Fantastic experience: Mentioned by my primary doctor. I decided to give the Carillon Dental clinic a try on my dental problem. I had fallen and hit my cheek on the edge of a table. This created a micro crack in my tooth that became worse as years passed. The crack widened and I developed an infected abscess in my gums. I decided at the time to give Watts Dental a call in April 1 of 2026. They took Xrays after Xrays. I explained my main priority was repairing my tooth and gum infection. They outlined a plan to make my mouth like new again. I had decided to let them do a deep cleaning of my teeth which had to be done in two sessions in order for the insurance to cover it. In the interim they were going to call in a antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy to treat the abscess which they didn't do until I called and complained a over a week later. I went back April 13 for the second cleaning. On that day they scheduled me for sometime in August to address my original problem. They obviously didn't need my business. After speaking with my primary doctor, I decided to walk down to Carillon Dental and I am glad I did, they sceduled me two days later. From the moment i walked in the whole staff treated me with care and respect. Dr. Nathan Miller was very attentive and took the time to explain everything. They had to take 1 Xray because the original Xrays were not provided. They fixed my problem the same day by removing my cracked tooth and treated my abscess by cleaning it and removing the excess tissue. I didn't feel a thing. I have nothing but praise for what they did for me. Thank You all. RG

Negative experience: I went for a regular cleaning, the hygienist knowing that I have plexiglass between my front 2 teeth to close my gap scraped in between aggressive and went back multiple times. Needless to say the filling got chipped! I understand these things happen and the dentist agreed to fix it but only at FULL PRICE. Not to mentioned I still paid FULL PRICE for the cleaning. I try to be reasonable and even told the front desk I’m happy to pay for the product cost but I feel like I shouldn’t be paying for the dentist time as this was their fault. I received an email to tell me they will give no discount for the procedure! Disappointed is an understatement! This could have easily been made right.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for 18 years — and even when I moved to another state for four years, I still made sure to come back for my appointments. That says everything. He is a true perfectionist and really cares about how everything looks and feels. I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done over the years, and I have honestly never felt pain during any procedure. That level of skill and care is rare. The entire team is amazing. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. And the dental hygienist is fantastic — gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my smile.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed I had a cracked tooth that needed pulled and was worried that he wouldn't be able to get it out. but he did, no pain and while you're sitting there in the chair they have a TV in front of you on HGTV never been to a dentist before that did that ...so the atmosphere was great the people were awesome and I'm going to keep going back

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Carillon dental and it was unlike any dentist office I’ve ever been to before. The visit was unique from the smell of actual fresh baked cookies upon entry, the pristine cleanliness of the office, friendliness of the staff, information given, explanations Trinity and Dr. Farrish gave of what they were doing was appreciated, and showing, with explanation, the 3D scans of my teeth. It had been over 10 years since my last appointment and boy, have things advanced. It was painless, thankfully no cavities, and Dr. Farrish did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.

Negative experience: I came to this dental office after it being recommended by an old co-worker. My experience clearly wasn’t the same. I’d like to start at the front desk. The woman Crystal, who works up front gave me a different bill every time I returned to have more work completed in my treatment plan. What started at 3.5-4K ended up being over 7k… why I always got a different # was very confusing. Due to my total increasing every time I returned, I was not able to get a second opinion or even shop for a more reasonable price because I already had started with treatment using dr miller. I obviously didn’t want to switch to a new dentist mid treatment plan. Fast forward to now, one of my molars that was crowned by dr miller has gotten infected causing me to need an extraction. Confused how this could happen when there was no New cavities in this tooth I asked Dr. miller The initial response I got from Dr. Miller was that clearly the decay was not 100% removed, which allowed an infection to brew under the crown over the course of a couple years until it killed the root of my tooth causing me excruciating pain. Upon told this, I was pretty confused as to why Dr. Miller would not remedy this issue on his own but rather refer me to another dentist where I would be billed another couple thousand dollars to fix the problem caused by Dr. Miller. As a service provider myself, I am on the hook for work that I do that is not satisfactory. When I tried to discuss this further with Dr. Miller, he told me that it was 1000% not his fault and that he did not appreciate my concern or calling into question the work he performed. He even billed me for the check up visit that was needed for him to determine that my molar Got infected, which I felt was quite a slap in the face being that the reason for my visit was his malfeasance. I understand that mistakes are made, and that not every dental procedure goes as planned however, Dr. Miller took absolutely no accountability for what he did. He made me feel like a neophyte for even trying to ask why or how this could’ve happened under his care. I expected much better. I will never return to this dental office again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with this practice for nearly a decade and I highly recommend it. Scheduling is simple, with lots of helpful text reminders about appointments. Plus, appointment times are actually kept with no wait. Technology is always being upgraded, and the office looks clean and modern. They serve warm cookies so it smells good and not clinical. The staff is also incredibly kind and personable. I’ve stayed with the same hygienist for cleanings every 6 months, and I feel like we’re good friends at this point. She always asks me about my dog.
