Fantastic experience: Dr April Lee and staff are incredible. Very friend and welcoming. Dr Lee does incredible cosmetic dentistry, her before and after pictures are AMAZING! She also does Botox and laser (Morpheus) and I had the pleasure of starting my Morpheus procedure a couple of weeks ago and the first round was amazing! I’m in my 50’s but don’t feel it age wise but definitely facial wise. After my initial consult decided to start the process and after the first round (typically there are 3 rounds) I’m already seeing the results! I can not wait to see the difference after my second and third round. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable in dentistry and skin care and I would HIGHLY recommend. The office even does the Zoom whitening! So if you are looking for a great cosmetic dentist that also has the benefit of a med spa…Dr Lee is definitely who you are looking for!

Negative experience: The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly, but my experience with their insurance handling has been very disappointing. They seem unfamiliar with how to properly process insurance claims and provided services that were not covered, leaving me with a large unexpected bill. Additionally, their payment process feels unorganized and unprofessional. I was initially told that my insurance would cover the service, which turned out to be incorrect, and they are still asking me to help sort out the issue. Absolute scam DO NOT GO HERE!

Fantastic experience: I always have an excellent experience at Flash Dentspa. Dr. Lee and the staff are extremely kind, accommodating, and transparent. I have had a lot of dental work done here recently, and each time felt welcoming, thorough, and solutions-oriented. I have had a few scheduling conflicts on my end, and the team is always quick to resolve and offer solutions. I am excited to whiten my teeth and give them a little makeover for my upcoming wedding! The office is gorgeous, extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. Easy parking, flexible hours, and a nice location makes going to the dentist easy.

Great relaxing welcome from Kristin, then a zero pain cleaning from Cat. Love Dr. Lee, she doesn't nickle and dime you, she recommends only what she thinks you actually need. Love this place, never changing dentists!! Seriously BEST experience ever at a dentist. The receptionist was the sweetest and made me feel welcome. Julia got me set up and checked on me as I was waiting for the dentist. Gus made magic happen so I could take care of everything I needed. Dr. Ramsey was so thorough and patient. I never felt like I was being forced into anything, everything was my decision. I also felt 100% cared for. I did a filling, exam, and cleaning. And I'm going back for a night guard. Dare I say? This is the absolute first dentist I would ever say I would look forward to going too! No more dreading the dentist!!

I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 plus years, so walking in I was extremely nervous and dealing with a lot of anxiety, on top of just moving from Austin Tx to St. Petersburg Fl. From the moment I walked through the door, the front desk team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They truly go above and beyond, not just professional, but genuinely kind and reassuring. From consultation, to X-rays, to deep cleaning, fillings, and emergency treatment — every single person I interacted with was patient, supportive, and thorough. No one rushed me, and they took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel informed instead of overwhelmed. By the end of my visits, I honestly felt like I was part of the family. Dr. Lee deserves special recognition. She is incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and truly puts your health first. I came in with an infected “hot tooth” and was in significant pain, and she provided fast relief the same day. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing what’s right for the patient and making sure you’re comfortable. After years of avoiding the dentist, this experience completely changed my perspective. What I expected to be stressful turned into something positive and empowering, with my confidence already coming back.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this dentist. At my first appointment, I had X-rays taken and got two fillings completed the same day. Everything went smoothly, and I already have my next appointment scheduled in two days to take care of my other two needed fillings. The entire process felt efficient, comfortable, and very well-organized. I came to Flash Dentspa after going to a different dentist I wasn’t totally happy with. My girlfriend had been coming here and had a great experience (she loved the staff and felt really taken care of), so I decided to go as well. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Dr. April Lee is especially amazing — skillful, attentive, and thorough. She took the time to walk me through the overall health of my teeth using my X-rays and photos and explained everything clearly and directly (more so than any other dentist I’ve been to). She asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood my habits and didn’t just point out cavities or hand me a treatment plan — she explained why they’re forming, what’s happening between my teeth, and what I can do to prevent future issues. I brush consistently and use my Waterpik regularly, but I’m leaving this appointment with prescription toothpaste and a genuine commitment to flossing daily for the next six months before my next cleaning. I have some cavities starting to form between certain teeth (along the edges where they touch) and consistent flossing with prescription toothpaste may help prevent the need for more drilling in the future. The way Dr. April Lee walked me through this using my X-rays and photos, combined with her knowledge and genuine care, really made a difference. I’ve been bouncing around dentists between Florida and Virginia for the past four years, and I’m so happy to finally feel settled. If I were to choose a forever dentist, this would absolutely be it. Highly recommend Flash Dentspa and Dr. April Lee.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever been to! And I don’t like dentists. I only go if I have a problem to get taken care of. So I hadn’t been in probably 10yrs. I felt so welcome and peaceful. Loved Dr. Lee. She was kind and respectful. The nurse also made me feel very comfortable. They even went above and beyond to schedule my appointment for me with a specialist they referred me to, calling right then at the reception desk. Got me in within a week to the specialist. I’ll definitely be back whenever I have an issue.

