Fantastic experience: During my 1st visit for a cleaning, i was very satisfied. They granted my request to apply gum numbing gel since i am quite sensitive to pain. Dr. Gibson and the entire team are very responsible, polite and their attention to patients is truly unmatched. On my 2nd visit for an evaluation, for my gum and denture consultation, they even gave me cleaning and adhesive samples. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Elmhurst Dental with Dr. Gibson and her entire team. I originally came in for a routine cleaning and was immediately met with true professionals who clearly care about their patients and their work. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Gibson also had Dr. Ariel, an incredible orthodontist, take a look at my teeth. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a lot of insight and clarity, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel both well cared for and well informed. The entire office has such a warm, family-like atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend Elmhurst Dental for both general dentistry and orthodontic care.

Negative experience: My son's Dentist was very patient every visit and always did an amazing job. All the staff are very nice also. I strongly recommend this clinic. Edited: We changed clinic since 2023. Staff were excellent except the lady in the front desk (I was wondering if she is still there). She was so rude. And there were 1 time I called the office and without asking how can she help me she said right away ARE YOU GOING TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN? . It became crowded also and the time of waiting was very long.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gibson is the best dentist this office has ever had! Her professionalism and expertise truly showcase her talent. Her bedside manner and the way she takes the time to explain everything are the reasons I continue to see her. I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists in the past, so I’m incredibly grateful to have found such a gem in Dr. Gibson.

Negative experience: No communication or feedback; the process felt rushed, and they were unprofessional and harsh with my teeth. I would not recommend this to anyone who values professionalism.

Negative experience: My appointment started at 9 at i got here at 8:55 and im still here be because there dentist still haven’t arrived they need there workers to get there on time because people are busy and need to leave or get their teeth clean fast like they be taking to long they need to get to work on time this is super unexceptionable

Negative experience: I went for a dental cleaning. The wait was long, and the dentist was a bit rude, as were the people at the front desk. I needed a filling and I have a cavity in one of my teeth. However, the person at the front desk told me they wouldn't have any appointments for the treatment for a long time. She told me If I wanted it, I should find another dental center. I paid for the cleaning with a credit card when I checked in, but they ask me how I wanna pay me again when I when I about to leave. It was a total mess. The first time I went there I love the service,but today I'm very disappointed By the way the cleaning they did it today was good.

Negative experience: I really thought I finally found the perfect dental office.The dentist here, Dr. Kim, she is amazing. However, in the last few months phones are not being answered. Holds last over 5 minutes. Appointments are scheduled and when you arrive they tell you your new appointment time that they did not discuss with you (but how could they when they aren't answering calls and leaving people on hold?) Looks like I am going to have to start searching for a new dental office yet again.....

Negative experience: Front desk was nice but I came here for my annual cleaning. The cleaning itself lasted under 5 minutes. My teeth were not clean, I still have tartar and plaque. Also what's up with the sink next to the chair? It’s completely covered up so you can’t even rinse your mouth out after. Dentist was short with me and said my teeth were fine? Lol weird experience. Seemed like no one cared and they were just trying to get people in and out.

Positive experience: Great office, although the wait times can be improved but the doctors and technicians are great and very informative. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and they’ve always been very accommodating . Sad that I have to find somewhere else to go do to my insurance but totally recommend.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for 11am for my little girl (2years old) that supposed to be her first experience with dentist. Came on time . Was so many people with kids in the waiting room, ok we were waiting for more than 40min , then they were calling people who came after us , what is not right. Girls on front desk said we will be in soon , but they again called someone who came after us . Thats not ok , not professional , we came on time and we were with the youngest kid there . We just left.Would never be back for sure !

Negative experience: Two girls at the front desk. One was nice, the other one was unfriendly. The hygienist was nice but he kept chatting with other staff while cleaning my teeth, which was kind of annoying. The X-ray technician was nice, I liked her the most. The dentist was friendly at the start but unprofessional and wasted my time. I came in specifically because a tooth hurt when I bite. She said it was because of an occlusion (contact between my teeth) and polished my tooth a bit. After, she promptly stood up without asking me if I had any questions. I asked, "so it wasn't a nerve?" and saw she was halfway out the door already. She said it wasn't and I had another question but her back was already turned. From there, I knew she had no idea what my problem was. SURPRISE. My tooth still hurts because she didn't even ask em where the pain was. It's inside, not outside. It still hurts to bite. Never coming back here again. Waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time going to a Dentist in years since my last dentist stopped taking my health insurance. I decided to come here, my brother comes to Elmhurst Dental and he’s been satisfied . It was busy and sort of a wait but the staff made me feel so comfortable especially the Dental Assistants and Dentist. The Dentist was very informative and patient. I asked a good amount of questions and she didn’t hesitate to answer them. I appreciated it a lot. Definitely happy with everything about my appointment and made me optimistic about my smile care.
