Fantastic experience: Well, I’ve only had one visit not much work done, it was a consultation but the place was immaculately, clean and sterile As per the staff from the front desk, lady, all the way to the doctors, assistant technicians all extremely professional, very polite very understanding they each Had their own way of greeting their patience, each one has something to share and brought my stress levels down You see I am going for major dental work. I am so amazed at all of this advanced technology, x-ray machine, scanning machine, all flawless, no pain. The doctor who’s going to be working on my mouth his name is DR Joe I cannot pronounce his last name. I called him, Joe.First off, the man is extremely courteous, professional understanding explains everything to you in Laymans terms He’s a nonsense. Guy gives it to you straight I believe I got lucky with this guy The young lady, the management who does all of the legal financial paperwork with the patients explains all the finances simple so you can understand She tries really hard to try to cut. All corners to save you money. I can’t say I’m looking forward to my next visit because this is the dentist It’s not like I’m going to Disney World but I am excited to get the work started and I am also glad I picked this place Just with my short interaction with this team so far, I would highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: On April 29th at around 2:15 2:30 pm a Hispanic lady sat next to me mumbling kill your self that was very disturbing I just ignored her because I’ve dealt with emotionally disturbed individuals for 9 years ive dealt with a lot of people yelling screaming also cussing at me in my job so I’m used to it that it doesn’t even bother me as long as they don’t put they hands on me she did say that if she’s confronted also I already know the gas lighting plan is to get an emotional outburst out of me but I know that I have a sense of self worth so that’s not going to happen I’m very self confidence remember self confident people don’t gaslight she will deny it that was very disturbing the dentist should not have individuals like that in tbe office she gonna try to say I’m delusional which I am not thets what I heard other than that the service is great the dental assistants are awesome the manager is great god bless them

I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation, which they kindly offered free of charge—something I couldn’t find at other clinics I called. They explained I needed a panoramic x-ray, and since my insurance didn’t cover it, they even provided it at no cost. The doctor was professional, kind, and thorough. He explained that my extraction required a neurosurgeon and, without hesitation, gave me a referral outside of their clinic. Considering I wasn’t an existing patient and they had nothing to gain, I was truly impressed by their generosity, honesty, and care.

There was some confusion regarding the imaging—I initially believed a full CT scan was performed, but it turned out to be a panoramic scan instead. I was also unaware at the time that the doctor wasn’t in my insurance network, which led to some complications when I tried to transfer records to my in-network provider.
