The dental care is great; the doctor and hygienist and always friendly and take time to explain or answer questions. I never feel as if they are rushing off to the next patient. I have seen two and both were very professional, didn’t hurt and very understanding of my needs. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal at the Baptist office of Dental Solutions this morning. I was not looking forward to it, to say the least. I had a root canal years ago someplace different and it was not pleasant. My experience this morning was totally different. From the moment I checked in, everyone was kind, professional and caring. The new Endodontist, Dr. Murphy, and all of the clinic personnel went out of their way to explain exactly what was happening and why! I experienced very little discomfort at any point in the procedure and, while I don’t want to have another root canal tomorrow, if one was necessary, I would absolutely go back to them again!!!

Although he has retired (very deserving:) Dr. Richardson left behind an extraordinary staff! Today I was seen by hygienist Caitlyn and I was so impressed!! Not only did she do a fabulous job taking care of my teeth, she also consistently communicated to me about what she was doing and what my treatment plans were going to be! Whoever you see at Dental Solutions will provide you with fabulous service! THEY ARE TRULY EXTRAORDINARY

Negative experience: I was fired as a patient today by Dr.Mehaffy. I refuse to have procedures done in my mouth that I don't agree with. I refused a root canal and deep scaling. If I'm not agreeing then I'm not worth much money. All I wanted was my twice yearly cleaning. Oh well! They took xrays before firing me though. At least they got a little money. And I don't have infected gums or periodontal disease! In order to get the cleaning I would have had to sign a form saying that I do The many ways to pilfer seniors is so disheartening. I do not acquiesce to bullying. Be it blatant or subtle.

Fantastic experience: I have to acknowledge my hygienist Mrs Jennifer for her professionalism, efficiency and customer service skills. She has also singlehandedly eliminated my fear of the so-called dreaded dentist chair and made my visits rather relaxed and pleasant. It is worthy to note that the clean and friendly atmosphere at the Dental Solutions has a very calming and reassuring effect on patients as well.

My experience with my hygienist, Caitlyn, (hope I spelled that right) was nothing short of great. She made me feel relaxed and talked me through what she was doing, to keep me at ease. Dr. Abbott was great as well, and informative on steps needed in for work I am going to need done. PS, bring a jacket, the office is a bit chilly!

Fantastic experience: Although my appointment was cancelled on me because of "non-confirmation," the admin staff were very willing to work with me and fix everything. The facility is nice, clean, and comfy. The Dentist himself, Dr. Abbott, was so nice and explained everything he was going to do and the results of his exam. He made sure I left with all my questions answered. And his hygienist, GiGi, was also so sweet. Everyone was so sweet and made my experience back at the dentist after a longgg time really nice :)

Was surprised how it was ready for service and no pain today. Great job - 20+ year satisfied patient!

I have complete trust in Dr Leslie Monroe. Dr Monroe is now practicing solely at the Chenal office—that’s ok…I will follow her!

Fantastic experience: Kindness and compassion go a long ways. Everyone has been so patient and kind with this over grown super dental anxiety baby including patting my arm during a procedure. I love how Dr. Abbott took me through each of my X-rays and pictures and explained everything to me instead of belittling me which is what I have experienced before. I was also surprised when the procedure costs less than anticipated because they lowered the cost once they saw the procedure was easier than initially thought. They could have charged me the full price and I never would have known the difference. Honesty and integrity are still around! So glad I found this place!

Negative experience: Not what it used to be. I'll just return to Arkansas Family Dental from here on out. They had me come in just for exams and to have me pay my deductible. Nothing else was done in this quick visit. What a waste of my time. I only visited here bc I work at Baptist. But no ty.

Fantastic experience: Good work and good friendly dental clinic!! Excellent dental hygienist. Excellent dentist. Dr Monroe generates much expertise and confidence. I do have a question: In my cleaning a year ago - the visit prior to the one today. Following the work, a year ago, by the hygienist, Dr. Monroe, for some reason was not available to consult with me regarding the status of my teeth. An explanation of why she was not unavailable was not provided for me. As a result, we missed work that might have done a year ago that might have saved the work that I currently must get done. A comparison of last years X-rays can show that. A review of those with Dr. Monroe might be beneficial. I am available for that review. My only other comment is the issue with parking transportation that I mentioned today at the front desk. However, this is Baptist parking problem but does impact client satisfaction with your clinic operations. This is an excellent dental clinic and I choose to be here. I have been very pleased the quality of this aspect of my health care. RDPrice

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at my semi-annual cleaning. My dental anxiety was through the roof as indicated by a higher blood pressure reading. The hygienist was patient and gave me plenty of chances to swallow. She also gave me helpful tips for flossing better with no judgement. Dr. Mehaffy decided to x-ray an old crown/root canal that may have an area of decay. I appreciate that she is not rushing to redo the entire crown but made me aware that I may need a repair in the future. The front desk staff is friendly and I never have to ask to get my parking ticket validated.

Fantastic experience: I was not blessed with great teeth, so I’ve spent a lot of time in a dental chair over the years. I’ve been to numerous dental clinics, but none were like Richardson and Monroe. The entire experience was pleasant and friendly. The staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Monroe is very skilled and did an outstanding job of letting me know what to expect as she worked on my tooth. She was not in a hurry and was very congenial. Brook, Dr. Monroe’s assistant, was amazing! She was very competent and knowledgeable, using the latest technology to scan my teeth. She was very personable and made feel welcome and at home. She was a one-stop shop; she brought me to the operatory, took x-rays, made impressions, scanned my teeth, prepared the temporary tooth, and even scheduled my next appointment and helped me with the payment process. I couldn’t ask for better service! They treated me like family!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, accommodating staff at front desk; Tina was my hygienist and was very warm and friendly. She explained the procedure and made certain I was comfortable during the procedure. I’m almost three hours out from completion and have had no pain; I did take an ibuprofen, only because she suggested I do so after getting home. I’m hoping she will attend to me on my next visit.
