Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction done here and the whole experience was way better than I expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist explained everything clearly, the procedure was quick, and they made sure I was numb and not in pain. Recovery instructions were easy to follow and they even checked in afterward. If you’re nervous about getting a tooth pulled, this is definitely a place that will take good care of you. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I usually have pretty good experience but on 3/17/2026, it was not as good. The receptionist at front desk was rude. I walked in and spoke but her nor the others even parted their lips other than to keep having the conversation that they were engaged in. She rudely told me I was checked on after stating my name and I sat down. Once my visit was over one of the other ladies told me how much my payment was and I left after paying. I’m big on customer service and if I encounter this experience again, I will not be returning. No I was t having a bad day however the next persons energy can most definitely put you in bad mood.

Fantastic experience: I can see why this place is rated five stars. This was my first visit, and I was treated with the utmost respect and given a very thorough exam. Kelly Thompson really knows her business. I plan to make this my dental place for a very, very long time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Thompson has been Mr dentist for over 30 years. She was so kind with my children when they were young allowing them to sit in the chair and push the “buttons” relieving any anxiety. I have sensitive gums and she always asks if everything is ok and there is no pain.

Fantastic experience: My first time at this place, it was really nice visit, the Receptionist was so caring and welcoming, the nurse was very nice and caring, the dentist was very good, he explained alot and caring. This will definitely be my Dental office for services. This Morning I called the clinic and they took me in right away. Was such a pleasant visit, the doctor and The young lady that checked my teeth and did a great job, can't remember her name, so sorry, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable, All the staff there are very nice and pleasant, I refuse to go anywhere else, they are the BEST.

Negative experience: My first visit was wonderful. I felt heard and understood. I love how Dr. Cobbs and Tori answered all my questions and explained next steps and what to expect. Will be returning.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a competent, caring dentist and great group of people who truly care, Dr Lee and his staff are amazing! I had a broken crown and emergency extraction, I called the office , frantic to find a dentist that wasn’t going to make me wait 2-3 weeks, they got me in within 2 hours of the call, my tooth was pulled, and I feel so much better! Find Dr Lee and staff! A great experience!

They are so gentle with your teeth and pricing is fair. I use to be afraid of going to the dentist even as an adult due to bad childhood experiences but I have finally found my home. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend LRFDC for your dental needs. I was in severe pain when I arrived to the point I was crying because I had a severe toothache. By the time I left I had a big smile on my face because Dr. Le and Ms. Tori did an amazing job and they were so gentle and understanding. If I could give a 10 star review I definitely would!!!

The Dr., Don Cobb and his assistant Tori were very helpful, they were super smooth with their attentiveness to my needs and made me feel most comfortable as they operated on me with administering local anesthesia and tailored construction of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Thompson for over 15 years. She and her staff are professional, very knowledgeable in their given field and care about the patients' comfort and in making sure that patients are following a good dental hygiene regimen. My visit today was for a temporary crown on a tooth that has a slight crack and I have experienced pain if I would chew certain foods that would irritate that area terribly. We will see in about 3 weeks how this does and if all good, the permanent will be placed. Thank you, Dr. Thompson And entire staff. You are kind and make coming for Dental work easier.

Fantastic experience: I am a scary cat and get soooo anxious going to the dentist. I know that Dr. Thompson and the staff will ease my nerves. Liz was at the window when I walked in and i immediately felt better. Dr Thompson is amazing. She explains everything and that makes me feel good to know what’s happening. Fantastic experience: Dr. Thompson is a highly skilled dentist who has kept up-to-date on all the latest, evidence-based practices and dental equipment to provide the best possible care for her patients. I feel confident saying this because I have been her patient for around 30 years and have seen the frequent addition of new equipment and practices over the years. She is a treasured friend who has made going to the dentist a pleasant experience for someone who used to avoid dental work like the plague.

Negative experience: This place started as a 5 star when I began going 20+ yrs ago. It has rapidly declined over the past 5. There is no access to the dentist as staff refuses to assist with inquiries you have for them. It has gotten too big for personal patient care. It makes me sad.

Fantastic experience: Miss Ashley was great. The front desk is always very friendly because if it wasn’t for her, I would not have showed up wrong date and Dr. Thompson always good to you. Check you over everywhere. Thank you all for taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: I had a great dental cleaning with Luis, my hygienist. Dr. Cobb made a visit to the room to check X-rays and to do an oral exam. It is always great to visit with him.

Fantastic experience: My wife fell and face planted into concrete today when she missed a step she didn't see. She busted out her front teeth and needed ER attention. We called Dr. Cobb before leaving the hospital. He reassured us that he would take care of her as soon as the ER was finished with her. Dr. Cobb and his staff gave my wife far more emergency care than even the ER crew at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, who did nothing more than take Xrays. The hospital made us feel abandoned, but Dr. Cobb made us feel loved and cared for. Thank you so much, Dr. Cobb!

Negative experience: Terrible dentist office. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Charges for a root canal that they can't fix, and then stalls for MONTHS with insurance and a refund. Cannot stress the lack of customer service. Update #1: Called to speak with someone this morning. The refund that was supposed to go out on the first of THIS month, hasn't even been processed yet. Seriously... Update #2: Someone at the front desk said that Lauren, your COO, would be calling me back about this. It's the end of the day and I haven't heard a word back. She must be super busy today.

Negative experience: Decent experience doctor very knowledgeable the one star is for wasting my time i had to use another day to go to another dentist that actually got a plan together before I left unprofessional I never heard back and will never go back all my veterans I do not recommend them
