Fantastic experience: My family has been attending for 2 years, and we love it here! Dr. Lee, and all her staff are so good with my kids! This is the first office ever that my kids love.going to the dentist. Quick and efficient. Affordable. Cannot say enough good things about this office!

Fantastic experience: EDITED 7/21/26 Silverlake Dental is still 5 stars! I have completed all of my dental treatment, there was a lot to be done, and Dr Lee made it so easy. My teeth look amazing! My daughters are also almost done with their treatment and love Dr Lee as well. She is not only kind, but she knows what she’s doing! Shout out to all of the great staff, Jas, Jasmine, Melissa and Alexa for being so great ❤️ Original review: Very nice office, staff are very nice! The Dr was so nice and very thorough. Great appointment and we will be back!

Negative experience: Dont go here! They scam you! Wife just got scammed for almost $500 for a first vist. They quoted her $140 for the exam plus a free cleaning, rushed her into the back with out telling her it would be $500. Then lied to her saying "You're husband said you wanted the savers plan". I had no clue what the savers plan was till they pitched it to me over the phone and I denied it. Very shady. Ask for the full price up front before they rush you back. Not to mention the savers plan is a big scam too. It covers like one other cleaning. So two cleanings and an xray for $470 onto their plan. Worst dentist office ever. Watch them fire back with "Were sorry you had a bad experience" or "We explained the plan up front..." No one told me or her it would be $500 for a first visit. Good luck going here and getting scammed

Fantastic experience: I called in for an emergency tooth extraction because I could no longer tolerate the pain. The office told me they would call me back to see if they could fit me into the schedule. About 30 minutes later, Jazz called and let me know that Dr. Lee was able to squeeze me in. Dr. Lee was amazing, professional, and very comforting throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick and efficient, and I felt so much better afterward. I truly appreciate the care and compassion I received from both staff and Dr. Lee. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier and for providing excellent care.

Dr. Hyuni Lee and the team at Silver Lake Dental Care truly stand out—it's a complete day-and-night difference from any other dentist I've seen over the years. Right from the start, the staff was so kind and caring. I'm recovering from bilateral carpal tunnel surgery and couldn't write easily—they patiently sat with me to fill out all the paperwork without any rush or hassle. That thoughtful help meant a lot. Dr. Lee was incredibly thorough and educational in the best way possible. She asked detailed questions about my scalloped tongue, years of grinding, OCD, headaches, and sleep issues—things no dentist had ever connected or addressed so comprehensively. She explained the cracks in my teeth from grinding, how my scalloped tongue (from not fitting properly between my teeth) might tie into potential airway issues, and why getting the right mouthguard matters. Rather than just handing one out (like others have tried unsuccessfully with insurance), she recommended a sleep study first to figure out the best option tailored to me. Everything was explained clearly, with no pressure—just solid recommendations and letting me decide. They took detailed pictures of my teeth and issues, displayed them on the TV screen, and walked me through it all so I could see and understand exactly what was going on. Super helpful and transparent! They were also thorough about insurance: They checked what things would potentially cost through my plan, went over the estimates with me in detail, and explained that costs could change (which is normal since insurances aren't always straightforward). Because of that upfront discussion, there were absolutely no financial surprises—everything felt clear and fair. Scheduling was a breeze too—I realized I'd picked a bad time, and they got me in the same day, then scheduled me for the very next day to fix fillings I'd ground down. Flexibility like that is rare! If you want a dentist who's genuinely caring, educational without being pushy, thorough in every aspect (including costs and insurance), and focused on your overall health, this is the place. My fiance came here and had a very good experience and highly recommended it to me, the staff is very nice and concerned about your comfort and experience. They do what they can to accommodate, they let my fiance watch some YouTube on the TV in the exam room so she could put her own mind at ease. Dr Lee saw me and I couldn't recommend her enough, my teeth are messed up to put it mildly and she walked me through a good plan and explained exactly what was happening and why, all without condescension and in a way I could easily understand. She connected it to other symptoms I have on occasion, like headaches and muscle strain and explained how it could all be connected. I feel more informed than I ever have walking out of a dentist office.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this dentist. I went in with real pain expecting help, but they charged me $200 up front just to look at my mouth — no treatment, no relief, nothing done at all. Then they referred me to another dentist, where I was hit with a $1,500 bill just for exams. Still no actual work done on the tooth that was hurting. I left both places feeling scammed and still in pain. Both places did the same treatment for cleaning and filling with crowns when I only needed help with my tooth pain.

Negative experience: Dr. Lee did my tooth filling and it was great. But they scam people by telling them two free dental cleaning. They charged me for the second cleaning and sent the bill directly to collections without ever informing me. They created a fake dental saver plan to make people confuse and take money. Beware of them. I will be reporting them to BBB

Negative experience: They treated me very well, however I feel like it's a business. 5 months later they charged me for my son's service. No one had contacted me beforehand. They told me that the previous receptionist was no longer working and that I had to pay something previously owed without having notified me. I canceled my appointments because it seemed like a lack of seriousness.

Love this dental office and can’t recommend them enough! I had a wonderful experience at Silverlake Dental Care. Dr. Lee and the staff are so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so comforting. This was probably the best dental service I’ve ever had. After my cleaning my teeth were visibly whiter, stain-free, and so smooth! What I like about the office is that they are not intimidating with their services, I felt like it was very easy to decline a service that I didn’t think was necessary. If you let them know your financial constraints, they were very good at accommodating. The office is ran so well and efficiently thanks to the Office Manager, Sarah!
