They tell me four more months out after they got my money now they wanna treat me any ype of way and my teeth still not straight

Fantastic experience: When I tell you this was the best decision I have made it’s so for real. Most importantly the product is awesome, my teeth look amazing and I have had so many chips and such bad crowding before coming here. On top of that the whole staff are fr some of the best people I have met. They are accommodating, professional and just great people through and through. Worth every penny and you will pay it off quicker than you think. I went to St Pete and you will accidentally walk out best friends with Mia and Dr Morris. I worked with them the most but not one person isn’t great in St Pete. It’s simply the top location so only go there… thx Side shoutout to my man AJ for being the only brotein shake in the building.

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest—my first experience with Imagine Orthodontics wasn’t the best. However, their office manager, Sarah, personally reached out to me with a sincere apology and offered a very generous solution to address the issue I had. Because of that, I decided to give them another chance since I still needed the work done—and I’m really glad I did. My return visit was a much more pleasant experience. The entire staff was attentive and kind, and Dr. Morris in particular made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. No place is perfect and mistakes happen, but I truly appreciate a business that takes accountability and makes things right. That effort definitely made a difference for me.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this orthodontic office. The staff showed a complete lack of patience and understanding while treating a child with autism. Throughout the appointment, the tech was visibly impatient, offered little reassurance, and failed to communicate in a compassionate or supportive way. What made the experience even more upsetting was the behavior of the technicians. At one point, they were huddled together in a group instead of providing attentive care, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. I even expressed directly to a tech that if they do not accept or properly accommodate special needs patients, that should have been communicated to me after check-in. I would have completely understood and made other arrangements, rather than being subjected to such poor and insensitive treatment. Working with children—especially those with special needs—requires empathy, patience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, none of those qualities were demonstrated. Every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and understood during their visit, and that standard was not met here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Morris and her staff are amazing. My son's initial appointment was a year ago Dr. Morris did not recommend any treatment needs at that time. She recommended to see him again in 9 months to reevaluate his treatment needs. As someone who has been in the dental field for 16yrs and have seen doctors recommend treatment that is not needed. To say I appreciate her conservative approach to treatment is an understatement. Mia has been assisting Dr. Morris with my son since his first visit. She is beyond amazing, the pride she has for the work she does shows in the care she gives her patients. My son just loves her. My son has begun his orthodontic treatment, professionally speaking. I could not be more confident in my decision to have Dr. Morris and her staff provide my son with his orthodontic care.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff at the Pinellas Park location! They are so professional, warm, friendly, and hilarious! You will love getting to know them. I have been going to this location for almost a year and look forward to every visit as they focus on giving me a beautiful smile.

Negative experience: Such a gimmick. They asked my son (not me) what kind of braces he wanted before even doing the x-ray to see if he needed them. They then proceeded to tell me he needed them, of course, and in their quote they included teeth whitening with the more expensive gold colored braces he pointed to. Teeth whitening for a little kid and never even mentioned it to me. They told me it was $1000 off if I paid for it that day. They wanted to put the braces on that day. When I said I needed to think about it. They said if it were my kid, I would do it then they reminded me that I would miss out on the thousand dollar deal. Once I said, I need a time to think the second time they just walked off and wanted nothing more to do with me. 0% chance I would ever consider them. Definitely get a second opinion. High pressure sales for braces is awkward and gross.

Negative experience: I had an extremely bad experience at imagen orthodontics. They were completely unorganized and always had a problem whenever I asked a question about my treatment. They wasted my time and money, and their customer service was so terrible that I didn't even finish my treatment. I ended up breaking my contract because of how bad they were. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: We went for a consultation from our dentist to see if my son needed baby teeth removed NOT for braces. After being there an hour and a half the staff informed me their X-Ray machine was down so we would need to reschedule what we actually came in for However they already started talking without my permission to my 10 year old son about braces and picking them out.

And she loves them❤️ She got to pick from a wide variety of colored brackets she chose rose gold, with bubblegum pink bands they also provided a complimentary pain relieving device that resembles a wand, and I believe is electric stimulating pain relief. They are all very nice and efficient and the facility is clean an elegant ✨️ also provides payment plans so you can get your child's mouth corrected before more damage is done without worrying of needing giant lump sum in order to do so.

Fantastic experience: I must say I was pretty sour about driving an hour and 45 minutes to take my daughter to an orthodontist, however I am so glad that I follow my first mind and went with Imagine. This office is family friendly everyone there has a great spirit about them They treat you like a true family from the moment you walk through the door with the receptionist to the time you get back to the back with the doctor and the dental assistant’s! We could not have asked for a better orthodontist my daughter looks forward to going here even though she kinda hates having braces now lol but she adores going into the office. It’s a cozy, clean, not to mention it’s my favorite color (Purple) and just a Wonderful place to be on a day at the Dentist/Orthodontist‼️

Negative experience: RUN! Don’t waste your money or time with this company as there is only 3 locations on the west side of Florida. I had to relocate due to military orders and they are charging me $1200+ to transfer dental offices. The customer service is a joke and they will up sell you on everything as they don’t care about your needs just how much money they can get out of you.
