Fantastic experience: The best dentist ever, affordable, they keep you in schedule, before I come here I search many others dentist who said they are affordable but that's not true, I'm very thankful for Dr Vilamonh and Williams they are very helpful with patients, and take care of old people like myself, I recommend to everybody any age, you will be happy here thank you!

She has such a bubbly and caring personality that makes going to the dentist actually enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I always leave smiling after my appointments. Fantastic experience: Incredibly wonderful, knowledgeable and graceful professionals. BEST Dentist office I’ve ever been too…From the Front Desk (Kayla) to Hygenist (Natalie), and the Incredible (Dr Vilamonh)

Negative experience: I paid in full for 2 crowns while being covered by insurance. The first one in September 2025, and the 2nd in March 2026. I had Lincoln dental ins in 2025 for the first crown. The claim was not paid due to incorrect codes which I called the office to alert them. They then submitted the claim to my new insurance company for 2026 and not Lincoln. I had to call the office to inform them. As of today, this is still not resolved. For the March 2026 crown, they submitted X-rays with a crown on already on and incorrect codes. I alerted the office. They made some corrections, and my insurance paid the bill. I have not received the refund for the over payment that Dental Arts had me pay before I had the work done for the crowns. Check your EOB before paying this office money. Other reviews have similar issues. This office is doing something shady with insurance payments or it is complete incompetence. My advice is follow all claims submitted, closely.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at this dental office. Dr. Vilamonh was professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Williams was kind and attentive, Nathalie did a great job with my cleaning, and Danielle made everything smooth and stress-free. Nykole runs a wonderful office, Kayla was welcoming, and Karina was so helpful on the phone. Everyone was friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I will not be returning after my first experience with Dental Arts Clearwater. I went there for my annual cleaning and I ended up being there for 2 and a half hours constantly left alone and ended up walking out without getting my annual cleaning down.

Fantastic experience: Dental Arts always do fantastic work Nathalie is my hygienist she was incredibly gentle and make sure I am comfortable she always do a great job. The office was very clean and modern the staff are really nice and friendly Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with this dental clinic. I was quoted $100 for a cleaning, but without my consent, they performed X-rays and an exam, raising the cleaning cost to over $400. When I declined additional treatment, they still charged me $71 for the X-ray, which was not agreed upon upfront. I spent over an hour and left without getting the cleaning. I do not recommend due to hidden services and unagreed charges.

Negative experience: Setup an appointment for my wife and me, gave them all our insurance information, they wanted to “verify coverage amounts and co-pays.” Upon arrival they said they didn’t have the insurance information made us wait almost 45 minutes while they verified insurance. When they finally took us back for a x-rays and cleaning my wife and I only left with x-rays and a bill (had to be paid that day even though work wasn’t completed) and to have to schedule the cleaning and fillings to be done a week later. After work was completed they said they want me to come back 3x per year (knowing my insurance only covers 2x). Six weeks after visit they sent me a bill saying they under estimated the work that was done (didn’t say anything the day the work was done, didn’t call to discuss just sent a bill. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I cancelled further appointments and deactivated my patient account and will never be back. The bill they sent me cost them all my and my wife’s future visits and will cause me to spread the word.

Fantastic experience: This was a great dental team to work with. I had a small emergency in the Clearwater area they did an outstanding job accommodating my needs! Everybody was professional all around.

She also does a great job with her procedures and takes her time to make sure you’re comfortable the whole time. Fantastic experience: After my initial review describing major issues with communication and delays in my Invisalign treatment, the office reached out personally and took full accountability for what happened. It turns out my scan for retainers was never submitted due to an employee oversight, and they immediately corrected it once they realized. The employee in question is also no longer with the practice. Since then, the new staff and dentist have gone above and beyond to make things right. They scheduled me right away for refinements to fix the shifting that occurred, offered to honor a complimentary Zoom whitening treatment from previous staff members, and even gave me a $50 gift card as an apology for the inconvenience. The communication has been excellent, and everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely apologetic. Special thanks to Jen, Angela, Veronica, and (I believe) William for prioritizing this situation and restoring my confidence in both my Invisalign treatment and Dental Arts! I really appreciate that the office acknowledged the mistake instead of brushing it off. It’s clear they’ve made staffing changes and are working hard to improve the patient experience. Mistakes happen but what matters most is how they’re handled, and they truly stepped up to make it right. I am now receiving consistent and thoughtful communication from the team, and am very grateful for both the extra support and effort they have put in these last couple of weeks. Looking forward to continuing my care with the new team :) Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I love love love these guys. Dr. V and Jennifer are AMAZING ! I have dental trauma and sensory issues so dentists have always been a nightmare for me. Even Valium doesn’t calm me down enough to get through appointments. But the team here is amazing, kind, and truly care about getting the best health and care for you. They are also thorough and VERY reasonable with costs. I keep recommending them to everyone I know !

