I wish other healthcare providers would treat their patients as nicely as they do. If one dentist doesn’t know something (and they all know a lot), they consult with the other two and/or refer out. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic For over 40 years, I was nervous about going recently because my dentist Dr. William Harris had retired and I had to start over With a new dental hygienist and Dentist. Yesterday I met Jessica and Dr. Barton and I could not be more impressed. They were gentle, kind, and patient with me. They treated me with such respect because I am a coward when it comes to the dentist! I highly recommend this team!

Positive experience: I’ve neglected some routine dental care in 2025, focusing upon recovery from ortho surgery. Surprise, a constantly tender molar exacerbated until I needed intervention. I contacted this group (I’ve been a patient of Dr Harris since he began practice) online. They called very quickly, listened and set up a visit within 2 hours! I met Dr. Barton, chatted about the practice and my concern. Already having checked my records and LISTENING TO MY SELF DIAGNOSIS he agreed the existing 27 year old crown needed to go. The office contacted my cardiologist for concurrence before setting an appointment. They gave me an estimate, based upon my new dental insurance and now we await the medical clearance. The drive from home was longer than office time in the chair. Cannot complain about either speed of service or the staffs’ attitude

Going to the dentist can make some people anxious or even scared but Harris, Reynolds and Cason made it so much more easier with the warm inviting atmosphere from the time you approach the front desk to going to the back. He and his assistant Jennifer completely made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions then Chasity went over the cost and how my insurance was expected to pay for my dental treatment. There were no surprises. She made it so easy. Everyone I came in contact with made me feel like family. I would 100% recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the front door, I was impressed with everyone’s warm professionalism. Ms. McKinley, my hygienist, patiently answered my questions as she took first-visit x-rays, cleaned and flossed my teeth and before I knew it, we were finished. During my visit with Sam, long-range care was discussed and I received a much needed, impromptu, adjustment to my upper partial. Having not taken the best care of my teeth over my sixty-eight years, I was a little apprehensive about the first visit. Nevertheless, everyone made me feel exceptionally welcome and I look forward to a long relationship with Harris, Reynolds and Cason. A recommendation to the services of this practice will definitely be considered a privilege.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reynolds was doubly recommended to me after my previous dentist retired unexpectedly. My oral surgeon and a family member, who has known Dr. Reynolds since about the second grade, both recommended him highly. When I was looking for the clinic address online, I found that he is listed as one of the top 50 dentists in Arkansas by a national organization. My oral surgeon gave me the impression he is the top dentist in the state. I was as pleased with Dr. Reynolds' professionalism and with his office staff as I was told I would be.

Fantastic experience: I am a long time patient at Harris Reynolds, Cason Family Dental. I had moved out of the area for several years and my Dental health suffered. I saw Dr Reynolds up on returning to the area and he was able to perform restoration work on my damaged teeth and has saved me from the pain of extractions and the worry of having to be fitted for dentures. I had a 6 month cleaning Monday and I love being told that everything is good and being scheduled for the next 6 month cleaning. This is a wonderful dental clinic and full of wonderful and caring people. I highly recommend their practice and encourage others to see them for all dental health care needs.

Positive experience: The visit went well . I didn't notice that the Hygienist forgot to polish my teeth and also did not floss them which is standard procedure for cleanings. Otherwise everything was great and I will return.

Fantastic experience: As someone who avoids dentist visits at all cost, I can say I was shocked at how easy and comfortable my appointment was! Called first thing Monday morning with an issue that arose over the weekend. They got me in the same day and fixed my problem quickly. The front desk ladies were very sweet and helped me with everything I needed. Dr. Cason was very personable and kind and made me feel like my comfort was of utmost importance to him. I know we all avoid things that scare us but I would definitely recommend Dr. Cason and the staff here if you are an anxious scaredy cat like me!

Fantastic experience: Today was my initial appointment with Dr. Cason. From the moment I entered through the front door I was made to feel like a V. I.P. Dr Cason and his assistant were very patient with me and answered every question and addressed all of my concerns. Finally the bulling specialist put the cherry on the top, she was very thorough explaining the cost and went out of her to give me options on how to pay for my treatment plan. This dentist is a hidden jewel.
