Positive experience: I have to say that this dental office has served my dental needs pretty well so far. I've only been there a couple of times and I'd like to continue going there in the future. The ladies at the reception desk are very nice and accommodating. They make all my appointments accordingly and explain anything that I need to know and answer all my questions. They even helped me get my keys and cell phone out of my car one day when they were accidentally locked in. Dr. Singh and Dr. Kim are also very nice, explain everything to me and answer all my questions. But most of all, I have to say that Jason, the dental assistant, is so courteous and professional, and has made me feel valued since the first time I went there. He always explains everything to me, answers all my questions, and provides customer service with a smile. He is an asset to that office and is an example of how everyone should treat patients. He is one of the reasons why I like going there. I had to get a new dental nightguard today and I was happy to learn that this particular office has such advanced technology. For my dental impression, instead of getting it done the traditional way with "putty," it was done digitally! My teeth were scanned into a computer! I was so impressed with this new technology. It was so fast and painless and didn't make any mess. And in a week, I'll have my new nightguard! There are one or two people there that are not that friendly which is why I had to take away a star but nothing is perfect. Still Recommended.

Negative experience: Can’t tell you how much this place drives me nuts. One day I took off work and was in front of the office when they cancelled my apt. Today I got there 16 minutes late and there was no one waiting or even there and they cancelled my apt. Asking me to reschedule to another time. I took the day off. I would not recommend.

Negative experience: Deducting stars for the front desk and my experience with other doctors at this office. I’ve been coming here for some time and it’s extremely disheartening that the same level of care is not provided by all the dentists. I usually see Dr. Singh and have always had a wonderful experience with his talented team — they truly deserve 5 stars and have been exceptional during every visit. I had several procedures done by Dr. Singh and he is always prompt, friendly, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly and ensures there is room for any and all questions. Truly a professional and a great dentist! Unfortunately he is not available every day, so if you have an emergency, you may have to see other doctors who do not provide the same level of care, even for long-time patients. If you visit this office, I highly recommend only seeing Dr. Singh. One thing I also wanted to point out is that during my visits, the front desk woman who usually sits to the right when entering the front door is ALWAYS unfriendly, cold and lacks empathy.

Negative experience: In June 2024, I underwent a tooth extraction, but after the procedure, I began experiencing increasing pain in the extraction area. Despite this, I returned to the dentist, who reassured me that everything appeared normal. However, the pain persisted, and during my follow-up visit, the doctor again found no issues with the extraction and suggested I see another specialist, as he couldn’t help me. Since then, I’ve been living with chronic pain that extends beyond the extraction site—it affects my jaw, gums, neck, and causes frequent headaches. It’s been a nightmare, and despite seeing multiple maxillofacial surgeons, acupuncturists, and a neurologist, the pain persists. Eight months have passed, and I’m still struggling to understand what went wrong with the treatment I received. I’ve spent a significant amount of time and money seeing doctors, but the pain continues. This ongoing issue has severely impacted my quality of life, and I’m desperate for answers and relief. It’s been suggested that I may have developed trigeminal neuralgia as a result of the dental procedure at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this Dental office to anyone who have a fear of pain. Drs are great and very professional staff. I will be a patient there as long as this office exist with the Dentist at that location. Best experience I ever had at a dentist.

Negative experience: OMGGGG!!! SOOOO RACIST !!!! Had an appointment today 09/21/2024 @12 I was 15 minutes late because of traffic this lady talking bout sum YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE I CANT take you !! Like girllll BYEEEE then a whole lady walked in without an appointment and an Asian lady Spanish lady walked in and took HER RIGHT AWAY !!! Mind u it was my first visit … DONTTT COME HEREEEEEEEE THEY CANT EVEN CLEAN TEETH PROPERLY

Negative experience: They gossip to other person keeping patients on hold. I called for an urgent appointment and they were not putting any concentration on my inquiry and gossiping to other ppl. I cut the line and called again they were not picking the call even after 5 times calling. This is weird

Negative experience: Front desk clerk/receptionist is very unprofessional. Went in there with a cracked tooth, the Dr said the tooth is infected. They did not give me any antibiotics for my infected tooth, when I went back in there asking for antibiotics they said the endodontist has to give it to me, I informed them that the Endodontist that they referred me to is close and I called 2 different offices where the appts are in the end of July, the front desk clerk said I have to wait to see the Endodontist before I can get any antibiotics. This is Crazy. I work in the dental field for many years and this is nonsense. She does not even know the proper name for scans. It's a CBCT. Well after complaining they gave me my prescription. Think twice before going there.
