Fantastic experience: EuroDental is great! I’m a new patient but in the short time I’ve been going to them I have been very happy with my experience. I have nothing but great things to say about EuroDental studio. All of the staff have been so wonderful with everything!

Fantastic experience: I'm honestly so glad I found Eurodental Studio. The girls at the front desk are super friendly and always get me in quickly. The doctor took his time with me, explained everything, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell everyone there actually cares. Best dentist I've been to ever!

Negative experience: I had a filling done here in September 2025. The clinic itself was clean, but the staff was not particularly friendly, and the dentist came across as dismissive and rude. The real issue started when the filling fell out in May 2026 less than a year later. I called expecting the office to at least review the situation, but instead I was immediately told by the receptionist that I would have to pay out of pocket because I have bruxism. What’s frustrating is that nobody warned me when the filling was placed that it might fail within months because of bruxism. I wear a night guard, and I have other fillings that have lasted 10–15 years without any issues. Yet somehow this filling failed in less than a year, and the office’s response was to blame me over the phone without even examining the tooth. A filling should last much longer than a few months. More disappointing than the failed filling was the complete lack of accountability and willingness to stand behind their work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Don’t listen to the negative yelp reviews at all, these people are so lovely kind and extremely helpful. I went for an emergency root canal, and although the root canal was not covered under my insurance they explained thoroughly every possibility that I could take, with nothing left unexplained, everything on the table and communicated properly. The dentist himself Dr Dennis was extremely kind and understanding of my situation, and even found out that another tooth that a different place told me was also a root canal was actually just a filling that fell out! This place is great, very comforting and clean environment with real people willing to help and talk to. Coming from a real person who’s dealt with constant disregard by others towards my emergency situation, these people have made me very hopeful and were the most helpful people I have seen in regards to my teeth!! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: My experience at Euro dental Stidio has been thus far -wonderful! The staff is friendly and the dental clinicians are highly skilled. Appointment s are followed up with plenty reminders so there is no excuse forgetting your next visit. I transferred to Eurodental Studio and chose them for my dental implant.because they have been consistent with good and efficient dental care..... i will continue this post in 4 months when i return for the next step in implant process. The first step for me included a bone graft... see you soon!

Negative experience: Juliana is a very good one, but her boss Magdalena is very racist, with a degrading look at my presence just for going to consult for an extraction, it is good that they do not want to attend to Latino people, but discrimination and racism should not be allowed..

Negative experience: Unprofessional receptionist. I went to this location showing my dental insurance card the receptionist told me to call and check my insurance if I got a treatment coverage, I said yes 100% I have it coz I’m paying the premium plan. I told her you can check it and you can do a pre approval request to my insurance for the treatment I’m requesting for. She’s talking to me while looking on her phone without eye contact and she said No, you call your insurance. Your ID card doesn’t mean anything. The receptionist is very rude and talking to me while on her phone . I felt like I’m a distraction to whatever she’s doing .I went to this location coz I base it on the reviews posted but in my case I got disappointed and got upset the way the receptionist treated me . I hope the owner can read this so he/she can be aware of the receptionist they have.

Negative experience: This place is not safe at all. I went June 12th to have a check up because I was in pain she stated I have a deep cavity and may eventually need a root canal soon. She took xrays and I went on with my life. Fast forward to today i’ve been having bad sensitivity in the tooth that she worked on but I knew I needed a root canal. I go see a new dentist. He pointed out in the xray taken at Euro Dental June 12th, I had an infection that this negligent dentist did not feel the need to point out or treat. She let me walk out of that office with full knowledge that I had an infection. I say this place is not safe at all because what if the filling took care of my issue and I had no pain? I would have had an infection festering there for god knows how long and god forbid lead to something worse. Please be careful on who you go too. This place will definitely have more issues coming their way with the type of negligence their dentist offer

Negative experience: I don’t normally leave negative reviews usually, if I have a bad experience, I just move on and don’t return. But in this case, I feel it’s important to share what happened so others can make an informed decision. I visited this dental office due to discomfort in one of my teeth and was told I needed a root canal because of an infection. I mentioned that I was leaving for vacation in a week and asked if it could wait until I returned. The dentist strongly advised that I get it done immediately due to the infection risk, so I agreed. I had the root canal two days before my trip. While on vacation in another state, I started experiencing severe pain. I ended up having to see an endodontist, paying $600 out of pocket. They confirmed I had a large abscess and were surprised I had not been prescribed antibiotics especially given I had an active infection going into the procedure. Right after my root canal, while checking out, I specifically asked the front desk if I needed a prescription for antibiotics. The receptionist told me no. I trusted her answer, even though I thought antibiotics were usually part of the protocol. While still on vacation, I called the dental office to explain the situation and asked if there was any possibility of compensation, since I had to seek emergency care due to what I believe was a preventable issue. I was told someone would get back to me after speaking with the manager. Three days passed with no response. I followed up and was told the owner was out of the country and would contact me the following week. A week passed no call. I followed up again and was told they were still waiting to hear back from the owner. Eventually, I got a text message stating that symptoms after a root canal are normal with or without antibiotics, and that no refund or credit would be provided. I called back to clarify that I had a known infection before root canal, and the development of an abscess afterward is not normal in that situation. I also reiterated that I had asked the receptionist about antibiotics, and while I understand it’s not her role to prescribe medication, she should have confirmed with the dentist before confidently telling me I didn’t need any. Worst of all, despite multiple follow-ups, I never heard directly from the manager or owner, even though I was told I would. Instead, I received a dismissive message and no accountability. I had originally planned to return to this office for a crown, but after the poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unprofessionalism I experienced, I won’t be going back. Edit (in response to the business's reply): To clarify, I was not requesting a full refund for the root canal. I fully understand that antibiotics are not always necessary and are prescribed at the dentist’s discretion. However, in my specific case where I had a known infection prior to treatment and later developed a large abscess confirmed by another provider I believe antibiotics should have at least been considered. I also want to emphasize that I asked the front desk directly if I needed any medication before leaving, and was told no. While I understand that the receptionist is not responsible for clinical decisions, she should have confirmed with the dentist rather than giving what turned out to be incorrect guidance. What I was hoping for was not a refund, but some form of acknowledgment or gesture of goodwill even something as simple as a discount on the crown I was planning to get. Unfortunately, the most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of follow-up. I called multiple times and was told I’d hear back from the manager or owner, but no one ever reached out directly. Instead, I received a brief message with no accountability and no apology. I had intended to continue treatment with you, but this experience changed that.

I felt completely comfortable and well-informed about my treatment plan. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, helping me with my paperwork and insurance details without any hassle. The dental hygienist was very gentle during my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The office was spotless and well-maintained, which really helped calm my nerves. Negative experience: The only reason why I am giving this place a one star is because on my first visit everything was great. The doctor was helpful and so was reception. Not too sure what happened today but I scheduled an appointment which apparently never got put in and after having to wait an hour I just sat in the back no doctor in sight. This was just supposed to be a cleaning and instead I got my time wasted. Will never recommend or come here again.
