Fantastic experience: Being my first visit, I was greeted when I entered the office and, after confirming my appointment, all of the preliminary work related to creating a 3D image of my teeth was completed and then Dr. Santana examined me, discussed her findings and recommendations. Then, the hygienist competed the profilaxis and polishing. Finally, we scheduled my next routine visit date. Everybody was friendly and polite. Really satisfied with both the process and service. Looking forward to future appointments! 2nd Visit Update: No change at all, the service continues to be excellent. The Staff is friendly and helpful. I returned for a regular check up and cleaning appointment and was not disappointed. Dr. Santana is still the dentist to see.

The doctor absolutely funny makes you feel comfortable makes you feel like she’s part of your family. I went in for a routine wisdom tube takeout and I’ve never felt better. Fantastic experience: Dr. Teresa is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The lady at the front desk, Stephanie, is also great and gives a great first impression of what your visit will be like. After suffering a toothache for years that other dentists couldn’t diagnose, Dr. Teresa saw right away what the issue was and fixed it quickly. Living with that pain for so long was definitely not fun and I can’t express enough how much I appreciate her helping me. I have never had a dentist call or text to check up on me after a procedure either so when this office did that, I was taken aback. It made me feel that they really do care about their patients. Fantastic experience: Dr. Santana had previously made a butterfly bridge for my two front teeth that many other dentists had told me that my choice was either implants or a partial. Four years ago I went to Dr. Santana who told me that she could make a butterfly bridge and that bridge is still working well for me with no problems. Today, 12/26/21, as I was driving down Mays Street I felt a piece of my molar break and since I was in the area I stopped at her office with no log prior appointment and explained what happened to the receptionist who relayed my problem to Dr. Santana while she was with another patient and she asked that I wait for her to check my molar. After finishing with the other patient she attended me and advised me on the best procedures available and when I agreed she proceeded to fix my broken tooth. I’m very grateful to her and her staff for helping me without any prior appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Santana and team are wonderful! They always explain what they are doing and will check in every few minutes to make sure there’s no pain or discomfort. We moved 30 minutes away from Round Rock, but I will make the drive to see Dr. Santana because she is just that good!

Fantastic experience: The dentist has always been my biggest fear after some wackiness that went down in my youth so naturally I was horrified when I was told I needed a root canal and crown but my view of the dentist is turned around completely. Not only did the procedure not hurt at all it went faster than I expected. I'll gladly be returning for other work needed.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Santana, and her staff is amazing. I can only say good things about any work she did so far. All her staff is very nice, and easy to talk too. She always makes sure that you don't feel the pain, and that you are 100% happy with her work. Recently she replaced my old crowns, since the color didn't really match the rest of my teeth. She did such a good job, that I decided to do two more. Since this work was done year after the first one, she went above and beyond to make sure the new crowns are 100% match with the rest.
