Negative experience: Went for a cleaning and ended up doing xray and this and that. My teeth was okay before I visited them but the lady who worked my teeth, did some sort of experiment on my mouth, broke one of my tooth. Now I have a toothache and a broken tooth.

Negative experience: Beware if you have a cavity and need a filling DO NOT COME HERE. I went for a cleaning which was fine but then they said I had one cavity. During the filling appointment they performed filling on 5 extra teeth with ZERO explanation and now it’s been almost 2 weeks and i am in unbearable pain every night i dont know how to fix this and when i went to complain they gave no solution and told me to wait two weeks or go to urgent care. This is a greedy and careless establishment and no one should risk having their healthy teeth shaven off. I had no knowledge of this so I am suffering with no hope of my pain getting better.

Negative experience: They destroyed my teeth. Doctors behaviour was so bad. I went there just one teeth problem & now they made my most of teeth problem. Please don’t go there.

Negative experience: I’m Too Much Dissatisfied with their service. Last June, I went there because I was having severe tooth pain. They scheduled an appointment, but instead of treating the tooth that actually needed a root canal, they said they would do fillings on the teeth next to it. I specifically wanted to get the root canal done first, but they told me they had already applied for insurance approval and would do the fillings on both sides before working on the root canal. So during my second visit, they filled one of the side teeth. It’s been four months now, and I still can’t eat properly with that filled tooth — it feels sensitive and painful whenever I put pressure on it. On one side, I can’t eat because I need a root canal, and on the other side, I can’t eat because of their poor filling work. I’ve been suffering for four months because of this, and that’s why I didn’t go back for the third visit. In the end, nothing got better — the main tooth problem was left untreated, and I’m now in more pain than before because of their bad service.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old daughter had pain in her tooth. No body can be nicer than their stuf . Also the dentist is the best. I would love to go back

Negative experience: 2017: The place is clean and the wait time is less, the workers are very friendly. Dr.Rahman is really good at what he does. You will be done before you even know it. 2025: I wrote this review back when I was in high school 15 yrs old and naively I thought the dentist relieved me of my pain and asked to review the office on google. My mother distinct know English so I did it on both our behalf. Dr.Rahman filled 13 of the teeth stating I had cavities. One of which later in life posed as a huge gum infection and needed root canal. The filling I have now are not even legally supposed to be used. Horrible experience. I saw my review for 1000 views so I wanted to take the time to update it. I don’t want anyone facing what I faced back then and continue to pay the price today.

Negative experience: The worst experience of my life. The doctors have absolutely no knowledge, they do not explain anything. The staff in the front are rude, obnoxious and arrogant. First I was told it will be one appointment to complete my fillers. When I came for my first appointment I waited an hour and 45 minutes and then the “doctor” just did one side and said oh it’s late we need to close. It’s been the same crap every damn time, they turned one appointment into four and every time you have to wait 1.5 hours minimum even after making an appointment. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Their skills are as horrendous as their behavior. The fillers only made my pain worse. And they don’t provide any after care or explain anything before, during or after procedures.

Negative experience: I have been there for severe pain and a hole in my tooth . They said they are going to ask authorization from insurance and I agreed. 1st visit they clean and all. 2nd visit they said they got authorization and will start the procedure. They did filling and something else in my other teeth but nothing with the problematic tooth. I keep asking as I was having pain and couldn’t eat from that side. Seemed like no one knows nothing. They just come and do their thing. O explanation and keep asking me oh , do they did this procedure and all. How I am gonna know if you guys did it or not as i am not a dentist. Then third visit it was unbearable so I asked can you please work on this. They gave me another appointment. I went and guess what they do the filling for other side and doing deep clean. This time asked - I came here for this one and you did everything except this one. Finally they told me insurance didn’t give authorization so they will refer me to someone else. My question is why didn’t you tell me this earlier. You supposed to ask for authorization when I came here for the first time or second time . I don’t know how it works though .Also in between they took measurements for mouth guard and then no one gave me the update on this. I have been suffering since August 4 and instead of going to my regular dentist I choose them just because I thought the place was close to my house. My experience is horrible and everyday I wake up with headaches because of that particular toothache. I am so frustrated. Finally I ended up with a referral and I don’t know when I will get that appointment.

