Fantastic experience: I’ve had tooth extractions from oral surgeons in the past and have always ended up with a swollen face and soreness for a few days but after 2 extractions and a bone graft, for a future implant im having done by Dr. Daniel Ilyabayev , I had zero swelling , mild pain and was at work the next day . I was very happy about that. It was quick and everyone In the VIP dental office is very nice and helpful .

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at VIP Dental Care, so far the best dentist i have ever been to. I came in with severe pain for an emergency tooth extraction and the doctor took me in immediately without making me wait. The procedure was smooth and completely painless. About two months later I developed a bone spike coming through my gum, which was very uncomfortable. I called and they saw me the same day. The doctor quickly fixed the problem and I felt instant relief right after the procedure. The staff is very kind, professional, and attentive. Everything was handled gently and I truly felt no pain. I highly recommend this office if you need urgent dental care — they really take care of their patients.

Negative experience: I've come to this office twice. First time was fine and I thought I'd found a decent, reliable dental office for the next few years. Today, I went in and never got to be seen because I decided that waiting 80+ minutes for an appointment was disrespectful and a waste of my time. While sitting there for 70 MINUTES, I didn't receive proactive updates about the wait. There was no urgency or concern about this absurd lateness. When they told me I had to wait 10 more minutes, I left. Did they somehow assume my time wasn't valuable? There are plenty of other dental offices that can better manage time and communication. I'll never go back here.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Dr Ilyabayev Daniel for 19 years and I owe my dental health to him. He has treated me through check ups , filing cavities and doing implants and it has always been a good experience. I have always been fearful If dentist but he makes the dental experience pain free and offers a friendship as well. The staff is also excellent and friendly.

Negative experience: Checking in/ waiting area: This place does have favoritism. There was a poc waiting in front of me as I’m also a poc. We are waiting then A white man enters, he checks in and waits. Few minutes go by and he’s brought in. Hmm weird considering he just came in so why is he allowed to go before me and the other poc??? Dental cleaning: I went in for a cleaning, the lady who cleaned my teeth was very very rough. The X-ray was horrible, I can’t even breath and I almost gagged because she places it straight up down your throat, it’s the most horrible x ray I’ve ever had in my mouth, and I had to do it 20 times. I have a horrible scratch on the bottom of MY GUMS, that x ray gave me some type of pain scar on my gums and I’m still in pain from writing this as it’s also been 2 weeks. It hurts really bad. Next she cleans my teeth, and the flossing is SO BAD. She puts in the floss, and then YANKS it back up. Never in my life have I’ve ever seen someone floss like that, it hurt so bad. Other than that everything is fine. I’m not sure how and why the reviews are good on this place I was in so much pain and the flossing was so horrible. Never will I ever return to this place ever again and they need to higher a new assistant to clean people teeth’s because what she did to me was ridiculous. Update 1: The pain in my mouth is horrible till this day. I will come back on an update if the scar she gave me from the x ray left, gotten worse, or it’s still there.

Fantastic experience: I found this office when I had an emergency. My filling had fallen out and my dentist couldn’t fit me in for two weeks. I was experiencing pain. I got the appointment for the following day which was a Sunday! The wait was long but then again it was a Sunday and emergency services. The care I received was superb. I enjoyed the staff and they were gentle with my teeth. After that I went for a cleaning the hygenist was great at sharing tips on dental hygiene. I expressed concern for my back two fillings. I was seen shortly after for filling replacements. The process was fast, smooth and painless. Aside from emergency services they usually do see you at the time of your appointment. I am now trying to get my partner to go to VIP dental because his dentist doesn’t do much for him. All in all, I highly recommend.

