orthodontic needs.

Fantastic experience: I got my braces on today. It was all good, except for the fact that I kept wanting to swallow every 5 seconds during the procedure, but that’s just a problem I’m going to have to deal with. Jovan orthodontics and the staff were great and I highly recommend it!