Negative experience: Worst office ever! They took my money upfront and lied about insurance benefits. Unprofessional front office staff and very rude. They only spoke Spanish the entire time I was there and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable where I just wanted to find a new caring office. This place is clearly not out for the health and we'll being if people.

Negative experience: Came here last year and gave a five star review. They offered a cleaning and performed same, then presented suggestions for future care. This time it looks they have a new marketing plan and not a commitment to fulfill. Was brought in after receiving a call They sat me down, (I was late to be fair) did X-rays, then periodontal measurements, a young dentist came in. Warmed me about numerous conditions I was already aware of Then presented a dental plan of "deep cleaning" and other services similar to what was recommended last year I was like "ok" thanks I will consider. I mean it's like over $20,000 worth of care. I just don't have the money right now. So then I asked about my cleaning and I was told sorry we can't clean your teeth. All we can do is polish them. I've had this done at other dental offices as well. It's totally a marketing plan that these guys are using. These marketing plans in medical offices are getting ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dental Arts of Clearwater FL for two years now. Dr. Clayton, along with assistants, my most recent checkup and cleaning. The checkup showed that one of my fillings had started to crack a tooth. Dr. Clayton carefully explained what needed to be done and the reasons it was important. Based on this Dr. Clayton and her assistant Brandon, the next day, prepared the tooth for a crown and applied a temporary crown. When the temporary crown accidently was dislodged, Brandon repaired and reapplied the temporary. Within a week the permanent crown was ready and installed. During all this Dr. Clayton, Brandon, Libby, Cardier and Anthony always acted very professionally (and gently), answering any questions I had and making sure that I was comfortable. I highly recommend their services. David

Negative experience: Very bad doctors, charge more than other doctors, doctors not doing good job you have to see another doctor to fix the problem they cause and they don't want to redone their bad work if so they want to charge you again. My bridge after 2 years has to be replaced.... I paid cash for the bridge $5,000 and somewhere else I could get implant for that amount.... They still asked for $370 more ,which I didn't owe and after 2 years lady from billing department finally found out that they didn't deduct discount they supposed to give me because I paid cash and one payment. I would never suggest anyone to go to that office. My case now is going to the court. Stay away of Dental arts Clearwater.

Negative experience: Not Happy, went for cleaning, but they only polished, tryed to rescheduled me, then wanted payment before I was even out of chair, guy collecting payment was the rudest person, Why couldn't he wait til I was finished, was very upset!!!!!! Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid This Place at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. I started my Invisalign treatment at Dental Arts of Clearwater & Seminole in 2021, and it has been a nightmare of incompetence, poor customer service, and complete disregard for patient care. •    I was misled about my treatment timeline and given incorrect information for months—I thought I was almost done, only to learn my teeth were nowhere near finished. •    My trays were never ordered, and I went without treatment for months, causing my teeth to shift. •    The staff is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—receptionists hang up on you, managers make empty promises, and hygienists don’t even bother reading charts before treating patients. •    The dentists themselves don’t seem to agree on basic orthodontic care. One suggested I might have needed braces all along—so was I ever even a candidate for Invisalign? •    To top it off, I experienced racially insensitive and invasive questions from the staff, making me question if medical bias played a role in my treatment. I’ve requested my records and a refund multiple times—only to be ignored for over a year. No calls back, no resolution, just excuses. This place is a disaster, and I wouldn’t trust them with a toothbrush, let alone your dental health. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I would have ZERO starts if I could. This office is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. When I first started going here they told me they were in network with my insurance. After a few appointments and racking up a bill, they call me and tell me they are out of network but will be within network at XX Date. You know, fine. they just had a turnover of front desk staff so maybe it was a mistake. Then they kept rescheduling my cleaning appointments for SEVERAL months giving me reasons like the doctor is sick or the hygienist was sick. Then the CLW office was no longer open so sent me to Largo. One appt at Largo, the doctor wasn't going to be there and rescheduled me for Palm Harbor office which I told them NO due to traffic and my work schedule. So they reschedule my appt at Largo --- which gets rescheduled once then they wanted to reschedule AGAIN due to the hygienist not being in on that day. You know - I'm done. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. DON'T GO HERE if you value your time, money, and oral health.

