Negative experience: I loved the dr and hygienist at this location. Unfortunately they “temporarily” closed with no end date in sight and it’s impossible to get ahold of the other offices.

Negative experience: Confirmed an appointment one week prior. Get there today and it's closed. No notification/update informing me it was closed

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my dental hygienist. She is very caring and knowledgeable: always giving me new tips for my dental health. The staff are all caring and ho out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Terrible place! I tried to give it another chance but they are so unprofessional. Never answer phones, scheduled appointment for a cleaning, had to wait a month only for them to cancel. Lied about calling me to confirm. I showed them the text of confirmation and they still would not see me saying the doctor quit and he was done working there. Can’t stand this place!!

Negative experience: Confirmed with Jade 2 days ago about my husband's cleaning appt. My husband was turned away today because there was no doctor to do the cleaning/x-rays. They turned him away without an apology. We won't be back and we won't recommend this location to anyone we know! If we could give 0 zero stars, we will.

Recently the Louis Henna has gone through some changes and there still appears to be some confusion about my insurance but they were able to get me in and I got X-rays and my cleaning done! I enjoy the hygienist! She makes an unpleasant experience go by quickly!

I’ve never loved having to go to the dentist but this location made my experience nothing short of easy. The entire staff is friendly & great at their jobs. You can tell they love what they do. I’d recommend anyone to this location.

The staff are wonderful they make you feel like you part of the family. There's are no long wait time when you arrive for your appointment. The staff and everyone is so friendly and extremely professional. I just had a crown done with no pain at all. It was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend all my friends family and to anyone that is reading my review. You will not be disappointed you will receive excellent service and the cost is very reasonable. I am 100% satisfied with all the dental work that I have completed to date. I am looking forward to going back in 2025 to complete the remaining work that needs to be done. Kudos and a special shout out to Dr. Phoung Pham and his wonderful assistant. Dr. Pham has been with Castle Dental for as long as I've been going there. I highly recommend selecting him as your dentist, due to his extensive tenure and expertise and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist office. Want to thank the entire staff at Castle Dental at 117 Louis Henna Drive in Round Rock, TX. They do some amazing dental work. Dentist, Phuong Pham did a terrific job on my cavities. The hygienist Thanh-Hoa Dinh did an amazing job on removing the plague from my teeth. I didn't realize my gums were in bad shape until after all the plague was removed. My gums are no longer swollen and I sleep better at night. From the nice young lady at the front desk and the ladies who do the x-ray and assist, Thank you for treating me like a human being and your professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I don't remember the name of the dentist I saw but he was absolutely amazing I was having severe dental pain and needed an extraction he did it right away he had a wonderful personality and was so gentle and caring his assistant was fantastic too he was super nice and friendly as well I highly recommend this office!!!

Negative experience: Been going to Braker location for about 10 yrs now & service just keeps going down hill. I booked appts twice online & called in to office 3 times, over 4 wks due to an aching tooth, before driving to Braker location. Office was closed for lunch so had to drive back an hour later. Everyone there looks new, disorganized, & confused. They then told me it would be a month to book an appt and to call other locations if I needed something sooner. I then asked if they were not answering phones, then why am I expect calling more times would end in a different result of actually having a person pick up. He finally ended up calling the Round Rock location & was able to get an appt booked that week. Round Rock location was very nice & seemed like they were considerably more organized than Braker. Which is unfortunate as that is a much further drive.

Negative experience: If you can not take x rays don't lose your time!! Im pregnant and obviously I can not take X-rays and without these one you are not going to receive any examination or cleaning, NOTHING!! I lost my time

Negative experience: I recently had a dental appointment at Castle Dental that has left me deeply disappointed and uncomfortable with the level of service provided. I felt compelled to share my experience to shed light on the inappropriate treatment I received during my visit. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that I needed additional imaging, despite having undergone a set of images just this March. To my surprise, the dental hygienist Bing, Thanh-hoa , who typically attends to my cleanings, insisted that these images were only taken last September. This assertion directly contradicted my recollection, and I affirmed that we had indeed conducted imaging in March. Regrettably, instead of acknowledging my concerns and attempting to find a resolution, the hygienist chose to dismiss my account and label me as dishonest. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a profession that relies on building trust and providing personal care. It is disheartening to find oneself in a situation where support is lacking, and one's credibility is called into question. This experience has left me feeling uneasy about returning to Castle Dental in the future. Furthermore, it is important to note that while my individual status as a customer may not significantly affect Castle Dental, it does matter to those who seek respectful and dignified treatment when availing themselves of a public service. I implore anyone considering Castle Dental's services to read this review attentively. Pay close attention to the details, so as to avoid being subjected to unwarranted accusations of dishonesty. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and honesty, and it is my hope that this message will encourage Castle Dental to reflect on their practices and ensure a more considerate approach in the future.

Negative experience: Not a great experience. Very nice workers, but the wait time was way too much in my opinion. No one seemed to care about how long patients were waiting either. Not sure if 1.5 hours at the dentist for a new patient exam is normal, but it definitely seemed too long to me.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Everyone was nice enough, but the dentist who saw me was either so inexperienced she should have had someone watching over her or totally incompetent. I went in with zero pain and no issues. I just hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time. They recommend a deep cleaning and filling a couple of cavities. It was an excruciatingly painful process that happened over two visits, and then it hurt to chew or drink any liquid. I went back a couple of times and they “fixed” their mistake. They said some sensitivity is normal and will go away. It never did. I had an emergency situation and had to have a tooth pulled and that dentist was surprised by how poorly they cleaned my teeth, and the quality of the fillings. He fixed the alignment, so it doesn’t hurt to chew now. I will obviously never go back and want to warn people to stay away. TLDR; They left me worse than I came it. BEWARE!!!

