Fantastic experience: It’s my first time being here

Negative experience: My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM on 03/16. The clinic called me on 03/15 to confirm it. I arrived at 10:00 AM, but I had to wait until 11:30 AM. When I asked the front desk staff about the delay, she went to speak with the doctor. I’m not sure if the doctor was having a bad day or something, but he came out and said, “You can leave, I’m not holding anybody.” When he told me this, he had already numbed my teeth, and I had already been waiting numbly for an hour. I had already waited for an hour and a half, so hearing that was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He then filled three cavities in about 15 minutes. I truly hope everything was done properly, because if anything happens to my teeth, I will definitely pursue my legal rights. This was not my first visit to this clinic, but this experience was very disappointing. No body even apologizes for the delay —- 2nd update: They did a horrible job. They messed all my teeth. After three months, one of my teeth broke because that doctor made 3 cavities filling in 15 minutes he didn’t do it properly. Unbelievable I had a canal root therapy because of these people now I have a broken teeth stay away this clinic! Shame on you guys!!!!

Fantastic experience: My mom has been coming to this office for the past five years, and she has always had a wonderful experience. She specifically schedules her appointments with Aileen, the dental hygienist, because she’s simply the best. Aileen is incredibly thorough and gentle, and she always makes sure every cleaning is done with great care. She’s also kind, professional, and makes my mom feel comfortable at every visit. It’s hard to find someone who consistently provides such excellent care, and Aileen truly goes above and beyond. My mom always leaves feeling like she’s in great hands. If you’re looking for an outstanding dental hygienist, she highly recommends Aileen!

Franco in X-ray is very kind and friendly, and Dr. Gabriel is very professional. The price is reasonable for the quality of the work.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Kew Gardens Dental for all my dental treatments. Recently I got done four root canal with Dr. Artem, two each visit, I was nervous about it, but him and his assistant were just amazing. Dr Artem was professional and patient, answered every single question I had, and the whole process was smooth from begin to end, I did not felt any discomfort whatsoever, next day I felt great, like nothing happened. He is truly amazing, I am thankful for his service. Thank you Dr. Artem :)

Fantastic experience: A GREAT place to come for all dental needs. I am a patient here and the cleanings are quick and efficient. Invisalign is a big green flag! I did it and I’m beyond happy with my results. Alongside the staff, everything is great. I very much recommend Elanit for cleanings especially for teenagers. This is definitely the BEST place for your next dental visit!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend ! I came 6 months ago for check up and cleaning. Had a professional, gentle prophylaxis and placed couple antibiotics which has been recommended by hygienist . After the treatment my gums significantly improved, bleeding has stopped. And I could finally enjoy all types of food. This office will not recommend something that you don’t need. It was a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: They really push for costly treatments without really taking into consideration your situation. I wasted my money for treatment that I never even received. I made every attempt to cancel as soon as possible and they didn’t care to listen. They were not understanding of my situation at all. I asked for a refund/cancellation, or even an extension to which they said they’d reach out and they never did! I believe they’re really unprofessional and only wish to keep your money. Please go elsewhere…

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Kew Dental for over 15years, they are wonderful! I’ve done everything from regular cleaning checkups, cavities, and even Veneers, which looks beautiful and most importantly never had a problem with it. Regular reminder during my cleaning checkups, from my dentist of flossing have help me up to now not need any serious dentro work like root canal. I totally recommend this office!

Dr. Bella is incredibly professional and kind, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciate. I come here for my bi-yearly cleanings and also started my Invisalign treatment here. I’m still in treatment, but the improvement has already been vast, and I’m nearing the end of my journey. I only need minimal refinements, and I feel very confident that the final results will be amazing. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: They recommended me for a fluoride treatment that was 200 dollars and took five minutes to apply. Honestly it seemed unnecessary.

Negative experience: I was there for my fist appointment on 12/9. I get all set up in the chair and they attempt to take xrays and the machine was not working. I get moved to a second room and that was not working either. I've now spent 40 minutes and accomplished nothing. The the hygienist comes in to do the cleaning (said we'd do xrays another time) and proceeded to chip the inside of my front tooth!!! When I told her she said it was because I grind my teeth. I absolutely do not. The dentist came in, at my request and said she could do a small filling but with a front tooth it would only fall out. Complete incompetence. The hygienist didn't even apologize!