Negative experience: 01/06/25 Attention , watch out !! 6 months ago I started going to Dental Arts for my teeth ! As you can see it was a great place!! They said my insurance was covering the rest of my bill, after I paid some of it in the beginning! In the past 4 months I was getting hit with a huge balance, they said that my insurance was not covering it! Dental Arts should have check a little better into the insurance before telling me that I was covered I thought I was with a pretty good caring company ! I paid the bill today and just telling anyone interested in Dental Arts or Dental One be careful ! 07/24 Wow!! I was looking for a good honest dentist and I found one today!! From when I walk into the office , I knew I was in good hands ! Everyone was nice and welcome me. They treated me like I was family ! You can’t find that anymore !! I am glad I picked Dental Arts !! Fantastic experience: I found my forever dental office! Don't let the outside of the building scare you. Beautiful office with all the newest equipment. Clean and beautiful. Maria is the office manager and is so great at her job. Explaining the financial/insurance side and filing my claims for both insurance plans that I have. George did my deep cleaning today and explained everything. He was amazing. Dr. Clayton was also great explaining the plan to get my dental health back on track. I was really scared but everyone made me feel comfortable and I feel very confident with my choice to go to this office. Don't put it off! Not worth it.

Negative experience: Here we go again first time with me. Finally got that corrected after several texts and phone call 4 years later. Now my husband is getting billed 4 years later from this place who doesn’t know how to submit to Delta Dental one of the biggest Dental Insurance companies. First they submit to Blue Cross Blue Shield and then after you tell them it’s your Delta Dental they wait a while then text you again stating you still owe $325. So, I call again and say did you submit it to my Delta Dental like you said you were going to. Now after 40 years I know how much my dental plan pays for this procedure 90%. So I’m not trying to get out of paying my fair share. We don’t cheat anyone! So now I ask did you submit it and I’m told yes and your Delta Dental said no they do not cover this. She then asks me to be on hold for a few minutes “okay sure” she comes back and says the same thing. Tells me maybe I don’t understand how my insurance works ”gotta laugh it’s so stupid now” I tell her I know how it works. So then she says I’ll have to have Liz call you and explain how you owe it. I said “no she is going to tell me how she is going to submit it to Delta Dental” UGH!! How does a good business let 4 years go by not collecting from my insurance or contacting me? At least they are not trying to charge him for something like I was that was no charge at the time of visit. I suggest if you choose to go here you plan to pay cash or credit. If you have dental insurance go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Paid thousands of dollars to an agreed amount (signed on paperwork) NOT including insurance. Then found out I had insurance was told they would bill it and either refund me the money if the insurance benefits go to them or the insurance money would come directly to me. Since the money went to them they “reversed” the discounts we had originally agreed on and now I’m not eligible for the refund. Even though we had an agreed price with discounts and if I pre-paid with Insurance not even being a factor. Money hungry scam artists, do better.

Negative experience: This office is so unorganized. Marina the “manager” of that location called me maybe 8 times in a row like a toxic ex boyfriend because I requested a refund since I no longer needed their services I prepaid for. I had my assistant speak with her because I was at work and she couldn’t even get a word in either. Zanella Thomas is the caller ID. I’m not sure if they were calling me off their cell phones too? Very bizarre. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone as in the last three years of being a clients, I receive contradicting information from everybody in the office. One person gives me one price and another person gives me another. Who wants to be played with about their money? No one. I am so happy to explore new dentist offices after this experience, I’ll be skipping lol frolicking.

Fantastic experience: Super organized and on time place. I’ve never had a wait when I arrived to their office. The most important thing for me is; they’ve treated me in the same day I went for check up since the tooth was at a critical point and needs to be healed asap. Dr. Clayton was very comforting and professional at her job. Would definitely say the same thing for Ariel as well. Thanks to Cardier and Marina for their smiling faces, positive attitude and quick action for the same day appointment. Definitely will be back again!

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly, conscientious staff. Was scheduled to have a crown installed but the dr wasn’t happy with the fit so took new castings and sent for a new one rather than jury rig the initial one as ‘close enough’.