Negative experience: PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE. Front desk staff is friendly but the doctor is quite deceiving. He will chat and butter you up during your initial consult and then once payment is received, he will be dismissive and abrupt. I went to a root canal and crown. Everything was fine until the final crown was cemented. He did not shape the tooth underneath and the crown itself leading to misalignment. It completely changing my bite, which was very uncomfortable. The crown itself was oddly shaped, having four ridges pointing upward as opposed to indented. I complained the same day, to which he gaslit me into believing it was a “beautiful crown”, explaining that he’s been a dentist for a long time therefore I should trust he knows what he is doing. However, in comparison to my other tooth it was clear the color was wrong and the crown was too large. In regards to the color - his excuse was “when you fix your teeth and get it whitened it will blend in. Right now your teeth are yellow it’s nasty”. I was in shock. Irrespective of whether my teeth are yellow or not (result of a phobia of dentist and not seeing one for one 10yrs and heavy coffee drinker) I don’t believe it was professional to say such a thing. Having paid over $2500 I decided not to make fuss and wait a few weeks, thinking perhaps I just need to get accustomed. As time passed it became more and more uncomfortable. I returned, to which he said the crown is a bit high, and he proceeded to trim it down to the point it became flat. He also suggested trimming from the tooth above which I declined, and he went ahead and did it anyway. I was becoming incredibly annoyed with his dismissiveness. The following weeks were increasingly painful. After a few minutes of eating my jaw would get sore. The crown itself was not contoured to the shape of my natural teeth as well as being too wide. To compensate for the width I had to chew primarily on the opposite side as I’d often chew my cheek if attempting to use the crowned side. When I retuned discuss my complaints and request it be re-done he devalued my concerns, and brushed it often as me having unrealistic expectations. He argued that my complaints are because of “aesthetics” and that I have it in my head that it’s a problem. When my husband intervened his condescending tone changed and so did his hypothesis for my pain. He had the audacity to then change the cause by stating it could be an issue with the root canal (WHICH HE PERFORMED). He then insisted I get a second opinion elsewhere.I was insulted by his lack of professionalism and willingness to take accountability. STEER CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE. He will smooth talk you prior to payment but once final payment is made he will misguide you into believing your issues aren’t real without providing a solution - all while being disrespectful. My concerns were validated and I’m now working towards getting the crown issue addressed as well as all other dental concerns. Save your money and go somewhere that values your feedback and works to address your concerns.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for over 10 years. During my first visit, I desperately asked the doctor to save what little remained of my tooth. I was young and could barely afford an implant or crown. Dr. Daniel told me he would do his best, but he couldn't guarantee the tooth would last even two years—anything beyond that would be a success. Remarkably, that tooth is still going strong after 12-13 years! Today, I returned for other treatments and whitening, and I trust Dr. Daniel completely with my dental care. I have genetics working against me but VIP Dental Care has been truly life changing.The care from both the doctors and the staff is astounding. I also have never been to a dental office where both doctors are amazing and a pleasure to get work done with. I came here after having horror experiences with previous dentists and they have fixed all my previous dental work that caused me pain. Dr. Elena Chachik, has the touch of an angel & is so knowledgeable. She has fixed many crowns for me and fillings. She's a amazing, skilled, and talented! Dr. Daniel Ilyabayev is amazing as well of course! I've done root canals, new crowns, and currently doing an implant with him. Both doctors explain the procedures to you prior and really go above and beyond to save your tooth/teeth before any drastic surgeries are even considered. Most recently I'm working on an implant with Dr. Daniel & I have felt nothing. I have a deep phobia of feeling pain during a procedure and I never have at VIP Dental Care, even with the tooth extraction and implant process. Every time we finish a step in my implant journey I remind Dr. Daniel he is amazing! I have been a patient for a few years now and I'm never leaving. Fantastic experience: Incredible team! Came in on emergency visit for wisdom tooth removal that was causing pain, got seen and had 3 tooth removed on 11/20/2023. This guy really knows what he is doing, removing an impacted wisdom tooth that another surgeon 6 years ago said was risky. They removed without issue those 3 wisdom tooth. I did get stitches that need removal in 2 weeks from procedure which is fine since that will help that area heal better and faster. Lastly they did not ever ask me what pharmacy can i go to and instead points you to a local private pharmacy, maybe they own or have a deal with, who knows. The papers i filled out for them had no mention of what pharmacy i want to go to. They just put their own pharmacy but thankfully its reasonably close and very reasonably and fairly priced. Daniel is very experienced and should be trusted by everyone!

Fantastic experience: This has to be the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to. I went yesterday to remove a wisdom that had me in excruciating pain for over 2 months, the pain was so intense it felt like a had a full blown ear infection. I’ve never seen someone work so effectively and gently as he did. In less than 1 minute all of my pain was gone, hours later I still feel virtually no pain despite having the exact opposite experience with a regular tooth extraction. The price was reasonable, the staff were very friendly and it was just an amazing experience overall. I cannot recommend this place enough. If and when I need to have my other wisdom teeth removed this is the only place I’d ever go to. Thank you so much for taking me out of my pain and misery I can’t possibly thank you enough.