Fantastic experience: I have been a long time patient of Kew Gardens Dental and find Dr. Bella and her staff to be pretty awesome. It's unbelievable but I actually enjoy going to the dentist! I recently completed Invisalign treatment with Dr. Bella and could not be more pleased. She went above and beyond, seeing me every few weeks to make sure the alignment was on point and no issues because of my rare jaw-bone-structure condition. My smile is amazing and I'm very happy.

Negative experience: (Disclaimer :My thoughts and experience ) The dental hygenist spent more time calculating what I need to do at a cost of $1,300 which includes fluoride and arestin than she did cleaning. She said I have gingivitis and bacterial build up . I decline and she seems VERY on-edge and let me know they have a payment plan available. NOTE: she said I had a lot of build up, but ONLY took around 10 minutes to clean . No wonder my gum feels severely bruised . When the dentist came in , I explained to him I saw a dentist a year ago , and for the most part I’ve been told I’m all good. I do understand a lot can happen in a year. After the dentist looked at me , I asked him if I show signs of what the hygienist claimed and he said no but those are things that “CAN” happen. But he did note that I have cavities and he showed me. Thankfully he was honest and kind. Maybe it is me and not them , and they are worth a shot . But I’ll stick to other establishments that is more closely aligned to the customer service id like to receive.

Negative experience: I am writing on behalf of my husband, Viktor Berezko. I would like to inform you that the dental work your facility performed for my husband is far below our expectations. He is not able to use dentures you made for him. He spent a lot of money for nothing. He came to you to get it fixed but whatever you tried to do did not help. Dentures are still not suitable for use. They are falling off and moving up and down. Shame on you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pinkatz and staff are wonderful. She explains everything in detail and really care about your teeth. Dr. Pinkatz is very sweet, kind, and gentle! I feel comfortable with her, as she gives off a very comforting energy. I also need to mention, I have never been to a doctor's office that is so clean. Everything is covered per patient and everything is in pristine condition. The cleanliness really eases the anxiety of going to a dentist. I'm really glad I found this location, because this will now be my permanent dentist. Also, the several times I've been there, there's minimal wait. I probably waited 5 mins the most. If my appointment was 11:30am, I was called into the office at 11:35. They are very time efficient. Their appointment openings are quick from appt to appt, giving you flexibility with your schedule. 10/10 would recommend. I've already told my parents to come here.

I've been a patient with Doctor Pinkatz for a few years and this new location is a massive upgrade. The lobby was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and most importantly of all, the service was great. I had my check-up, xrays, and cleaning done within an hour. Highly recommend these guys, they're pros!

Negative experience: Service might be good but I just want to clear one thing, when I scheduled an appointment for dental implant consultation, they mentioned it’s free. What they should have mentioned that the consultation is free but there will be an x-ray charge for $150. meanwhile, anywhere else around them charge $75 including the x-ray and consultation. I just want them to do better and be transparent, while giving any information.

Fantastic experience: Just switched dentists as this practice is closer to home. I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time but I was promptly seen after filling out paperwork. The dental hygienist, dentist were excellent, had great communication that was clear and concise. I am very pleased with my first appointment but only wish they worked with a different Oral Surgeon.

Negative experience: The receptionist(heavier set west indian lady)declined my insurance for no reason, claiming that a person who had a whole different insurance had payments that didn't go through. I don't know how that makes any sense. It's unfortunate because my girlfriend used this dentist and liked her. I would say the dentists need receptionist that want to make her money, I needed a tooth replacement and have always paid my dentist. I was in pain with my tooth ripped in half, lady seems like she doesn't want to work for some reason I knew she was going to waste my time before it happened.

She explain every step of the process to us and was so delicate in treating my elderly father. She made suggestions for us to follow up his dental hygiene plan and we were sooo pleased to have her taking care of my Dad. What a great experience. Wendy also is very attentive, kind an full of positive and encouraging words for my dad.