Negative experience: 1 star experience at best when I had multiple treatments in 2023 with them done including the composite refilling of my front top 2 teeth that I spend hundreds and hundreds on-1 year later the entire bottom and middle portion of the white filling for me to not have a large gap in my 2 front top middle teeth are gone…had this exact same type of composite filling done in the USAF in 1997 and the entire middle/bottom filling stayed on beautifully with no breaks flaws or issues whatsoever through 2023 for 26 years!!! What a sham…the doctor didn’t seem comfortable or confident doing it which should have been a red flag uugh….now I have to find a new dentist and pay again hundreds of dollars out but this time I will do my research and make sure the dentists are competent!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to FL from NY and was in search of a new dentist. I came across dental arts of Clearwater and I was instantly pulled in by the reviews. I am a dental assistant so a few things are very important to me when choosing an office cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism. All three of those marks were made. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. Soon after I sat the hygienist Brooke took me back and we discussed my previous oral history she asked me lots of questions and answered all of mine. Dr Clayton came shortly after into my cleaning and did my exam. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The office smelt amazing and the bathroom was spotless. I’m happy I chose this office and I don’t plan to go anywhere else. I highly recommend becoming a patient here and doing it soon because they have a $99 new patient special going on where you get a comprehensive exam and cleaning done. Don’t miss out !!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Seems like nobody has a clue what's going on in that office. We got mixed messages and mixed recommendations about what needs to be done with my son's wisdom teeth. They are friendly but seem totally clueless. On top of that their billing is confusing and not accurate. I spent good amount of time to go thru the bills and try to fix it - they overcharged me. We are definitely done with these guys... looking for another dentist now.

The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you Cartier! The dental hygienist was thorough and gentle, explaining each step of the cleaning process as well as the process for a new crown while still ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The dentist was highly skilled and took the time to answer all my questions, providing detailed explanations about my dental health and the treatments needed. Chris, the Dental Assistant was extremely helpful and kept me comfortable with small talk while preparing my tooth for the new crown. Thank you Chris! What truly stood out was the team's genuine care and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Dental Arts to anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a warm and friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: I had a most pleasant and impressive experience at Dental Arts in Clearwater. It began with a warm welcome from receptionist Cardier. Afterward, technician Brandon checked my Invisalign trays and how my teeth were progressing. Then, dental hygienist Brooke cleaned my teeth and took x-rays. Dr. Clayton checked my teeth as well, and then she and Brandon glued back one of my crowns. Each team member performed their work efficiently, effectively, and even happily. As a retired HR manager, I was particularly impressed by the teamwork that was evident. It obviously flowed from Dr. Clayton's leadership, however it was also evident that each staff member truly enjoys their work. Again, I truly enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere created by all of the staff - even those not actually involved with my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Dental Arts Clearwater for a few years now. They always very friendly and thorough. Today I had Brooke for my appointment. She was really nice. She listened and answered all of my questions and provided tips for me. I really appreciate that she made sure I was on the same page while answering my questions and explaining what she was doing throughout the appointment.

Was very friendly and got all I need and then some. Was very straight forward and helpful. Greatly appreciated the customer service and made me feel appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff. I have a small mouth and TMJ and they don't make me feel like a whiny baby if I have to stop and take a minute. I normally see Brooke. Feel super comfortable with her but Jennifer was great too! Willing to work with payments so that's a huge plus too!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Only my second visit, but everybody here is great. Dr. Clayton is amazing! So are Jen, Cardi and Veronica! Super clean environment and everybody is extremely knowledgeable!

Negative experience: They refused to see me as a patient, unless they could find out who my previous doctor was electronically, put my x-rays into a system, and then verify that the x-rays were real by speaking with my previous doctor. Two stars because the front desk was initially pretty cordial. I found the requirement to verify my x-rays with my previous doctor - from the day before - to be a violation of my privacy rights. I clearly left the previous doctor for a reason, and I do not need them to gossip and make things up about me before my next dental visit.

Fantastic experience: Love this dental office! From the minute you walk in the door. You are greeted by Achnel or Cartier! Then you get to the back and get to meet a great assistant Brandon, to a great Dr, Clayton! The office manager Veronica, and the hygienist Jen, Brooke, and Beatrice make you feel at home, and important. You can tell that they truly care about your dental and overall health!