Negative experience: Honestly, I’m so frustrated with this place. The only reason I feel bad leaving one star is because the dental nurse/assistant who took my X-rays was actually very nice and polite — 10/10 for her. She did her job properly, and I really appreciate that. But the dentist who cleaned my teeth? Absolutely terrible. She rushed through everything, didn’t listen when I asked her to pause because of pain, and kept saying “you’re fine” when I clearly wasn’t. I wasn’t refusing care — I was trying to ask for a moment to breathe because she was going way too fast. Instead, she ignored me and caused so much unnecessary pain. To make it worse, my South Asian parents also got mad, blaming me for supposedly refusing treatment, and the dentist (also South Asian) blamed me too. It was completely unfair. I was willing to get my teeth cleaned, I just needed a normal, professional dentist who actually works carefully and slowly like a real professional. Real dentists don’t rush, ignore pain, or treat patients like this. This whole experience was painful, stressful, and completely unprofessional. I can’t believe how badly it was handled. If you care about your teeth and comfort, avoid the dentist who cleaned mine at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Dr Montasir & his team was exceptional on my visit today. Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Through each procedure I got done I was given a play by play on what to expect. They also made sure I was very comfortable. Thank you Guys for such a great visit & heoing me.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with cute dental since my teenage years, 10+ years now, many staffs has come and gone, seen different doctors as well but the service has always remained outstanding. The office is run professionally and space is always clean. Dr. Montasir Rahman is such a wonderful doctor, he’s polite and actually listens to all my concerns patiently and answers all my questions one by one. And lastly, Maya, the dental assistant who's been one of the oldest staff there, she is one of the nicest and helpful person I have ever met. Thanks Cute Dental Care for being the best dentist!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in years due to health insurance issues and general embarrassment of going to a dentist since I’ve had some bad ones in the past. However, today was my first visit to the dentist after years, and I had a very pleasant experience. I felt comforted by the all women staff and did not feel embarrassed about the condition of my teeth at any given moment. I received a proper cleaning which removed my buildup and was able to get my cavities filled in. Both the hygienist and the doctor were very kind and helpful. They didn’t mock me, they just told me what I need to do going forward. I am extremely satisified with my experience and grateful that I finally found a great dentist. I won’t be missing any necessary appointments and/or cleanups anymore because I found Cute Dental Care! Thank you so much!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Cute Dental. They performed a root canal on me, which cost an outrageous amount of money, and it didn’t even last two years before it started causing problems again. I trusted them to fix the issue properly, but clearly, their work was subpar. To add insult to injury, their customer service was dismissive when I brought up my concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone—save your time and money by going somewhere else!

Negative experience: I am writing a review for Dr. Muslima Khandakar's dental office. for the root canal procedure performed for the patient name: Hind Ouriki, which required her to seek additional dental care from another dentist. On 08/13/2024, she underwent a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Muslima Khandakar. After the procedure, she experienced severe and ongoing pain,The second dentist evaluated her condition and determined that the initial root canal was not performed correctly, which led to a recommendation for the extraction of the affected tooth. This outcome indicates that the treatment provided by Dr. Muslima Khandakar was not only ineffective but also harmful, causing further pain and requiring more invasive procedures. Moreover, I have learned that Dr. Khandakar, who holds a DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) degree, is not properly qualified to perform the specific type of root canal treatment she required, which a practitioner should typically do with a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) qualification or a specialist endodontist. This incorrect treatment caused by Dr. Khandakar created pain and required Hind Ourki to pay additional costs for further dental intervention to rectify the issue. We would think twice in future to visit this office to play with valuable teeth.

Fantastic experience: Cute Dental Care is one of the best and most reliable dental practices around. My entire family goes there. It's a family-run business by Dr. Rahman, his wife, and their son. They have all the latest technology and provide exceptional care without leaving room for complaints. I'm currently undergoing a long tooth implant procedure and have been visiting for the past six months. Every time I go, they take care of me right away. The receptionist is very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Cute Dental Care to anyone. Once you visit, you'll know you're in the right place. All the doctors are professional, skilled, and only do the necessary work, clearly explaining everything. They've been in practice for a long time. They are located at Hillside—definitely go there!

Negative experience: They gave me fillings in teeth that didn't need. They chipped one of my sister's teeth by mistake while drilling into it and made a giant hole on the outer part of another. After the x ray they said I need fillings in 7 of my teeth when I didn't have the slightest pain. Some of them felt a little sensitive when drinking cold drinks. They didn't even make holes, they drilled straight across all 7 of my teeth so deep that without the fillings my teeth are completely hollow (i can feel my gums). They even drilled the sides of some (they're literally translucent). They did this to every family member of mine who came here. I'm really mad at them because they did permanent damage to our teeth. I hope they lose their business and all their teeth. Dr. Muslima did mine. My brother is the only one in our family to not come here which is why he has no problems with his teeth. They ruined my teeth as well as my mom's, dad's, sister's. I hope someone sues them. I recommend going to Dr. Mamoon Iqbal.

Negative experience: Worst service I have ever got. They only give you appointments and appointments. That’s their trick to earn money. I did my root canal they made almost 4 appointments to do that. They could do it only 2 appointments. I did root canal on another dentist office last 3 years ago the tooth is still ok no problem at all . But this dental office my new crown started to move away within 8 months and I paid them 400 dollars as a new ceramic crown. But my other crown that I fixed on another dental office is still ok but this crown is not ceramic or expensive that I didn’t even pay 400 dollars Co-pay. This people only try to push you to convince you to buy new crown.
