Fantastic experience: Recently, I broke a tooth and was referred to Well Beyond Dental by a family member. I deal with "dental work anxiety" for to many reasons to list here! When calling to create an appt., the receptionist was amazing in calming my fears, as she allowed me time to explain the causes of said fears! She reassured me that "everything the staff would do, would be told to me in advance, and that everyone who worked there would always be forthright and honest"...Well, she was correct! My experience with Well Beyond Dental was Awesome! All the Doctors, assistants and receptionists were amazing! Their focus was not only solving my broken tooth issue but honestly I have never been to a dentistry that was so thorough and compassionate, patient, and sincerely concerned about my dental care! These Amazing Artists and collaborators are my new Dental Family! My new tooth is beautiful and more importantly, Well Beyond dental has indeed restored my trust in dental practices!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous, having dental anxiety. My husband is a patient here and encouraged me to give Well Beyond a try, as he told me everyone is extremely nice and understanding. He was right! Brian is very welcoming and the dental assistant Sydney made me feel right at home, like I am a friend, not just a patient. Allison, the Dentist is also very understanding and talked with me letting me know what would take place. She explained each thing she was going to do, which helped my anxiety. She was very gentle and kind. One of the best surprises was, I was offered a weighted blanket or a fuzzy blanket to help with anxiety and the blanket was very comforting. Allison did an amazing job, restoring my chipped front teeth. I told her she is an artist, and what she did was a living work of art!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Reno, NV. I am very careful when selecting a new dentist so I thoroughly vet the top five in my new community. Well Beyond Dental rose far and above all others in the categories of Doctors and staff education and experience; then the office facilities and level of technology played in my decision. My initial exam including X-rays, cleaning and counselling revealed a few essential preventative actions that no previous highly regarded dentists in MA and CA recommended. Dr. Ben Atlas and his staff did so and within two days scheduled me in for corrective action that saved a molar tooth and a front capped tooth. Well Beyond Dental, the entire staff and state of the art high-tech equipment, are extraordinarily superior over all my previous dentists I've experienced in my 80 years of life across five major American cities, bar none, in every respect.

Fantastic experience: This was only my second time getting my teeth cleaned and I requested when I became a patient that I keep the same hygienist for each visit as I had had that at the previous dental facility. This this request was disregarded and an appointment that was made six months ago was given to a different patient, and I was given a new hygienist, I’m not sure why patients requests are disregarded and appointments that were made 6 months ago are given to other patients without notice. Well beyond dental since reached out to me and explained what happened and assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. I’m very thankful for the quick response and the explanation. I’m looking forward to continuing a relationship with them.

Fantastic experience: As a follow-up to my previous review, everything has been fantastic so far. I was provided with a comprehensive treatment plan upfront. Dr. Atlas and the entire team explained the immediate and cosmetic needs, as well as the reasons behind each. Dr. Atlas and his team have made this experience feel less stressful. He is closely monitoring me for any potential complications after the extraction, but I am confident in his care. Despite being out of network with my dental plan, they are diligently handling my insurance provider’s claims on my behalf, eliminating any hassle for me. I have my next three appointments booked and I look forward to getting my smile back.

Even staff that weren't helping me directly stopped in the check in with me to see if I needed anything. I got my crown the same day that they prepped my tooth and it fit like a glove. Negative experience: I had a cold sore so I called to make sure it was okay to come in, the receptionist told me that they had a laser treatment for 65.00 dollars but actually 75.00 dollars. She claimed it heal the sore in one or two days. I paid 75.00 and it did nothing. I feel every time I go in they want to sell me on sleep Apnea studies and now a crown ( might be true, I will found out with my new dentist) Anyhow, they are no longer in my insurance network ( one more example of them wanting more money ) so I found new dentist. So sad because I was with Monte for 30 years. I love Afsona ( my dental hygienist ) she is great.

I love coming to my cleanings and not being shamed for my brushing habits! They hear my “why’s” and try to offer solutions that fit within my lifestyle. I’ve learned to brush and floss way more effectively, and my teeth are less sensitive than before. They also offered a birthday discount for teeth whitening! It was my first time having my teeth whitened, and I felt well-informed about what to expect and how to get the best results from the service. Fantastic experience: Dr Verano was my dentist in Walnut Creek, CA in the past. Since then she moved to Reno. In the same time my wife and I moved to Utah. I just drove 561 miles to be treated. That should tell you all you need to know. I was pleased to see that her new office and office environment are exceptional.

She hates to be rushed and everyone including the doctor worked on her pacing and comfort level with respect and caring. My dentist appointment was the next day and my daughter sobbed when she heard I was going to the dentist and she wasn't allowed to go back the next day. You can't get better than that. She can't wait to go back to the dentist. I highly recommend this office. Fantastic experience: From the front desk to checkout every employee was caring, professional, and excellent at their job. This was the first time I didn't feel like I was being sold something at the dentist through fear tactics. The name is Well Beyond and they delivered. I was well informed about complex issues with airway and teeth grinding and the doctors knowledge was impressive. I have chronic sinus issues and teeth grind from the pain. It turns out there may be a solution for both. She didn't recommend any treatments without more information and diagnosis. She gave me a referral to get a clear picture first. The office was calm, on time, and clearly they are all a team. I feel confident bringing my 3 year old back in a couple of weeks. Reno has really raised the bar from traditional cut and paste dentistry with Well Beyond. I highly recommend changing who your dentist is now. Fantastic experience: In my 93 years Well Beyond is the first Dental Service that I have ever actually looked forward to visiting. The place is positively unique in every aspect. Their equipment is state of the art. The atmosphere is comfortable, even lush, both in waiting areas and in working areas. But most of all the working attendants at all levels are kind caring people as well as being superbly knowledgeable and capable doing excellent dental work with their patients.

Fantastic experience: I am in my mid-60s and I've never been to more professional and comfortable Dental Group. There is nothing I would suggest that they do differently. From scheduling and through the office visit every person I encounter does a fantastic job and does it happily. My hygienist is Amy. She is gentle yet efficient and so kind and very fun. Fantastic experience: Very good experience. Had a deep cleaning with virtually no pain, which is a first for me. An amazing dentist really. Also had two crowns done in about two hours, with virtually no pain during or after, which I thought was phenomenal. Dr. Abittan and her staff are very professional and totally attentive. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at any dental office
