What I feared to be a scary painful & expensive episode was anything but. These 2 ladies are the best! Dr. Hitzel, you can be very proud of them, thank you for everyone!

Fantastic experience: My Dunedin Dentist told me I needed braces and in top of that 3000 more in expenses so I headed back to this dental office from years ago and they found nothing wrong with these 68 yo teeth. Another dunedin causeway dentist actually pulled on my crowns. So far Dunedin gets an F in Denists.

Negative experience: I’ve been seen by Dr. Zakeri several times and last two times she worked on my two front teeth. She left me with a visible hole in between my two front teeth first time when she did my fillings and when I came back the second time she just covered the hole with a whole lot more of the filling material that was left visibly seen on the front surface of my teeth. When I scheduled my third appointment I was told that she no longer wants to see me because she feels there is no good relationship between us. The guy who sits at the front desk is extremely rude and I feel he took great pride in relating Dr. Zakeri’s message to me. And Dr. Hitzel, if you are not aware, the customer service at your Clearwater office sucks. Mind you I’ve pad several hundreds of dollars for just this issue and I am left with permanent damage that is very visible. I just wish that Dr. Hitzel would have stepped in to address this problem professionally but even he rushed to the other patient and his staff didn’t allow me to talk to him while being treated like this at the front desk. Dr. Hitzel owns this practice and Dr. Zakeri works for him. I will report Dr. Zakeri and this dental office so no other patients will undergo this awful treatment, spend a lot of money and be left with permanent damage.

Negative experience: I went to the Dental practice because they had some good reviews and was on my Medicare Advantage plan. Boy , was that a mistake. They told me I needed 2 types of deep cleaning, I was skeptical . I hadn't needed a deep cleaning in years because I very fastidious about my dental hygiene. They did clean half of my mouth after who i assumed was the dentist numb me up. she didn't even introduce herself which was odd in being a new patient. She just numb me and left , with no consultation on the need for the cleanings. So, instead of going back for the 2nd treatment I made an appt. with my old dentist of 10 years , he said I didn't need a deep cleaning just the normal cleaning and my teeth and gums were in great shape! stay away! just a another dental factory. i would give then no stars if i could

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, friendly, patient staff I always feel comfortable when I go and never judgmental. Sometimes it’s difficult for people to go to the dentist and get work done maybe because they waited too long, they’re embarrassed or just fear, but Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease!

Fantastic experience: The moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed. The front staff is very friendly and want to help. I was told to wait in the waiting room and someone would bring me back. I waited about 5 minutes before called back. I got to know the assistant before the dentist came in which was important to me. My dentist was kind and asked many questions. I felt like someone was taking care of my dental needs. We made a plan and I was taken back to the office to talk about payment. If you want a dental office that takes care of your needs, this is your place.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Champaign Dental for 3 years and have never had any complaints. The wait is minimum and the dental hygienests are thorough at their job as well as gentle. I will continue to go to Champaign as long as the dental staff including their dentists continue to provide professional and caring treatment.

Fantastic experience: This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. I was looking to get established with a new dentist because it’s been a while since I’ve had a cleaning so when I came for my first cleaning I was nervous, but Dora was absolutely amazing and within seconds of meeting her I felt so comfortable and she explained everything to me that she would be doing. Vinny at the front desk was great too, he explained how the process works and was very nice and friendly. This will definitely be my forever dentist office.

Fantastic experience: In July I started on a journey to basically rebuild my mouth. It has been a long process but I truly cannot say enough about Dr Zachary and Brandy. I was so blessed to have them both. They truly are the dream team. I haven't felt pain (at all) because they're so sensitive and compassionate. Not to mention everyone in the office is so kind. I feel so warm and comfortable when I go to any appointment I have. I promise you, if you get to have these two ladies you are lucky!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Hitzel placed the crown on my implant today. Perfection. It looks better than I imagined. Again, no discomfort, and the crown’s esthetic appearance could not be more beautiful. I’m so thankful for his talent and skill.

Fantastic experience: I had a failed root canal from years ago. Dr. Hitzel x-rayed and gave me his opinion on the tooth. It had to be extracted. He sent me to an endodontist in Clearwater for a second opinion, and he did 3-D x-rays. He came up with the same scenario the tooth had to be extracted. I took the paperwork back to Dr. Hitzel‘s office and he got me in immediately. He extracted the tooth, did a bone graph and in four months I will be back for an implant. I love Dr. Hitzel, and I think he is the best. I highly recommend him to everyone. I had three appointments in one day, and I’m so glad I got it all done. I love the Clearwater office. The girls at the desk are so accommodating. José, Dr. Hitzel‘s assistant is by far one of the nicest I’ve ever met. Today, August 29,2024 I had an implant by Dr.Hitzel. There was absolutely no pain whatsoever and I was so pleased with his appointment. he made sure I was comfortable at all times. I pray he never retires because he is by far the best.

I was very comfortable. Catherine answered all of my questions. She gave me instructions to help preserve gum health involving a tooth that had a root canal over one year ago. I am completely pleased with my procedures today and in the past . My teeth look great and feel great. I give my highest recommendation for this practice.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this office are on point. When you walk in to you leave. They have your info and process it and move right along. From cleaning , x-rays to even replacement teeth. I'm sure there are days when things hit a bump but for 3 years they have been super great.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hitzel/Champagne Dental has been my family dentist for over 20 years and I would give them TEN stars if I could! Dr Hitzel himself is extremely skillful and knowledgeable and he and his staff are very kind and professional. His assistant Jose is also terrific. I had two molars extracted today and I am experiencing no pain with just regular Tylenol. Years ago he diagnosed a mouth issue that no other practitioner was able to. I am so grateful to have him and his support staff as my dental team.

Negative experience: Bad customer service up in the front My hygienist is perfect and I like her but unfortunately I have to find another dental office cuz I was threatened today by the guy who presented him as a manager and who has no manners to be one …. Very reluctant to help me with my cash change, I can not trust this office and I do not want to be threatened and intimidate by him and his co- worker

Fantastic experience: Today my semi-annual cleaning was done by hygienist, Catherine. She was excellent! Very gentle and efficient plus she gave me good information on caring for teeth and gums. For the past several years I have consistently had a good experience here from the front desk team to the hygienists. Also the dental care which I really have not needed much of that. There is a friendly warm Vibe here and I always get the impression that it is a great place to work. The employees all seem happy.
