Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Ferullos dental practice office enough!! He is an incredible dentist. The office staff are most kind and professional. Dr Ferullo is down to earth and extremely accommodating and practical . I had a dental emergency and my dentist who has gone much more corporate ( can’t get through the answering ladies to the actual office any more ) could not see me for three weeks!! A referral from a friend led me to Dr. Furellos office and I am so grateful to have met my new dentist and new dental practice. Fantastic experience: I took my mom in because she had a toothache. Dr Ferullo has been her dentist for years. They got her in immediately and were so good to her. Everyone in that office is great. Adding to this review - 2 years later mom is still with us and broke a tooth. They got her in same day I called. They are amazing with her and Dr Ferullo is so kind.

Fantastic experience: I connected with Dr. Ferullo’s practice after moving to St. Pete from out of state. My experience has been very positive. Dr. Ferullo and his entire staff are very professional, caring, polite, and highly competent.

Negative experience: I think I've had better service. They only took an X-ray and told me I needed an extraction, that's all. They never spoke to me or checked on several problems I need to resolve with my teeth and molars. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I just visited Dr. Ferullo a week ago to switch over my dentist. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took the extra time and care to walk through everything and ask questions while not making you feel like your being rushed through. Dr. Ferullo came in after and asked me more about myself and then about my dental health which was nice. Its nice to have a dentist who gets to know you and your lifestyle to understand wholistically about your self. being in the building was a huge advantage aswell, since im just a floor or two away i can run up and be in and out of the office right away. Fantastic experience: Forever I have hated going to the dentist. After a very long break in seeing a dentist, while in VA I finally was convinced to go to Dr Har. He was great! I knew I wouldn't find anyone else like him when we retired to St Pete in 2018! Then a friend, also dental phobic, told me about Dr Furello. As luck would have it I lost a crown and the decayed tooth under it, so I called The Downtown Dr. Let me just say it was a fabulous experience and I've never used 'fabulous' before to describe a dentist!!! After being referred to a. dental surgeon for the extractions I had my regular appointment yesterday with Dr Furello and team! From the receptionist to the asssistant, Kim and the Hygienist Jeanine and if course Dr. F. It was another pleasant two hours. He is not only kind and engaging, he also doesn't 'upsell' like so many dentists. Highly recommend! 11/10!

Fantastic experience: I switched from a great dentist to a great dentist I must say. I saw Dr. Ferullo given his convenient location downtown…. Dr. Ferullo and his office are excellent. The office was extremely efficient in providing and processing new patient paperwork, accommodating to schedule and very welcoming. I love the quaint and INDEPENDENTLY run office, the one to one personal care and relaxed environment. Ofcourse most importantly Dr. Ferullo is a warm human , and very competent and professional seasoned dentist. I am confident in his care and his hygienist who also is very competent and experienced. Without reservation I strongly recommend Dr. Ferullo wether you live downtown or drive to him.. he is not only the downtown dentist and also a destination dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ferullo's office is everything that most dentist's offices aren't. They are nice, focused on patient care and understanding. My only regret is that it took me almost 8 years of living in DTSP to find them!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Dr. Ferullo was able to see me on short notice and reattach my retention wire, which I appreciated at the time. However, after the appointment, I noticed excess bonding material covering an adjacent molar, which now prevents me from flossing between those teeth. I also later found additional glue residue on nearby teeth. I reached out via email (with photos) asking if the bonding could be trimmed, as I was only in town for a few more days—but never received a response. Lack of follow-up and communication, especially after a dental procedure, is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.

They were extremely thorough with the exam. They took their time; and, I never felt "rushed". I'm going to have extensive dental work done. I think their pricing may possibly be a little on the higher end compared to other dentists, but in the past I've had some poor-quality work and frustrating experiences with other dentist offices, so I'm willing to pay a little more for a high-quality, personal approach and people who seem to really care about doing a good job.

Fantastic experience: After several years with a large, factory-style practice in St. Petersburg, got fed up with conflicting advice from dentist and rotating staff and went to Dr. Ferrulo, based on friend's recommendation. It is the kind of practice I remember from years ago: a dentist who actually meets with you every visit, will take the time to talk with you and answer questions, actually does the examination HIMSELF, rather than depending on a Dental Assistant. I couldn't be happier.

I was at first skeptical about an initial consult, but pleasantly surprised to get a lot checked out in my mouth with the best of the best modern technology. It put my mind at ease for a lot of potential issues. I’ve been a patient now for a 1 1/2 years. Dr. Ferullo’s kindness and genuine concern for his patients is echoed by his wonderful staff. They are always friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at home from day one. They are sensitive to my concerns and some special needs. 10/10 recommend them! If downtown parking is a concern, they do offer parking validation for the garage nearby, so no need to worry about that! Thank you, Dr. Ferullo & team!

I’m adding another positive experience to my earlier review. Friendly, competent service by staff makes my visit to the dentist a pleasant task. I’ve grown to love the parking garage. Finding my way from there to the dental chair makes me feel smart and capable! LOL! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Great office. I was in and out in 30 minutes for my 6 month cleaning. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great location. Private with friendly staff and an exceptional dentist with decades of experience. Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very good and helpful. Dr. Ferullo is easy to talk too and thorough in explaning everything. My son was the first to go there and recommended him to my daughter. Now my wife anf I go there too.

They were so through and compassionate, it really made for a great experience.

Dr. Ferullo is that dentist you are looking for that really cares about your dental health and not just your money. It is refreshing to know there are still professionals out there like Dr. Ferullo. He will be my Dentist for as long as I live nearby...Highly recommend!!!
