Fantastic experience: Great place for kids. I went to Dr levitt as a kid and was excited to bring my kids here. We've been coming here for years. Dr Dan is the main dentist and he is very nice. All the staff is really great with kids. My daughter always feels very comfortable with them and they have TV for the kids and she loves treasure box

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan is the best dentist that God created! My son Zachary is special needs and has been going here since he was little and will go to no one else! We drive an hour and 10 min to go here because of the kind and compassionate care we get here from the assistants and Dr. Dan! He is so wonderful to us and not to mention his awesome office with the submarine and games and fish and the tooth fairy!

Fantastic experience: My 11- and 9-year-old children have been seeing Dr. Dan for years now, and we could not be more grateful for him. A while back, my older son had a terrible bike accident and knocked out several teeth. Some teeth were still stuck in his gums with the roots exposed in the front of his mouth. It was terrifying. The emergency room could not help because they did not have a dentist on staff, and since it was the weekend, we struggled to find anyone willing to see him. Dr. Dan was the only doctor who stepped up to help us. He came into the office himself, handled all the paperwork, took X-rays, and repaired the scary mess in my son’s mouth with such care and compassion. We truly feel blessed to have found him. Not only is he an amazing dentist, but he is also a genuinely kind person. Our kids absolutely love coming to his office, and we trust him completely.

Fantastic experience: Staff is great! They are wonderful with kids. My 4 year old loves the waiting room! Dr. Dan makes it a point to let parents know what happened during the appointment as well. The kids go back on their own with the staff, which honestly allows my child to be a better listener and follow instructions better.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed to see this office state on its website: “We are not accepting new special needs patients at this time.” Dental offices are required under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide equal access and not exclude patients because of disabilities. This kind of blanket policy sends the message that disabled patients and patients with special needs are not welcome here. Families who have special needs or disabled loved ones deserve providers who are willing to offer reasonable accommodations or, at minimum, treat them with respect instead of publicly refusing them as a group. I hope this practice reviews its policies and updates its website to comply with disability rights laws and to be more inclusive of all patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. P has to be one of the most intellectual figures I have ever met. He clarifies information and see to it that your child has the most phenomenal experience yet. The staff are sufficient in their work and have a great way with the kids. I am thankful for their services and will see them again in 6 months for my princess. Thank you team for being professional and adequate with all information.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Dan and his office. Nancy, the office manager, explained everything with such patience and detail. The office staff have been so responsive and helpful. I have a higher needs 5 y/o that can be a handful. Dr. Dan and his team are patient and work really well with him, helping us avoid anesthesia for his work. The waiting room is SO FUN! We come early for my child to play and get acclimated. I am SO HAPPY that we found this office.

Fantastic experience: Our son recently had his first dentist’s appointment here. He was very apprehensive about the whole thing at the beginning and I was pretty much just anxiously hoping and praying he’d somehow manage to be cooperative. I don’t know what kind of magic they worked, but when they brought him back out he was all smiles with his freshly polished teeth, stickers and goody bag and he was talking up a storm. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Dan and his team. They certainly have a way with kids - and mine can’t wait to go back for his 6 month visit!

Negative experience: I would not bring a young child here. I brought my 3 year old daughter this morning for her 1st dental appointment. She was hesitant to go back without me and parents are not allowed back. The place is rigged to where parents cannot hear their child in the back if they are upset and staff don’t come get the parent to help calm the child. At the conclusion of the visit, the dentist himself never talked to me. The hygienist seemed flustered and just told me they couldn’t do X-rays because it would be too much for her without giving me any other information. I saw on my daughter’s face that she had been crying. All day I have had to hear about how the staff was mean to her and yelled at her to stop crying. Pretty sure this just ruined the dental experience for her. Never again.

He sat with me in his office to go over a proposal of dental work that was to be done. It would have been at least a few years before it would have been done.My son was in pain and Dr. Dan referred us to oral surgeon. Thankfully the surgeon was able to see our son and took care of the teeth. He is such an amazing dentist and is very caring. Our son is doing better. Because of him the work was done. Dr. Dan Prasatthong and have his staff are a blessing for our family.

She’s lost six of her baby teeth so far, with more to go, and Dr. Dan and his team always make sure she’s comfortable and well cared for. What really sets this practice apart is how much time Dr. Dan takes to meet with us and provide thorough updates after each visit. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. Our daughter especially loves the small toys and stickers she gets after each appointment, and she can’t get enough of playing on the submarine in the lobby or watching Paw Patrol while she waits. It’s little touches like these that make going to the dentist something she actually looks forward to!