Fantastic experience: The cleaning experience is the best. Very informative and focused on true prevention. They strive to keep your gums and teeth healthy and encourage good home practices. They are caring and attentive to individuals needs.

Negative experience: I have never been to Mexico to get anything worked on…. But I feel it would be better if I had than this place. First of all, the front desk is beyond rude. Secondly the technician that did my “X-ray” either did not put the plastic bag on correctly or given the cheapest possible one. I have 7 deep cuts from it, I kept telling her and nothing was fixed. I said enough, I do not want to be touched anymore. I was than taken to the “room” and the rude front desk lady came up stating “ I can not continue if I don’t finish my X-rays, that tmi isn’t that bad and I should finish” first of all I didn’t bring up my TMJ which is killing me currently because my gums were bleeding. I said that is fine and left. Found out they been bought out and hopefully they clean up the mess there but I will never return. Nor do I recommend any one to go there….

Negative experience: Terrible customer service! Would never recommend. One month ago I go in for a checkup and cleaning, they tell me I have gingivitis and won't be able to get me in for a "gingivitis cleaning" for another month, which will cost an additional $200. It's currently May 3rd when I have an appointment scheduled at 2:00 and when I arrive the office is closed! I was never notified that my appointment was cancelled, and now have asked for time off work for nothing. I've now waited 2 entire months and they won't even clean my teeth for me. Waste of time.

It just felt very lost… the staff didn’t go through fully with explaining what I need and instead asking me what am I getting done and why I’m here? Also didn’t get seen til about 20mins later than my original appointment. i left the building crying with so much confusion as to what I do next? I was so lost. They didn’t bother asking if I’m supposed to come in for check ups or not? Then I was supposed to speak to a Dr but I guess they completely forgot about it and just explained what this and this cost and sent me home. No resources for help at all. No recommendations. I do not like this place

Negative experience: I have a bad experience on Louis Hana location, I and my daughter both of as been there for cleaning but they told as we need to do a deep cleaning, so we agreed and pay a lot of many but they didn’t do any good job also when we go for check up they told as to pay 102 dollars for each just for check up , I really don’t have a good experience with the , I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in about 20 years I needed to get checked out no cavities just had to do a deep cleaning. I was a bit nervous the first time I sat in the chair to get numbed the the dentist was in and out so fast I don't even think I felt the needle a month later on my second app for the bottom teeth cleaning I kept waiting for him to poke me and never felt it amazing needle skills and the nice lady who cleaned my teeth after was amazing

Negative experience: Poor communication. I was there for a very specific issue and after spending 1 and half hour I been told I am referred to another location for more diagnose and after that they may help. Appointments are weeks far away so to fix any simple solution need to wait more than a month . Also hygienist came and said she is going to do deep cleaning and not sure what has changed in 25 mins no nurse or dentist but front office staff came to escort me and went through treatment plan. Very unprofessional. I would not recommand any Castle Dental location here in Austin Area .

Negative experience: Bad Experience at Louis Henna Blvd Branch. I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Harris (Periodontist) at 8 AM CST for my follow up appointment at Louis Henna Blvd. This was scheduled 6 weeks ago and I also received a confirmation email on Feb 3rd of my appointment. The day of appointment I walked into the clinic to find out that Dr. Harris is no longer with Castle Dental. No one called me to let me know this. I wasted my 6 weeks waiting for this appointment with the specialist whereas during this time I could have gone somewhere else had they let me know. Front desk staff said, if I want to see General dentist or drive to South Austin. Seriously?? General dentist could not resolve the issue so I was scheduled to meet with specialist and this is what I get plus driving to another location because of their poor management?? I wasted my time and trip and burnt out my time off at work for this. To top it off, the front desk staff was unwelcoming, unfriendly and never sorry once. Never going back again as you don't care about the severity of the health of your customer.

Negative experience: Bad service. Not happy with their 1st service and decided to go with some other dental. I also got a call from a collection agency today that there is a balance from 2019. I never received a letter from them all sudden after 3 years got a call from collection. I won't recommend this to anybody at all.

Negative experience: I had identity theft at Castle dental from their computer being hacked. I received the notification from their fraud department and because of this my credit card had to be suspended. Their equipment is outdated and there is not much privacy. Its basically an open bay with single stand alone walls so you can hear everything going on around you conversations, drills ect.. I also set an appointment for my son two months prior, the day of the appointment they told my son your mother should be here in order to accept the credit card which is inconvenient because Im at work so they denied payment and service that day. The front desk also never answers the phone no matter how much you call and they never return voice messages. I found another dentist next to my home to accept my card for my sons appointment without me being there.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, been going here for years, favorite dentist of all time! Moved away from the area years ago but I still make the trip out to Round Rock every six months for my appointments, it's totally worth it.

Negative experience: I was over charged. I have insurance with Delta Dental. I went in for a tooth extraction and was charged $332.96. They didn't show me the cost until I started asking...after they had done some procedures that seemed unnecessary. The dental assistant kept trying to scare me into other procedures that would have cost me somewhere in the range of $2500.00 and that's with insurance.
