Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since my kids were about 4yrs old. My oldest is 10 yrs old now! The office is always clean and the staff is very professional and nice. I am always seen at my appt on time and, when I am there the Dr always addresses any concerns I have. The staff is gentle and patient with the children. I have observed how gentle they are with each and every patient, not just my children. Very happy and I will continue to take my kids here!

There’s cartoon movies they play there’s also tablets that have fun games that your child can play on, the stag are nice and energetic, and they give you stickers and a free tooth brush every time your child is done with their appointment, it’s very clean and organized.

Fantastic experience: The service was very good. Even though it was my first time, they didn't ask for the detailed address initially, but after clarifying, I found it. Overall, it was good. The doctor was very attentive, the front desk was nice, and the nurse had already prepared everything in advance. Overall, it was excellent.

Negative experience: 在这里也看了几年了，第一次给我的感觉特别差，那个男医生看我家女儿牙齿，由于太小不能补牙只能上药防驻，那个药会让碰到的地方变黑，全程不超过十分钟，弄完他就急匆匆的走了，然后我家女儿从床上下来，我看见她满嘴都是白色膏状物，我以为是牙膏，她告诉我很不舒服，我开始用手帮她清理，后面那个护士说是刚刚涂的那个药，满嘴都是那个药，我用手指一点点把它抠出来的，真的是很生气的我，有弄完后直接走掉了，完全没有任何清理，多余一个不满三岁的小孩来说不懂的表达是和难受的，而且后面弄到她嘴边周围都有药，现在都变黑掉了，擦都擦不掉，我打算换一家了！我很生气！

Negative experience: I had a really frustrating experience with this dental office. Their receptionist scheduled appointments for my kids on Sunday, 3/29/26, and we made the trip all the way from Manhattan to Flushing. When we arrived, the office was completely closed. We tried calling, and only then were we told that the receptionist was supposed to notify us that they wouldn’t be open—which clearly never happened. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to confirm appointments and then not follow through or communicate properly. Wasting families’ time like this, especially when traveling with kids, is unacceptable. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Negative experience: 这家爱心牙科，把我外甥女搞成EB病毒现在还在医院里住院，，好好的一个孩子，被他们搞成这样，卫生不合格，有传染疾病，现在起诉这个爱心儿童牙科

Negative experience: 只是一家保险收割机而已，没有一个儿科医生该有的精神，和耐心，用个牙线都着急，使劲用力，更别说补牙了，补牙时医生像赶着去火星一样，孩子哭了连一句安慰的话都没，还不停的责怪，，后来牙套掉了，我打电话给前台N 次，他们没有说需要把牙套带回去，好不容易等了半个月回去看医生了，他说像需要回去把牙套找到带回来才能给你补，还要重新约时间，又要等上一个月的，但如果要是自费$300在他那买个牙套，那今天就能给补上。太恶心了，请大家绕开这家！

Negative experience: There are many dental assistants, but few dentists. Aside from basic dental care, it’s difficult to get appointments for procedures like tooth extractions or fillings.

Negative experience: 不明白每逢小孩放假都只能约洗牙，其他业务都不做，3点之后不做补牙，每次除了洗牙只能请假去、时间安排太不人性化，果断换掉。

Negative experience: 就只会通知你洗牙时间到了的一家诊所。一点同情心都没有。非常垃圾的前台。非常垃圾的就诊体验。

Negative experience: Poor service, appointment waiting one hour and miss our information. Not any apologies. Not recommended this dentist. Many parents already complained about it, I was feel ok until today’s bad experiences.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Angie Li gave our kids a wonderful experience. She is calm, patient, friendly, and informative. My kids have never visited a dentist before and always feared visiting one. Dr. Li made the visit very comfortable for them. She displayed a high level of professionalism and addressed all my concerns. My daughter needed an extraction, and was extremely nervous, but the extraction was very quick and before we knew it it was complete. I highly recommend this dentist.

I know she is not orthodontist., but Dr. Guo is such a creative person and it's great to hear that Dr. Guo's suggestion had a positive impact, helping avoid early orthodontic treatment and potential cost. Professional advice and out of box thinking can make a significant difference in dental care.

Negative experience: 垃圾诊所，等了我一个多小时，和我说还有很多人，让我取消位置吧。而且态度很恶劣！大家千万不要去这家诊所，谁去谁倒霉。 The rubbish clinic waited for me for more than an hour and told me that there were still many people and asked me to cancel my seat. And the attitude is very bad! Everyone must not go to this clinic, whoever goes will be unlucky.

Negative experience: 这的医生很没有耐心，一直赶着看下一个孩子。以为我听不懂英文。一直在那和孩子说你哭会吓得别的小朋友不看了。一直埋怨小孩子，而不是估计宝宝。我不会再来

Negative experience: 前台小姐明目张胆的人插队，被发现还要在那狡辩，说什么跟我家两个宝贝约的时间一样，请问一个医生，一个时间段可以看三个小朋友嘛.还一直狡辩说约的时间是一样的，但我家大宝坐在房间等医生了，下一个应该要轮到我家小宝了，结果不是，前台小姐姐让人插队，被我发现，质问了后还要狡辩.态度恶劣.

