When I don't floss like I should she gently guides me back to SOP : ) There are 3 wonderful female dentists who can easily pass the 'care' baton in order to meet our needs and schedules. Assistants are all very experienced and the office staff is helpful, competent and friendly. I love all of the care and cooperation with which they all work. Our dental family for sure!

Recently, I had an emergency situation and, because Dr. Krauser was not available, Dr. Mullersman took care of me. The care I received was every bit as exceptional. At the same visit, Julie — the best dental hygienist in the whole world — graciously changed her schedule so that she could clean my teeth before the procedure. From Office Manager Kim, to Dental Assistant Tracy, to the professionals already mentioned, you will find no better dental care anywhere.

June 2023 When I tripped on a sidewalk and face-planted, I needed to check my front teeth that—aside from my upper lip— took the brunt. Green Bench worked me in that day, and after x-rays and a good check up, assured me that all was well. Relief! Even though this wasn’t one of their usual Docs, I experienced the same careful, considerate care I’ve come to expect. Thank you, Green Bench! ________________ When our wonderful dentist of 20+ years retired, we searched everywhere for someone whose work was of comparably high quality. We learned that a young dentist who had worked with our DMD was still practicing in the area, so we found her and reconnected. Well now she has a practice of her own and a dentist partner, and we couldn’t be happier. One example: During a recent regular cleaning and exam, one of the doctors discovered a serious problem under one of my crowns. Thanks to her quick referrals and timely follow-ups, The tooth was saved, and I had no need for extraction and implant or bridge. As a lifelong educator, I know quality performance from “just OK,” and I’ll search it out and stay with it every time. Green Bench Dental offers excellent quality. My teeth deserve it, and I and my family will be patients here for the next 20+ years.

Tracey the dental assistant was thorough and compassionate while taking the 1800 Xrays that were completed of my teeth. I feel confident that my dental care is in good hands. Fantastic experience: I have had an annoying amount of teeth work done in my life. We're born with 32 teeth including wisdom teeth and I've had 17 removed. The rest were chipped and fill of cavities that needed crowns. The VA sent me to this office and I've never been more happy with service all around. The stay makes you feel so at ease and makes sure you know everything they're doing step by step. I had 5 hours of work done today putting crowns on my top teeth and I was so anxious going into it and they made me so comfortable that it was the best dental experience I've had from highschool to the military to private sector doctors under insurance. I'd recommend anyone in the entire Bay area to come over here to get their dental work done!!! Today I went back for more work as I have a big project of teeth work to do. I have always hated going to the dentist and I've been to so many in my life! Dr Krauser & Brilly and the entire team and atmosphere make me so comfortable I actually don't mind going. They do such a great job explaining what they're doing and they're so very careful to make sure they're not hurting you! I can't say enough good things about this office. I can count on one hand how many online reviews I've given about any company. I did the first part of this review after my first appointment and had to jump on to say more good things after today's. I'm not the type to say positive things about a company when it's not absolutely deserved and never thought I'd be giving a positive review of a dentist but the entire office at Green Bench makes me feel so stressed free in what is normally a very very stressful environment for me, that I had to get on here and gush some more. They are truly wonderful and it's obvious they genuinely care about their patients and are personally proud of what they do. After my top temp crowns were put on, Dr Krauser walked out to car to meet my mom and to see her reaction to my new beautiful teeth, which was so sweet and just another sign about how much they truly care. Fantastic experience: I had a procedure at a hospital and they inadvertently bumped my mouth with a machine and loosened a tooth. Soon as I got home I called their office and they told me to come right over to have it checked.. It looks like it will be okay and it sure was. Comforting to have them. Heck it out.. Update, I went back after a few days and they did a simple procedure to attach the loose tooth, to the one next to it. That was it…. Fixed.

Fantastic experience: Green Bench Dental review 4 - still five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very grateful for the gentle care I receive at Green Bench Dental. I had a regular cleaning and exam today. I knew that I had not been able to keep up appropriate tooth care for several months, and I informed my hygienist Julie of this up front. I knew that this meant not only that my tooth sensitivity would be higher, but there might be soft spots or even cavities discovered this time. So I was a little anxious going into today. As usual, I had nothing to fear. Julie has a very gentle touch and while a couple of spots were a little more sensitive, there was nothing that was actually painful. Whew! Yet another example of the expert touch I always receive here. Julie proceeded with her usual delicate expertise in scraping and cleaning my teeth thoroughly. I felt so relaxed that I kept starting to fall asleep! By the grace of God, there were no new cavities this time, in spite of my poor hygiene. But there were a couple of spots where the enamel was beginning to soften, and could become cavities in the next few months, if not regularly treated with the fluoride paste. I am so grateful for the understanding I receive when I have bad stretches, when it is just too difficult to keep up with all self-care including dental care. The approach of both doctors and hygienists to my lack of care for myself is so understanding and gentle. Instead of chastising me, they give me so much support for the difficulties I face. Both Dr. Dwyer and Julie continued to make suggestions of tricks and ways to help me get the fluoride on my teeth more often, before the awful sensation of draining out happens and I am too tired to hold a toothbrush. Because when I run out of energy several times a day, it's sudden, unpredictable and without warning, and I am down for the count for a while. And any task like self-care just gets put off yet again. I am *so* grateful that I am not berated for falling off in my self-care, but instead encouraged to at least apply the fluoride paste to my teeth with my finger when I'm too tired to actually brush. That way, my teeth can get some extra protection to make it through my lapses. Julie also asked if I wanted to have four bite wing x-rays taken, as it had been 14 months since the last time we did those. I am always asked if I want to have a particular procedure, I appreciate being included in the treatments provided. *Everyone* at Green Bench Dental is very kind and welcoming, including Kim, the Office Manager. She is very efficient at managing all of the appointments and all of the phone calls! And she is always warm, patient and friendly as well, along with her professional skills. I can truly say that I feel relaxed while I am there. I don't need to fear trips to the dentist now. I trust them. I am very grateful for their care.
