Negative experience: Every time I come for basic cleaning they try to sell me something. After last visit my wife had to come back few days after with a tooth pain. First time ever canceling my appointment, day before, and I'm charged $45. Looks like, since they hired young dentists, this is more about their profit than my dental health.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at E Dental for many years and every visit has been a good one! I’m always treated with courtesy and respect, and I feel comfortable with all of the staff members. They all do excellent dental work, especially Dr. E (Paul Eckstein). He’s repaired many issues for me and has made great improvements to my bite and my smile. He answers all of my questions and helps guide me to good dental health. His assistant, Melissa, is the best! She takes such good care of me when I get a major dental procedure and explains every step along the way. All of the hygienists are great as well, especially John. He cleans my teeth until they are visibly brighter. He even teaches me something new about dental care every time I see him. I’m always happy to interact with the front office staff too! Britney always welcomes me with a smile and helps explain my dental benefits when I’m having a complicated procedure. I trust the entire team at E Dental, and I always know I’m going to get the best care when I come to see them!

Kathryn did an excellent cleaning, Dr Eckstein was professional, and I will definitely use this dentist for all future care. Another visit today, as an emergency, I was having tooth pain, and the office fit me in, whichI was very pleased about. I saw Dr Paul's son, who is now a dentist, and he was very thorough, and very professional. I was very happy with reccomendations, and will definitely see Dr Paul, or his son. Fantastic experience: I found the office to be very professional yet friendly. Dr. E was careful and regularly asked "does that feel alright?" The work was completed quickly so I had minimal time in the chair. I think that it's fair to say that this among the highest quality dental that I have received since moving to Florida 12 years ago. I highly recommend E-Dental for all of your Dental needs. I have been using e-dental for months now. The waiting area is clean and comfortable the staff is friendly but I want to add to my review because I happend to break a crown. The root of the tooth was very short and gum and bone had to be removed in order get proper bonding of the new crown. The doctor has a new machine that, with a laser, removes precisely in correct proportion the amount of tissue and bone required for the new crown and all of this with no more pain than a slight burn from too hot food. That pain was only evident when I accidently hit that spot with the water pic. If you have unusual dental issues or are afraid of dental work, I highly recomend Dr Eckstein . He genuinely cares.

I hadn't been to a dentist since covid first hit and I didn't have any problems so I foolishly put off going. Of course now I had a bad toothache . I called them and they got me in the next morning. They are all so warm and welcoming, really put you at ease. Bad with names but the receptionists were so kind and welcoming. The hygienist was great, explained everything and was very gentle. Negative experience: My overall experience with this office was extremely negative. That said, when I moved forward with care everything went horribly wrong. I was blamed for the broken temporary and permanent bridge that was made for me by Dr. Paul Eckstein, (not even a year old). When I informed the office about the quality of product and why it was not guaranteed, they proceeded to blame the patient (me) and informed me that I may be charged more money. Negative experience: I made an appointment, got an email confirmation. Showed up to my appointment 15 min early. They told me I wasn’t booked and that they couldn’t help me. Had to take a day off work for this. Ridiculous.

Mel goes over and above when cleaning my teeth, she explains what I need to be doing. Dr. E explains things so well, I actually understand his plan and he does a pain free job.