I was so upset to lose a tooth but Dr. Daniel Ilyabayev calmed me down and put me in a positive mood. No pain, no fair. Fantastic experience: I had a lot of pain with wisdom teeth. Dr. Daniel Ilyabayev is the best. He is so professional and. He was able to remove my wisdom tooth so fast and painlessly. I think he is number one in New York City, even the whole country. Everybody in the office is very nice, sweet and beautiful. Very clean and well organized dental office. Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist in Queens area! As a patient, you have a warm atmosphere coming inside the office with a new renovation! The receptionist was very kind and was able to register me immediately! Without having to wait I was admitted into the testing room where the dental hygienist took many scans of my teeth, and did a thorough cleaning. All equipment is state of the art, and the office even has many TV monitors, even on the ceilings so patients can have a pleasant experience. Dr. Ilyabayev inspected my XRays and thoroughly explained why I am having sporadic teeth pain. Local anesthesia was administered and my molars were extracted. During my wait time, Dr. Ilyabayev rented a movie on Netflix for me to continue having a pleasant experience. The entire process was painless and ultimately a pleasant experience. I recommend VIP Dental Care to anybody in search of a family oriented, clean office, state of the art equipment, and professionals who do their job efficiently and stand firmly behind their work. Fantastic experience: This is probably the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The doctors are calming, the woman at the front desk is very assuring and calming as well. My first visit, I got 2 X-rays done, and 3 teeth removed and I was out in an hour. My second visit I had to get 3 more teeth removed as well as bone grafting in one socket and again I was in and out in 1 hour. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had an awful accident and broke my front tooth. After being d*cked around for months by a diff dental office I called VIP. Not only did they get me in immediately, they were upfront about pricing, explained all my options before making any decisions, answered all my questions (no matter how big or small), and really worked with me to make sure I chose the right option for my treatment. AND not only did Dr. Daniel and his team take *great* care of me, but my teeth look AMAZING. The veneer specialist Dr. went above and beyond. I was blown away by her color matching and the care she took in perfecting my final set of veneers - she is truly an artist and very clearly an expert in her field. Fantastic experience: My 3 sisters and I have been coming here for years and the people are wonderful! Especially during these times, they have taken make safety precautions, be it providing gloves and masks and even a machine can can cover you shoes when you walk in! This is the safest dental clinic around and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: i definitely recommend this dental office. They take amazing precautions with the COVID-19 situation. They have shoe covering, masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and ziplock bags to put your phones in. They also take your temperature. They have air filters in every room and the dentists themselves are thorough and gentle with your teeth ! Everyone is very welcoming and overall the dental work itself is great.

Fantastic experience: Im getting a filling done during this pandemic. VIP DENTAL is my primary dentist and I've loved them since the beginning. I was skeptical about going anywhere during this pandemic but I must say I'm so happy that I did. The measures that they are taking to make sure their staff and patients are safe is amazing. Once you walk in your shoes gets protected, hands gets sanitized, phones are placed in a protective plastic, temperature taking and the comfy chairs are also wrapped protectively after each patients. For any one who wants to go to the dentist but is scared to. Please please visit Vip dental, you won't be disappointed. Amazing and friendly staff members also. Doctor Daniel is the best, he's been taking care of me since the beginning. All my years of going to the dentist I've never felt more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Friday, May 29, 2020 I had an essential reason to see a dentist and I was concerned about COVID-19. But I was impressed what a supreb job how they got the office ready for COVID-19 safety for their patients. They have this machine that puts this pastic bag over your shoes as you walk in, gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, sanitize covers for the chair you sit on. Also, they all wear masks, medical hats and the dentist wears this plastic cover shield over his face. I highly recommend VIP Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place! I came in for my third wisdom tooth removal and they were very well prepared. As soon as you walk in they have a disinfecting station with wipes,hand sanitizer,and covers for Your shoes. The staff was very well prepared and protected as well. They only let in one patient at a time to prevent any spreading. I felt very save and It only took about 20 mins.

Fantastic experience: Came to VIP for a crown following a two year long process to reinvigorate the health of my teeth and my smile. I was very surprised to have the crown completed and installed in the same day by VIP! They have the technology in-house to create the crown onsite, without having to be sent to a lab and the usual two week wait. Very happy!

Fantastic experience: The doctor and his staff are very efficient, courteous and friendly. I have had nothing but good experiences. I have had several implants with no complications. My only complaint would be wait time, better scheduling of appointments would eliminate the issue.

They use Hi-Tech equipment to make porcelain crowns while you wait. Every room has personalized entertainment center for each patient. Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist!! Came in a few months ago with an infected molar with lots of tooth pain. Came in and the dentist removed the tooth and decay with no issues. Came in three months later and got an implant. No pain whatsoever!! Very satisfied!

Dr. Dan is always positive and enjoys conversation with his clients during our visits. I have my entire family going to this dentist because Dr. Dan is the best.
