They understood right away we have a special needs kiddo they brought in a lady that does well with special needs kids she calmed him down and he remained calm and that’s rare!! It’s clean and we get to be with our kids every step of the way they even get a prize at the end we love this place !!!

Fantastic experience: I always recommend this dentist office to my friends with kids. Always a positive experience. The layout is great and they have balloons and prizes. I opted out of one of the X-rays this time. Do your research about that because i believe they recommend x-rays every six months depending on age.

Fantastic experience: They are so good with kids here. My son cried at our last dentist and absolutely hated it. We switched to here to see if maybe he would do a bit better and he did so good. The assistant and dentist were both so good with him and made him feel so comfortable, he didn’t even cry. He’s 2.5 and did great!!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here since we moved to Reno, the staff is extremely friendly, they make my kids feel really comfortable about coming to the dentist and they go above and beyond to make sure the kids are feeling comfortable. My kids range in ages from 2-11 and most recently our 4 year old and 6 year old had to have dental work done. Very professional, organized and comforting. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a warm dentist experience.

Positive experience: This is the second time I’m giving my kids smile a chance I went to the Vista location and had an awful experience with their staff so I decided to drive across town and try the north location. I gave them my insurance information on Friday for my appointment this morning on Monday. my appointment is at 8 o’clock. I wait 30 minutes for them to tell me that their own billing is not able to respond to them or verify my insurance because their billing department is unavailable at the moment which I find absolutely ridiculous. I drove across town 7:30 in the morning, so my son could Be seen at 8 o’clock. I don’t understand what is wrong with my kids smiles at all. I have another appointment at on Wednesday. We will see what happens. please check my Vista location review. First impressions are a big deal and this is the second bad first impressions. I’m having of my kids smile, at a different location.

Negative experience: Good hygienist but the doctor or dentist is the worst! I only try it because it was the closest to my home but I’m actually going back to my regular dentist which is 30 minutes away but I’m not coming back to my kids smile ever again !

Fantastic experience: My family have been patients here for about 4yrs and every time is always the same. Friendly staff. Attentive to patients even outside of there dental needs but just being interactive. Today was the ONLY day in 4yrs that the dentist was late to seeing my child and it was only because she was with another family of 3 toddlers. They were so apologetic it was refreshing. Dentist was honest and didn't recommend things not needed just so they can charge an unneccesary bill. I highly recommend this location and it's in a convenient location for the area.

Fantastic experience: North Valleys group is the best & very friendly! Sandy the dental assistant was very kid friendly and thorough with my boys! She gets on the kids level and expresses how important it is to take care of your teeth and floss!!! Both our boys left with smiles and proud they have no sugar bugs!!!!

Positive experience: Great dentist. However, I DO NOT AGREE with the 3% charge on credit card transactions. Not all the time we have cash/atm available. We are trying our best to take care of our kids' teeth. Don't add more! Please change this. That's not right.

Fantastic experience: Every time I’ve been here with my kids we’re treated with nothing but kindness and given professional, excellent customer service. The staff are kind and thorough, they educate but do not shame you which is a huge barrier for families to come into the dentist. They’re transparent with costs and work with me on payments so I always know what to expect and have time to figure out costly procedures, and I just leave feeling better. And my son switched from three different dentists because he was “uncooperative” but has had no issues since we switched our care over to My Kids Smile. We are very happy!

Fantastic experience: Reina was absolutely amazing with my kids upon our first visit. I had spoke with her about my concerns and she was so respected and took into account everything I had to say and was super patient as well in answering all of my questions. She was absolutely amazing with my kids, with my son being it his first time I was nervous and he did do great. She had such an inviting, fun and calm energy too her that it immediately made me and my kids feel at ease and that's something that was very important for me for my daughter to have so she was comfortable during the appointment. We will definitely be continuing to go to this location and hope we are able to keep having more great experiences.

I recently switched from an old kids dentist for both my daughters, and they have all sorts of goodies to make the children feel comfortable that other places I’ve attended do not have! The dental assistant Sandy was extraordinary, and went above and beyond to make my terrified 6 year old comfortable! Best kids dentist in town! Great and kind dentists too!

