Fantastic experience: The doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all incredibly friendly, respectful, and welcoming. They were able to give me a same-day appointment, which really helped reduce my stress because I had already visited six hospitals, clinics, and dental offices without being able to see a doctor. I’m so glad I found this place. I highly recommend them and will definitely visit again.

Fantastic experience: So glad I found this dentist they did my root canal and I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. They also did my extraction of my wisdom tooth and I haven’t felt any pain at all . Not only is Dr Marks and his son phenomenal. Jill is absolutely the best receptionist I’ve come across. She goes out her way to work with you and she also follows up and checks on you post extraction. This will be my dentist in NYC going forward.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. My 8 year old child also goes here. They are very gentle and patient with my child. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. Fantastic experience: I recently traveled 1.5 hours to visit the queens emergency dental on a recommendation of a good friend .im terrified of dentists and all I can say Is dr Marks did not disappoint. It was totally painless and a great experience his office is nice and clean and the patient rooms are nicely done and comfortable. . They made me feel so welcome and at ease . Fantastic experience: I had fillings done today by Dr. Marks, and it was a surprisingly great experience! It was my first time seeing him, and I didn't feel a thing during the entire procedure, not even the needle! I was really scared of needles before, but now I'm not nervous about getting my other fillings done. He is so nice and gentle! Highly recommend if you're looking for someone gentle and skilled!

Fantastic experience: I called this morning with an emergency toothache/swollen face. The receptionist was immediately calming & kind, you could feel her warmth through the phone which was as genuine as in person. They got me in quickly & took x rays unfortunately I need to extract the tooth which I’ll do in a few days at their office. As a cash payer the cost was very fair & the office is extremely comfortable so I’m not nervous for the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Fire your dentist and run to Dr Barrow and Max Marks at Queens Emergency Dental. Dr Max Marks did my crowns and I must say that I have never experienced such professionalism in dentistry in my entire life. I never used to use Novocain because I did not like the needle injection. Dr Marks injected me multiple times and never felt it once. He worked on my teeth over 3 hours and never felt his hand around my mouth. He is TRULY AMAZING. I LOVE MY NEW SMILE. I will recommend the father team to anyone seeking professional dental services. Jill the office manager is amazing with scheduling too!!!! Thank you to the whole team !!!!

I searched for an emergency dental clinic and I found Queens Emergency clinic, I called and spoke with Jill she was so kind and understanding that gave me an appointment on the same day. Honestly, the best dentist and best experience I ever had. I didn’t feel any pain and Dr. Marks went above and beyond, he took the time to call me the next day to check on me. Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience with Dr. Marks. At the time I had no insurance and was in the most excruciating pain he took a fraction of a deposit just to get me out of pain. It was a Saturday and very last minute every other dentist I called rejected me, but Dr. Marks didn’t hesitate to help. He was kind, understanding, and fit me in when I truly needed it. During the procedure he was extremely gentle and skilled. I felt absolutely no pain the entire time, and I didn’t even feel the needle when he injected the anesthetic. His level of experience really shows in the way he works and how comfortable he makes his patients feel. I’m so grateful that he was willing to see me when no one else would. Fantastic experience: I've heard before that the receptionist makes or breaks the experience at any doctor's office and I definitely have found that to be true. The lady at the front desk was incredible. She went above and beyond to help me figure out if my insurance was active and found a way to squeeze me in at the last second on the same day for an appointment. All the staff were very friendly and personable and it made the entire experience very pleasant.

Jill was able to get me in right away while everywhere else were trying to schedule me for a “consultation” for mid September beginning of October. It was not possible for me to wait that long, I was in so much pain and needed two teeth removed. When I got there they were all so welcoming and made me feel good the entire time. Doctor Mark played my favorite music to make me feel even more comfortable. Negative experience: I went to the dentist for a cleaning, and ended up paying $1335 out of pocket. I do not recommend this dentist. I was in the area previously and ended up at this dentist, because two of my teeth broke while I was eating. At that time, the dentist filed one of my teeth, and filled another tooth where the filling cracked and came out. On this last visit, I was supposed to have a cleaning. I saw the dentist. He performed the cleaning, and then informed me that I needed 3 fillings, or I could come back later for them. I'd already been to this dentist twice in a two month period. I drove an hour to see this dentist, because I had a positive experience the first time. I didn't want to drive another two hours here and back for another visit, so I had them complete the 3 fillings while I was there. I was billed $1335 when I was in the office. I was shocked. I have never had a dental bill until I started coming to this practice. My insurance has covered all cleanings and fillings. I asked the office staff why it was so high and she said that the bill was correct and that was my total for the day. It's been almost two weeks since my visit. I let the office know I was still in pain from my visit; my teeth have hurt since my last dentist visit at their office. Before I went there, I was not in any pain. When I informed them I was still in pain from my visit, the office staff yelled at me and said "We didn't work on that tooth!" When in fact, I informed her the right side of my mouth has been in pain, since I was in the office and it has been very difficult for me to eat on that side. I waited to see if it was going to get better, but it hasn't. I would not recommend this office at all. They refuse to fix this issue.

Fantastic experience: Came here because I was experiencing pain and swelling from a wisdom tooth. I called Saturday morning and was seen at 2:30 that same day. Dr. Marks was very polite and informative about my care and what needed to be done. I've had some bad experiences with dentists so I was reluctant at first but im glad I gave it a chance. Dr. Marks came out into the waiting area to speak to patients and introduce himself which many dentists do not do. Jill is very friendly and made me feel at ease with the whole appointment. I will be returning to finally get my wisdom tooth out and I feel confident with the team at Queens Emergency Dental. Fantastic experience: The environment is super welcoming, the establishment is clean and tidy, and the workers, Dentists, Dental Assistants and Desk Clerks alike, are incredibly friendly and professional. They made sure everything was worked out with my insurance to ensure I had no out of pocket costs, as well.

Fantastic experience: My husband had the most positive experience with Dr. Marks and the staff at this office today. When I called with an emergency for my husband, Jill answered and was extremely helpful on the phone and got my husband in immediately. When he arrived, all of the staff treated him so kindly and comforted him while he was in a lot of pain. They immediately took care of the issue, and walked him through the process step by step. Dr. Marks was professional, knowledgeable, and treated my husband as he would treat a family member with the upmost care. They helped us to figure out the financial aspect, as they did not take our insurance. Everything worked out seamlessly and his issue was resolved with ease. We highly recommend Dr. Marks!
