Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Insoft and the entire staff! My daughter got her braces today, and everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She has anxiety and sensory sensitivities, and they took the time to make her feel comfortable every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, never rushed her, and made what could have been a very stressful appointment a positive experience. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and supported. We are so grateful for the care they showed our family. I highly recommend Dr. Insoft and the entire team!

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment here a few weeks ago and had to cancel because i got called into work i called again to make another appointment and they told me i was going to be charged 100 and something dollars Because i “no showed 3 times” which was from 2021 (4 years ago) and they did not give me a warning when i cancelled or a heads up. And the service i was coming (consultation) in for was free so im not sure how they are losing money. I had been a patient there for 2 years spent thousands of dollars and they treat their patients like this? Worst customer service ever.

Fantastic experience: I’m on my 3rd kid getting braces here, so I obviously recommend them! It’s always been a good experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. Appointments run on-time with very little to no wait. The straightening results so far have been excellent.

Negative experience: Replacing retainers and/or getting additional ones are crazy expensive. Treatment itself was great and it lasted as long as the retainers did.

Fantastic experience: I could not have loved my experience with Insoft & Hurst MORE! As an adult patient who always feared the dentist as a kid, this office could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Every step of my treatment was explained to me, and I felt encouraged to ask questions about my progress. I worked with both Insoft and Hurst throughout my treatment, I’d say moreso with Dr. Insoft. Both were friendly, helpful, and both offices just had a great vibe. Staff are all friendly, experienced, and encouraging! Absolutely love my results, my only regret is that I didn’t start my journey with them sooner!

Fantastic experience: As a patient with Drs. Insoft and Hurst for the past four years, I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience with them. Despite having a difficult bite to fix, I’ve felt nothing but support and care by the entire staff, and have appreciated everything by Drs. Insoft and Hurst and the staff in straightening my smile! The staff as a whole is full of some of the kindest people you will ever meet - you can truly tell they care about you as an individual and your overall experience. Drs. Insoft and Hurst are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and answer every question to the fullest detail. I’ve never had any doubts or worries about my care, and have truly enjoyed my experience with them (I honestly look forward to my ortho appointments). They put patients first and make you feel as part of their family. Their offices are kept to the highest standard in terms of cleanliness and comfort, and their appointment reminder system and overall service are exceptional. Two other members of my family have had braces with them as well, and have been completely satisfied with their teeth. Whether it be for traditional braces or Invisalign, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. They are wonderful, and great for all ages!!

Fantastic experience: I know it may be cliche to say that they are like family, but it’s absolutely true. I’ve been a patient for many years and have never had a bad experience. In life there are many stressful things, but they make sure that when it comes to your oral health, that’s not one of them. I recently had jaw reconstruction surgery which was a lot to deal with. I couldn’t have done it without Insoft and Hurts’s assistance, knowledge, dedication, and kindness. They made the whole experience pleasurable and have completely changed my life for the better. There’s nothing I could ever do to repay them, but I hope this review shows just how much I appreciate them.

Fantastic experience: Two years ago I felt a difference in my bite. I couldn’t chew food the same. I didn’t realize that my one tooth was on its side. But one morning I felt another tooth behind one of the front tooth. So I made an appointment with the same orthodontist my mother had used and lo and behold my bite was off and was moving my teeth. I am extremely happy to say I am done as of yesterday 11/29 and moving to night retainers. My bite feels normal and my teeth are super straight! I never had braces in my youth so who would have thought at 66 I’d need them!?!?! I am so grateful for the excellent care I received from both Doctors and the entire staff. Thank you so very much. Since we went in for our consultation they were extremely helpful and kind through the process. We felt completely comfortable with them and are so happy we chose them for my sons first experience with braces. Each time we have gone there for a check up they have been on time and sometimes even early for the appointment. Their front office staff is always kind and friendly. The physicians always go out of their way to educate the kids on how to best to take care of their teeth and why it’s important in a fun way! They are always willing to work with your schedule as well as giving advice on how to help you maintain and take care of the braces. It is so awesome to find a practice that truly cares about their patients and makes it as fun as possible for the kids. Fantastic experience: My name is Jennifer Vattimo-Smith, and my son, Chase, has with Insoft & Hurst for years. The staff always goes out of their way to take great care of us and has done the best they can to go above and beyond for us time and time again. I chose Insoft & Hurst because we were with Dr. Levitt’s and had a consult with Insoft & Hurst, and Dr. Insoft was just so amazing. My son is autistic, so he had a million questions, but Dr. Insoft was so patient and answered every last one. When I had to find an orthodontist’s office for my son, Insoft & Hurst was the obvious choice. Iris has been amazing and so patient with Chase every single time and understanding of my son’s sensitivities. In addition, the front desk staff are always wonderful and able to accommodate any rescheduling necessary. The doctors are equally accommodating and understanding. We would recommend them to all our friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I got my braces off 4 years after I had had them for 4 years. Before getting braces I was always self conscious about my teeth and didn’t like that they weren’t straight. I didn’t feel confident. My overall experience with Insoft and Hurst was great and I have confidence in my smile! In my experience the front desk employees, dental assistants, and the doctors were always willing to help, especially when I had poking wires. Those hurt! Additionally all staff were always willing answer questions, and were always kind. I would definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Insoft gave me a reason to smile as a kid. My teeth/jaw were a train wreck to the say the least. Everything from over bite, realigning, extra teeth, teeth in general too big for my jaw...you name I gave the man the challenge and he met and exceed every expectation. I walked away with a smile I couldn't wait to show off and now in my thirties have the smile/laugh lines to prove it (hello botox LOL). I did had old school braces as a kid, once they came off I had the upper retainer (removable) and a lower glued to my teeth. As I was in band the lower started to bother me a bit and glue drops kept failing off (my own fault). I opted to have it removed. Now in my thirties, have had some slight shifting that I notice and my dentist recently called out that made start thinking about Invisalign. Met with Dr. Hurst this morning, walked away smiling and excited to get started and have learned my lesson. I will after completely Invisalign be an avid retainer wearer LOL So grateful Dr. Insoft/Dr. Hurst were able to get me in and able to give me more reason to smile! Love the office, staff....they never disappoint.