Fantastic experience: it was our first time going to My Kids Smile, and I will say we had the best experience. I was prepared for worst case scenario but with the staff being patient and calm, I think they really helped make it possible for the great outcome of todays visit. The staff was very kind and courteous, and most importantly had patience with my 2.5 year old. Reina took the time with my daughter and didn’t push her to get the job done. She waited the few minutes it took for my kiddo to warm up to her and let her clean her teeth. I know when we come back in 6 months my daughter will be very well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Katie was so amazing with my boys never have I ever been able to take a 1 year old (I am a Mother of 3 boys) to a doctors office and have him enjoy getting his teeth cleaned 10 out of 10 I would recommend her. She’s amazing you guys need to see her!

She was a bit nervous and scared, but Annette assured her that she will be just fine and made her feel very Comfortable and safe. Annette showed her all the tools and all the steps before actually doing anything. Super helpful And Assured Star everything will be fine and it won’t hurt. Great work

We didn’t have to wait as long this time to see Dr. Grace who was kind and took her time to address all concerns and questions. Bringing 3 kids is a daunting task but everyone was extremely helpful! Shout out to the ladies at the front desk too who were very sweet and even helped to clean up a big mess my son made on the way out! You rock!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience ever for being my first time at this dental office. All the dental assistants and the doctor were amazingly great my two youngest daughters 6 and 4 year old were so afraid for the visit but as soon as we entered where they get checked, it was so inviting for children and the the dental assistants made all 3 of my daughters feel at ease and relaxed they explained every step they were going to do. The doctor was really good in explaining everything that my girls needed and I didn’t feel rushed like other doctors rush you to ask questions. Just love it

It's definitely worth the extra money paid in bills and gas to come to this office. This is honestly the best experience we've had at a dental visit in a very long time.

When I mentioned my struggle, Anet stepped up and got me immediately to the right person and all my questions were answered in the spot. Her help was invaluable. I will highly recommend My Kid’s Smile to all.

Fantastic experience: The dental assistant was the sweetest with my little girl and she made her laugh and feel comfortable during her first filling. The Dr was also, and is usually always, incredibly kind and comforting too. They answered every question she had and they kept her interested in things other than her mouth. It was a great experience for all.

Negative experience: Everyone is nice and the care is great. However, they will ask to pay you up front for large procedures, then bill your insurance after. I have been waiting over a year for my refund for services my insurance covered. They've billed my insurance incorrectly multiple times, resulting in having to re-bill multiple times (then doing it incorrectly again). Needless to say, I won't be bringing my child back because I can no longer trust this business.

Negative experience: One of the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to, they give you a time you have to be there but take there sweet time sitting down talking with other people then tell you that you can’t reschedule and are rude when you explain to them why you are leaving.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience! This was my sons first visit and we were treated with so much care and attention! The office is really nice and clean. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. The manager/supervisor Elizabeth was incredible! She was very nice and made us feel so welcomed. She helped with my son when we did his check up and he got a ball from her. It’s hard to find great people like her now a days. The team works really great together!

But they where very friendly and sweet. Now she loves to go and enjoys talking to the staff and other little patients that go also.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff.. My son is 10 has moderate to severe autism. The young lady who cleaned his teeth and did his x-rays was so patient,kind, and gentle and understanding.. the dentist was very ontop of her profession as well. The front office staff was extremely helpful in getting my son in as soon as possible and got us in that day. They also called me back same day about my daughter after putting her on the list to get her in sooner as well after making her appointment that was scheduled pretty far out. I will continue to use my kids smile in north valleys as my children's dentist office.

And my girls was very skeptical of going to a new dentist at first. The fort office worker was amazing. I truly appreciate how they conducted business. A five star review is an understatement.

My granddaughter has been going here since she was 5 years old and now she is almost 14. She is very comfortable with the dental assistant and the doctor. Negative experience: No integrity with Dr Bui Fong. She is attempted to take from the insurance company and bill them for unnecessary treatment and told us one treatment plan and typed out a completely different treatment plan. Lied to our faces. She is dangerous and greedy. Beware Reno! We have shared with the insurance company this information.
