Amazing Smiles Orthodontics

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this orthodontist! They are incredibly caring, kind, and gentle, and truly wonderful with children. They take the time to make their patients feel comfortable and at ease, while consistently delivering excellent results. The entire experience is exceptional—from the orthodontist to the assistants and front desk staff. Everyone is warm, welcoming, professional, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing excellent care. We’ve had such a positive experience and couldn’t be happier with the care and results.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional and very understanding and flexible. I love the staff here at both Forest Hills and Brooklyn absolutely great amazing people..

Fantastic experience: Not only are Dr. Azariy Yusupov, Dr. Leah Normatova, and the team top-notch for competency, professionalism, and kindness (looking at you, Kelly), but also for their ethics. At every stage, they made sure my dental health was prioritized, even when it meant pausing for periodontal care to ensure a healthy mouth… not just a pretty smile. Highly recommend 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad my co worker recommend amazing smile orthodontics in forest hill queens to me. I would give them a million star rating if I could. I cannot state enough amazing things about Dr. Azariy Yusupov A.K.A Dr.Y and his staff whom are very caring respectful and professional I am truly pleased with my whole experience and outcome he runs a strict program when it comes to his patients and that’s what I love most about him and his staff he takes his time with his patients every visit he’ll answer any questions you may have this made me trust him even more with my braces journey and another thing your appointment time is your appointment time the most you’ll wait to be seen is 5-10 mins while they’re making sure the visit room is nice and clean for you his staff always answer the phone ready to help you without putting you on hold as well…!Special Thanks to Patty ,Kelly ,George And Ms.Saivita Dr.Y is blessed to have you guys on his team!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Amazing Smiles Orthodontics enough! The customer service here is amazing and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I really appreciated the short wait times—I was in and out so quickly. Most importantly, they actually take the time to explain exactly what to do with my treatment so I never feel lost. Everyone is very nice and professional. 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: The staff were always courteous and my daughter’s teeth look great! Dr. Normatov did a great job, her attention to details prevented future problems and she completed the job within the time frame that she promised.

Negative experience: I was really excited to start my treatment here after seeing so many great reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. The orthodontist came in with an attitude that made it seem like she didn’t want to be there. While the X-ray technician and the rest of the staff were kind, the doctor did not take the time to explain my condition, the treatment plan, or how we would move forward. I was simply told that my case was “complex” and given a price, with no real explanation. On top of that, the wait was frustrating. It was a constant back and forth waiting for the doctor to come in and out, while staff discussed payments and co-pays adding up to over 30 minutes without any real progress or clarity. Overall, I felt neglected and not welcomed. I left with more questions than answers, which is not what you expect from an orthodontic consultation. I’m really disappointed and would not recommend this office if you’re looking for clear communication and a supportive experience.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice and welcoming that makes you feel like you are at home.

Fantastic experience: We have had an amazing experience there. Everyone is friendly, they explain everything fully to you step by step on what is going to happen and look like in the future as your progress moves along.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, amazing orthodontist's, and amazing smiles!

Fantastic experience: I have been so happy with my experience with Amazing Smiles Orthodontics. I came there as a patient last year. I had been grinding my teeth for years. It had shifted my teeth and my smile was in terrible shape. I also had headaches from the tooth pain. In over a year my smile is almost perfect. I have a few more weeks of treatments and I will be done. The headaches and jaw pain are gone. I cannot thank the entire staff enough. Dr Y was so sweet with me. This was worth every penny I spent for the Angel Aligners. If you are considering them for your orthodontist don’t hesitate. You will be very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I’m in my late 20s and started my second round of orthodontics after my first treatment failed back in 2016 —no retainer, teeth shifted, and bite issues. I experienced severe gum inflammation (a challenge with Brava), and Dr. Yusupov seamlessly transitioned me to Invisalign in Oct at no extra cost. I fully trusted his expertise. By Feb this year, I completed 15 aligners and now my smile is perfect! They even reshaped my front teeth for a beautifully even look. So grateful—highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I came here because my son lost his expander key. Our orthodontist is in the city, so making the trip there would have wasted us 2 hours or more. I called them and someone answered right away, they were very generous and offered to give it to me for free if I came in, even though I offered to pay. I made my way there and entered. The place is very calming. They have an essential oil diffuser in the lobby and the place wasn't crowded when I came. They gave me the key and I left. Not many places would do such a thing. Tells me that they are not money hungry and are decent people. I would go to them if I didn't start the process with my current orthodontist.
