Dr. Ladino, along with specialists Viviana and Veronica, explain your dental situation thoroughly so you’re well aware of what is going on, and provide excellent post appointment follow up, including various instructions on how to maintain dental health. Besides that, another reason to come here is the amazing way they treat you; as soon as you come in, it always feels very welcoming and you feel more relaxed because of their personalized treatment: front door staff, Fernando, Jimena, etc, are a delight to talk to. Dental assistants are awesome also. Great addition to the neighborhood!

Positive experience: Por circunstancias no previstas como accidentes de transit llegue 20 minutos atrasado a mi primera cita, quisieron que pague primero pero les pregunte en que tiempo me atendian y me respondieron que despues de una hora, arrive a las 12:20 pm y me atendian a las 1:20 pm y eso no era Seguro.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed me experience here! I’m always very eerie about dentists since most of my experiences have been pretty bad. I was nervous since i haven’t been to a dentist in over 3 years. Upon arrival the sweet lady at the front desk, Ximena was super nice. I was treated so well by the staff and Dr Ladino made me feel comfortable and treated me well. He explained what the problem was and how he could solve it. He was able to extract my tooth that same day! My anxiety immediately vanished. I was provided with a bag that included mouth wash, meds, an ice pack and instructions on how to care for my swollen gum; how nice! I will be back in 2 weeks for a root canal and i’m honestly looking forward to coming back :)

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Premier Dental of Woodhaven. I was able to easily schedule a cleaning and follow-up - the staff were able to help me find an appointment time that worked with my schedule. And after completing both appointments I was able to schedule my next cleaning appointment as well. The office team, between the doctor and the staff, are very friendly, kind and welcoming - even offering me coffee or water while I waited for my appointment. The wait times were not long and the overall look of the office is very clean and modern - I was very impressed. All the rooms have a TV in them with Netflix. But most importantly the Doctor and Dental Assistants are very considerate and reassuring. I am glad I found this place and highly recommend them to others as well.

Fantastic experience: As a first time patient, I have no complaints. They dont take medicaid so i had to pay out of pocket. I went here because i had a root canal done somewhere else and that same tooth was giving me pain again later on. Its hard to find dentists open on the weekends and look trustworthy. I would recommend this place for sure! I got that same tooth extracted same day. The least painful experience I had, especially with getting anesthesia. Everyone were nice and friendly they speak Spanish and English and the Dentist explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. They gave a good first impression and would recommend if you’re scared of needles or going to the dentist.

The staff is really nice and super efficient just make sure you have your insurance ready and once they verify they take it you’re all good to go. Staff wonderful. Clean. Never was in pain. They have payment plans if needed. Will be back again. Finally found a permanent dentist.