Negative experience: 多一點愛心不行嗎？！每次看病子女都說不同的工作人員又粗魯，非逼著病人換醫生，網上不是寫著營業時間是18:00嗎，為什麼騙我說2:30就關門了，網上是星期六營業，打電話又說星期六也關門！

Negative experience: This place is ridiculous and outrageous! I scheduled my child's appointment for dental filling four month in advance because they told me they could only do filling on Fridays, so I removed all my other appointments and scheduled it for September, again that was four month in advance back in May. When I went to the office as scheduled, it was closed!!! I did not receive any voice message as a reminder except for a text message, which I later found out was sent less than a week from my scheduled date. What did they suppose me to do with such a short notice?! So I called them right away on the next business day hoping they would accommodate and reschedule it asap. Surprisingly, all the receptionist did was blaming me of missing their calls and texts and not to mention they no longer offer Fridays to do dental filling anymore. They changed their schedule with a short notice in spite that the schedule was made four month in advance!!! This is a very irresponsible and unreliable office with unprofessional and demeaning staff. 服务非常糟糕，而且很不负责任！在没有提供足够的时间下，临时取消预约。而且每次去看的医生都不一样，感觉医生和工作人员都相当不专业。

Negative experience: Possibility of ASD & Special kid discrimination! Today, I took my 6-year-old child to see this dental office.The child is a child with autism and cannot cooperate with X-rays. I just had an extraction in this clinic (another female doctor with a good attitude) last month. The two teeth were already very loose, so I thought that the upper tooth would be pulled out today. As soon as we entered the room, a male doctor didn't look at her teeth at all, so he said that he needed to take an X-ray. I begged to him If there is autism, there is no way to take an X-ray. I can sign the waiver form if needed.He said no. I had to hold my daughter to take an X-ray. I then ask this male doctor why the female doctor could pull it out last time but not this time. The male doctor (with a bad attitude all the way) said that he just couldn’t do it, and he couldn’t do it without X-rays. He has a license.. told us to go to the last time Female doctor. He can't extract teeth without X-ray, even children's teeth are loose enough to fall out soon. I was thinking: Why do different doctors have such different attitudes in the same clinic. Then I consulted another Bell Blvd dentist, and they said that as long as the parents sign the consent form for anesthesia, they can pull it out without X-rays. With that being said, is because of his attitude or he just doesn’t want to treat her because she is the ASD kids?

Negative experience: I will give a zero if I could, After my Daughter came back from this dentist, She has a nightmare every day, We will never go back again!

Negative experience: 简单的洗牙还是可以的，补牙就算了吧，让你用笑气然后完全不起作用 花了钱遭了罪 牙也没有补。无奈

Negative experience: I don’t like their service. The front girl are rude. And the doctor not doing the best for their patients. I took my kids and ran to the doctor office always from after school. And just late for 10, 15 minutes they don’t even want to see my kids. And the meantime I saw there’s still have more patients waiting in there. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this dentist anymore.

Negative experience: 第一次遇到这么差的牙科诊所，医生进来也没说明今天会给孩子做什么，做完以后也没说做了什么，需要注意什么也没说，就是进来一顿粗鲁的操作，几分钟就结束出去了，出来后想问前台，前台只有一个人，一直在接电话，等了5分钟，因为孩子哭闹就先回家了，后来又打电话回去咨询了，才知道今天涂氟了，哎…….不推荐

Negative experience: I had terrible experience with this place. They did not explain any of the process that my kid is getting and after care that we should do after the session. I will never come back to this place ever. There are so many better places to go.

Negative experience: My 3yo daughter kinda anti-stranger all the whole. First time visited since 6 months ago, she kept on crying and screaming seriously, but the nurse and doctor who on duty were so patient to treat my daughter. Today, 2nd time routine checkup, she was doing great when the doctor and nurse compliment her.. got her the stickers... she felt so happy and mission impossible done! Really appreciate to the team in Kids Dental Care! 前后也推荐好些家长过来这家诊所。但是服务态度越来越不行了！虽然说我迟到了，但是最后前台问了医生，医生可以接受看病人。付了百多块的笑气费用，加上等了一个多小时才告诉我说他们预约满了，看不了了！我直接立马转走不看了！也不会再转介绍！

Fantastic experience: This pediatric dental office is amazing!! I’ve been bringing my three kiddos here for years. We relocated from Queens to Manhattan in 2019. And I won’t switch!! They’re so gentle, but efficient towards my kiddos. My 4-year-old throws a tantrum with the dentist, but they’re always patient with him. My oldest kiddo has asked me to never switch to another pediatric dentist. We’re good to stay!!

Negative experience: This WAS such an amazing pediatric dentist and it has completely taken a turn for the worse. I have been taking my daughter there for years and she always saw such a nice dentist that made her feel comfortable. I just took her and she saw a new dentist named Patricia and she was completely unprofessional, made my poor 6 year old terrified to the point that she jumped out of her chair. I have an appointment coming up with another dentist to see if there is anyway I could keep coming to this office but I’m already researching new offices.

Fantastic experience: Nice place and friendly staffs

Negative experience: Very unfriendly staffs. Doctor show little patience with kids. When I refused laughing gas told me to come back next time when my kid is more stable. Switched to another doctors after 2 visits.

Negative experience: Staff is nice. The doctors are very pushy. They kept pushing us to use gas that costs $140 to sedate my son. They even told me not to come back if we don’t plan to use it.