Definitely deserves a 5 star review great rates affordable plans and they work with you to try and get you approved for financing quickly and efficiently. If your looking for a full mouth make over or just as simple as a cleaning she's does it all. She's one of the most affordable dentists in the area. Definitely would recommened her and her team.

Negative experience: Stay away. I’d do 0 stars if possible. Absolute scam, I don’t know where all the 5 star reviews are coming from. This was the first office I went to on my own dental insurance, so I went in blind of costs. The five stars is what convinced me. For the first time in my life I was told I had cavities. I think they said 8-10 cavities when I never had any before and a gum issue they had to do a special treatment to clean, again have never had any of this before. Then they tell me with insurance my appointment was going to be $2200 with all the “cavities” and the “gum issue” which i was already set up in the chair and had X-rays done, so I felt very pressured almost. So of course I said go ahead, they made these issues seem severe! I was also quoted hundreds/thousands for a mouthguard because I grind my teeth, can’t remember exact numbers off the top of my head. Afterwards I talked to coworkers who have the same insurance and they said they have never paid such prices even when they had the special gum cleanings and cavities… Fast forward to this year I found a new dentist and I’m on the same insurance. The only thing I had to pay for was the new patient X-rays because I didn’t want to call this place to have them sent over. I actually had to block their phone number because once I realized how much of a scam it was and canceled my 6 month cleaning, I got MULTIPLE calls a day for months on end to reschedule even when I said I wasn’t interested at the moment. It was nonstop. At my new dentist, I walked out paying only $90 for my X-rays. Dentist said my teeth are absolutely perfect, no sign of cavities what so ever, and zero inflammation in my gums. The only thing they said that matched with what flash dent spa said was that I grind my teeth, but their mouth guard quote … $250. Much less than the hundreds/thousands I was quoted here which led me to not have one an additional year leading to more damage on my teeth. The five star reviews is why I ended up going to this place. This is my first review I’ve ever written, but I warn you- please stay far far away from here.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Flash Dent Spa more. If you’ve been putting off the dentist (like I was), this is the place to go, you’ll actually enjoy your visit!

Fantastic experience: I had to get some fillings. I am very scared of the numbing due to some previous experiences. I was really nervous but Dr. Lee and the staff made me feel really comfortable and I didn't feel anything. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful place! Dr. Lee was quick to come up with a plan of action for me and got everything done efficiently. I recommend everyone to go see her! I felt totally comfortable the whole time, and her staff are just awesome—so friendly and welcoming. I honestly miss them and look forward to popping back in soon!

Fantastic experience: First time patient at Flash Dentspa and couldn’t have had a better experience. The entire team is so welcoming and kind from the minute you walk in. I got a chance to meet with Dr. Lee, Gus and Astrid and they are so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They take the time to explain things clearly and in a way that's easy to understand and also answer any questions that you have. Grateful to have found a team that is so caring and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: WOW. If you are in the st Pete area and are looking for a dentist, this flash Dentspa is AMAZING!! Not only does it feel like the spa.. the employees are sooooo personable and helpful! The RDH Astrid gave me the best cleaning and April the dentist is the most sweetest, down to earth doctor I ever had caring for my mouth!
