Fantastic experience: Apparently, you can’t add another review so I’m going to add to my last review fm 9 months ago. Two things happened one today and one last week. I went in and I had a cold sore treated in a very short period of time for a small fee. The office is always amazing. They aim to please and got me right away The treatment will resolve the issue in 24 hours at the most 48in. Thank you to Kaitlyn and Haley and Dr. Drew. They know a cold sore has to be stopped dead in its tracks and they’re there to get it done. The other thing that happened a friend from out of town was here broke a tooth they got him in the next day and took care of the repair. The staff is great, and I am truly blessed to have them on my healthcare team 9 more ago: So happy to find DR Drew she and the staff have been wonderful !! Jill, the hygienist is fantastic Haylee, the office manager Was really helpful and kind when there was a delay in my bridge from the lab. Everyone I have dealt with in this office is great. The office felt comfortable and they had a spot in just a couple hours. They fixed the crown easily. Negative experience: Very disappointed with my service today. A one minute polish and a 10 minute cleaning. Then told I need some extensive cleaning. Is this a new way of making more money? Dr. Brunelli would never have allowed this kind of low level care. I was asked to come in early and then sat for thirty minutes which didn’t help the situation.

Negative experience: Not the Experience I Hoped For I arrived on time for my appointment, but the doctor was late, and I waited in the chair for about 30 minutes before being seen. I was also surprised to see an additional fee for X-rays, and my Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showed several billing codes even though only six X-rays were taken. When I requested a general cleaning, the office said they could only provide a deep cleaning. The staff seemed very set on that recommendation, even after I explained that none of my previous dentists had ever found this necessary and that my teeth and gums are well maintained. Overall, I felt my preferences as a patient weren’t really taken into account, and the visit felt more focused on procedures and billing than on personalized care. I hope the office can improve communication and flexibility with patients in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had an exam, two fillings and my teeth cleaned here. I have some anxiety issues around breathing that makes dental work stressful (asthma/rhinitis) but the dentist and staff were great and very supportive. Front desk was professional and personable. Highly recommend!

The Xray tech was great and I have a cavity just starting so they caught that in time before it causes any problems. I don’t mind going to the dentist if I can go Brunelli. Negative experience: DR.GESTOSO CLEARY DOESN’T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING!! I took my mom in for a check up because she had pain on her upper tooth on both sides. She did examine the right side but didn’t examine the left side then she refers us to a endodontics for root canal she claims needed to be done. She seem to be in a rush but it wasn’t busy. Also the place is VERY outdated and never has enough staff I waited an HOUR for Dr. Gestoso to examine my mom. It took a month to get an appointment but anyways the endodontics said recommend to do a tooth extraction instead of a root canal because the tooth looks like it almost broken in half and general cleaning could be done with no problems because there is a cavity. Dr. Gestoso if she was a good doctor she would have noticed that on the X-ray cavity/tooth almost broken in half and wouldn’t need refer us to a endodontics instead to an oral surgeon. Dr. Gestoso STILL refused to do a general cleaning and still recommends root canal but the endodontics said it was fine to do general cleaning?? Now the endodontics charged us $300 for basic x-ray and now refer us to an oral surgeon to do a tooth extraction. Just going into circles and not getting anything done. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: They do not respect boundaries, love to call you at work. Ignore your requests and your wishes. Frankly, it reminds me of a bad relationship. I would advise you not to give them a number that you actually answer because you will be hassled frequently.

Fantastic experience: I had a new patient appointment today and was very happy with my visit. The two ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly (I forgot to get their names). Maria took my X-rays and photos, she was gentle and informative. I was offered water while I waited to see the doctor which I found thoughtful. It was extremely busy at the office, but I really didn’t have to wait too long. I also met Jill and Dr. G who were both very professional and gave me a lot of good information. The office was clean, as was the restroom. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!!

Negative experience: I have accumulated extensive experience in the field of customer service within the medical industry. It is disheartening and concerning to witness instances where healthcare providers and staff fail to prioritize the needs of their patients financial circumstances. Recently, my mother was wrongly charged over $100 for a dental cleaning that should have been covered by insurance. This is not the first time such an error has occurred, as my mother simply requires her two routine cleanings that are typically covered. I feel compelled to share this feedback to alert other patients to inquire about costs upfront and avoid unexpected charges following a procedure. Furthermore, the lack of detailed information on the receipt regarding the services provided is unacceptable. I intend to report this incident to both the insurance company and the Better Business Bureau. Such behavior not only demonstrates a lack of professionalism but also neglects the importance of informing patients about dental procedures in advance. I urge patients to carefully reconsider before choosing this establishment, as there may be additional billing issues in the future that one was not aware of.

Positive experience: Okay, not impressed. Had a cleaning, not worth it lady missed multiple teeth. Dentist vendor for a crown messed up on making it the first time, I appreciate the dentist not just putting a bad crown on, but it’s over shadowed with the temp constantly falling off and when the new crown came in was the wrong color, I had him put it on anyway. I question if the tools/equipment is throughly cleaned. Whenever I interact with the staff at the front desk it’s superficial and borderline disrespectful. They never quote me right, and feign that insurance is causing the issue. Over all tons of room for improvement.

Her dedication to providing outstanding support was evident in every interaction we had. Overall, working with Marria was an absolute pleasure. She is a true professional who is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
